I debated buying this as it fit great, was flattering, and the price was really right. But I refrained in my quest to have a "lean" closet and capsule wardrobe. The fabric has give and hugged my curves without being restrictive. This time of year, it can start getting hot outside and freezing in the office. So, I wore with a cardigan that I could don or doff, as needed. 

Soft fabric and stretchy. The weight in skirt ruffles is fun but the waist/stomach made me feel like I was in a maternity dress. It was comfy but I was then self conscious of my "pregnant" belly. 

That's what my coworker said I looked like. Loved this dress!

This dress fit perfectly for size and is well tailored.  Fabric was heavier that I had anticipated but if actually felt good.  I would recommend!

The dress was stretchy, but not as forgiving in the stomach area. I received a nice compliment while wearing it. 

It has potential but you def have to size down

The RL dress has a fun flare out at bottom the bottom, almost like a little skirt. Material soft and classy. Great for work!

I'm size 28 waist & this dress was a little large around that area 

I loved wearing this dress. I paired with a 50s style shoe. Felt amazing in it! Perfect for my monthly trip to headquarters in ATL where it was super hot outside. Will rent again, strong purchase consideration. 

Modest but fun. Pair it with a white blazer and WOW.

There was way too much extra fabric at the waist which looked bunched and very unflattering, so I did not wear. If I would have sized down I think this would've been too tight everywhere else. Just an awkward dress 

Fit is great.  I have a bit of a belly but the fit of the dress disguised it.  Will rent again and again 

This dress pattern and skirt hem give a classic polished look. The problem is how the gathered material sits on the stomach area. It creates a puffy pooch look. Also I wore a size 2 and it felt baggy everywhere except the armpits which felt tight. I wanted to love it, but this was my least favorite dress so far. 

This dress definitely runs large.  It was comfortable and stretchy except for the armholes. They were tight and bugged me a little. 

I mean, any day I match my kitchen I'm a happy girl !

I Love this dress. it has some stretch in it that makes it really comfy and it falls at the perfect place below the knee. really flirty and fun and great for work with a suit top. 

Has rushing at the waist, but didn't bother me. Dress is really comfortable with some stretch. 

This dress was cute and a really nice material but the way it hung on my stomach was not flattering at all. It gave me a pooch that I don't have. Would be great for an early pregnancy dress, lots of room for a bump! 

At first I thought the fit was a bit weird, but I ended up wearing this twice and getting several compliments.  Comfy stretch fabric.

I'm still holding onto it. It's very comfortable, fits great, I love Gingham.

This is a really cute dress. It's flattering, and pretty roomy. I found the 0 to be a little big, but not unwearable. The waist is roomy, as other reviews mentioned, but it's still a cute look (and probably would work for someone early in pregnancy). The pattern is lovely and the fabric is just the right thickness to be comfortable for summer while skimming the body and keeping things smooth. It gaps a little bit in the back on my pear shape, but I still liked the look overall. This was cute and perfect for spring and summer, and it was a fun and feminine look that managed not to be over the top. Adorable for work. 

Loved the fabric of this dress! Super comfortable to wear and has a lot of stretch to it. I could have sized down to a 0. The ruched detail at the waist is flattering and seems like this dress would be popular for maternity. Lots of stretch in the stomach area. The gingham print was very cute!

This was a really beautiful rental and I would totally rent again! I loved the shape with the ruffle at the bottom. The fabric was stretchy and comfy, though very voluminous around the waistline, so it added some unwanted shape there. Overall, this is a very easy to wear dress that could easily be dressed up or down!

I rented this for work, it was cute but a little baggy in the stomach and hips. I'm 5'4" 120 lbs and wore a size 2 but the 0 would have fit much better. 

This is a cute summer work dress with some stretch. Only complaint is that location of gathering made it feel slightly maternity like

It was roomier than anticipated around the stomach area, however, it was comfortable. Everyone complimented the dress and it was very close to our vintage classy 50s theme for the shower. Definitely would recommend this dress. 

Nice fit. Very comfortable material- fabric not too stiff or thick. Works well for warmer climates. I wore with a blazer for a more finished look, but would transition to dinner or drinks easily. Flattering cut. People with a thicker middle may find the folds at the middle awkward, but it fit fine for me. Love the ruffle at the bottom- makes it more unique and feminine. I would rent again. 

I liked this dress and it was really Comfortable. The fabric is super stretchy and thanks to other reviews, I ordered a size smaller than I would have otherwise... but I probably could have gone down one more! The folds over the stomach do poof out a bit, but I still thought it was flattering on. The silhouette was cuter in person than the photos.  

I liked bit felt it was almost a bit too much of a flounce for me around the hem. 

Was excited about this because i love how Ralph Lauren fits - felt this was baggy and unflattering in my shape. I liked the pattern, material, and length, just not the right fit for me! 

Honestly would have been perfect if not for the draping on the side. 

Overall very cute and perfect for the office!

Wore this to work, wore a sweater to kind of mask all the extra room on this dress. I'm usually size 2 but feel like I could have done a zero on this one, it was pretty roomy around the waist. The cut is forgiving for belly pooch/bloat.

I wasn't in LOVE with this dress when I left the house, but got 2 compliments within and hour. It's preppy and cute for spring. 

I love this dress. It was very considerate and thoughtful on the way it was draped. It helps my tummy that has been battered by babies have a place in this universe.

No pockets and the sleeve holes are a bit big so paired with blazer for work.

The dress has super thick material and feels of good quality. It's much more flattering than the photo. But the problem is, I'm usually a size 4 or 6 and I'm swimming in the 4. I have a bit of a belly and this dress could do a great job or hiding it with the synching at the waist, however since this is large it actually poofs it out and makes it appear larger. 

But the style (plaid and ruffles) make it fun and easy to work with. You can easily wear those fun shoes or suit coat that are usually hard to pair with because the dress is just black and white. Wish I would have gotten a 2 as I think I would have been in love.
