Pretty dress - broad chest beware
I typically wear a size 6 bottom, size 8 top. I'm a 36D. The black top of the dress was stretchy, so D cup was not problem. The red part didn't stretch at all and it hit right under my bra area. I couldn't zip the dress past that point if my life depended on it. Even bought spanx to try to squeeze it past that point, but nothing doing. I would have rented a 10 as well as the 8 but it wasn't available. I had to wear a back up dress.

Great dress. Super comfortable and flattering.
This was a great dress. I had rented for a holiday party. Sadly, I got a terrible migraine on the night of the party and did not have the opportunity to actually wear the dress to the event. I did try it on the next day and was sad that I didn't have another occasion to use it.

Out of the ordinary look for a keynote speech
I wore this for a keynote speech. I wore a plain black dress underneath and had a similar look to the model. It was comfortable, really cool color, and is great if you'd like to stand out in a sea of black, grey, and tan Blazers. I received lots of compliments.

From a wedding to a summer fair
I rented this to wear to a wedding but also wore it the next day at a summer fair. It was comfortable, had beautiful colors, and a great fit and I received lots of compliments. I wish that I owned this dress! I was sad to send it back. I thought that the fit was true to size. I loved the pockets. I even rode a bicycle wearing the dress and felt comfortable with the coverage, and danced a ton at the wedding.

Beautiful dress- needed to size up
I have an athletic build, and I guess a broad chest. It isn't usually an issue but I couldn't zip this dress any further than my lower rib cage. I don't carry weight in this area, but I would have had to remove a rib if I wanted to zip this. There were no other sizes available that I could use as a backup, so I took a chance with the 4 and it didn't work out. Too bad- it would have been a fun dress to wear.

Vibrant colors and flattering material
I wore this dress to two different events- a daytime christening and an evening 'Caribbean-themed" charity gala and this dress was on point in both instances. It was super comfortable. I wouldn't mind having this in my closet!

Great color, flattering cut, and comfortable
Needed a dress for a work-related evening affair in Northern California. Nights can be cool so the sleeves were perfect, and since this was a work event the fact that the dress wasn't super mini in length was great. I am glad I listened to reviews about the sleeves and sized up because I needed to wear my backup size (6... Usually my backup is a 4) because the arms were very tight and had no give. I had a hard time raising my arms or reaching back to zip my dress in the 4. My arms are muscular, but I don't usually have an issue. Dress was in great shape... Zipper was easy to do on my own. Another great RNR experience!

Great piece! Added nice pop to an all-black ensemble.
I was wearing a black dress and black blazer for a work event and needed a pop of color. It was a great piece. I received lots of compliments from men and women--- ranging from the guy who "miked" me up for my speech to my stylish sister and every one in between. I was afraid that it might be heavy, but I wore it all day and my neck never bothered me. I was sad to send it back!

Well-made, but ran very small. Could not wear
I rented this for a speech. I planned to wear the dress with a black blazer and a red belt (shown in picture) for a little pop of color. The maternal of the dress is very high quality, and the length was perfect. Unfortunately, the top was very, very small. Although the hips fit, I couldn't zip my usual size (2) past my ribcage. I had ordered a 4 as a back-up and couldn't zip that one either. I had two people trying to help me get into it and there was just no way. It wasn't so much my cup size that was the problem, as I couldn't even get the zipper up that far. In the photo, I am wearing the 4 and the back is gaping open. I don't even think that a 6 would have fit. If think that if I had sized up to fit my rib cage, the hips would have been way too big. I should have tried it on prior to my event as I'm sure that RTR would have helped me out, but I didn't. Instead, I had to find something in my closet to wear for the speech.

Beautiful color, but scratchy and too tight
I was hoping to bring this on a business trip to use for dinner or meetings. I'm usually a size 2, so sized up to a 4 due to reviews. The 4 was too tight, and as this was an add on to another rental there was no back up size. As one other reviewer mentioned, panty lines were an issue, and I couldn't figure out how to tie it so that it looked like it does on the model. Overall, it was a miss. I left it at home.

Great for spicing up a keynote speech
I am often trolling RTR for outfits that I can wear for presentations that I deliver at conferences for my job. It's the technology industry, so it's OK to be a little 'out there' within the usual business casual boundaries. This dress seemed like a perfect balance between conservative and fun, and it was. As one person said to me after my speech, "Your presentation was excellent, but I really loved watching your dress". It was comfortable with just enough stretch and the zippers on the sleeve and on the back of the dress allowed me to adjust for movement. It was form fitting, so I was somewhat relieved to change out of it at the end of the night and put on something a little more casual for a work dinner (where a topic of conversation was my dress). I think that RTR should carry more dresses/suits for this type of occasion.

Received compliments all night!
I ordered the dress in size 2R, with 4R as my backup size. The 2R fit best, but showed more cleavage than the 4R. This was a work event, so I went with the 4R, although it was quite loose on my hips. I received so many compliments on the dress, I lost count. The overall experience was fantastic. I can't wait to rent from RTR again!
