Beautiful pattern, tight in the bust
The dress is form fitting and tighter in the bust which is what I expect when renting a Shoshanna dress. It is form fitting; I wore a nude full length midi slip (Nordstrom's brand) which smoothed everything out and tightened up the bust area without needing to use double-stick tape between buttons. The belt is sewn in at a terrible position making one strap much longer than the other.

The pictures make this shirt seem as though it has a shine to it. It does not. It's s a basic dark brown with white stripes matte button down. RL's classic fit, not relaxed. Soft and comfortable. Used double-sided fashion tape to address some gaping between buttons

I made it work tucking the front into jeans. I loved the long length that covered my backside. I am busty 38DD/40E and have broad shoulders and it was still large on top. I will downside to a M next time

This Daydreamer tee is much shorter than the Fleetwood Mac 26.4" and Rolling Stones tee that RTR offers. Too short!

The waist of the dress rode up under my chest every time I lifted my arms requiring me to pull it down and re-adjust. Gaping at the buttons required a lot of double stick tape. Too many ill-fitting issues. I did not wear it

Heavy jean fabric
The fabric is a grey color jean material with jet black sown on chevron applique. Also, these are extra wide jeans. They fit great on the waist, hips and bum. About an 1-2 inches too long for me at 5'6. You will be carrying an extra 2-3 pounds on your body or in your suitcase.

Superb fit
Fantastic dress! Great construction and fit. Perfect size for bust, shoulders, length, and all around fit with no gaping between buttons. Material is breathable and so soft. Not see through. Built in elastic cinching in the back; adjustable cinches on the waist. I didn't want to send it back.

Super soft and comfortable
This came to me with tags on which I'm not a fan of. T-shirts need to be laundered first because of the chemical dyes. It is a charcoal color, not a true black. Super soft material. Big on me; will try L size next time.

Empire, not A-line
I waited all summer and spring to rent this dress. I love Shoshanna dresses but the fit on this one was disappointing. The top was loose (stretched out? laundered too many times?) and with the cleavage being cut so low, I couldn't make it work with fashion tape. The cinch was around my ribs, not waist. I wore a neutral top over the dress that highlighted the "skirt". Color is beautiful with gold flakes in the material. I wish I could have worn the dress by itself.

I wore Hatch high waisted black maternity leggings underneath and it worked perfectly. I"m a 14 on top, but the 16 fit my bust and left room for movement. The dress on its own is too short for me. I love the fabric (breathable thicker linen) and fun pattern. I wore to multiple concerts and felt comfortable and covered.

Comfortable high-waisted leggings
I wore these leggings under the Alemais shirt dress to multiple evening events and they were perfect. Super high waisted, soft fabric. I usually wear a size 10-12 and the M in the leggings fit well.

The fit of this dress aged me
The pattern is lovely but the belt does not sit at the waist. It is 2-3" higher than my natural waist and ties right under my chest which doesn't work for me.

The product description must be incorrect; these pants are far longer than the described 29" inseam. I'm 5'8 and the waistband sat just below my ribs so the pants would not drag on the ground. Love the colorful design and the linen material is a thicker high quality so darker undergarments will not show through.

No need to size up if busty w/ smaller hips
I usually rent a 14, but the arm holes were too large showing my bra. I rented the 12 and my bra still peeked on one side of arm holes but otherwise it was the better size option. Fabric is soft, covered buttons, great belt.

Great pattern, awful sleeves
Love the cotton fabric, pockets, beautiful colors and pattern. Not a fan of the ridiculous over-sized poof sleeves; only drew more attention to my broad shoulders and large bust. Regular shirt dress sleeves please! The empire waist draw strings pull in right below my bust which I don't like.

I always size up to 14 to accommodate a larger bust. However, because of the cap sleeves, size 12 may have worked better. Thinner cotton material makes the dress light and airy, but I felt nude undergarments were needed. Pockets can be seen thru material. No button gaping and the attached belt can be cinched.

Lovely lightweight fabric
The top is not lined but it is a thicker, high quality fabric. Has pockets. Fitted top but I'm busty and experienced gaping between the bottom two buttons; double-stick (hem) tape kept it closed nicely. I'm very pale so the cream and green undertones washed me out but the pattern on the dress is lovely.
