I got a lot of compliments in this dress. Easy to dress up or down. Wore it to a work conference 

This fit great and was a good length for me (5'6"). Beautiful flower pattern for Spring!

Loved this dress. I wore to work with a collarless black and brown blazer I own and black booties. Super comfortable. I pushed the sleeves up because they are also too long for me. 
Wished they made the sleeve mid length and just a smidge shorter, but the print is lovely. Looking at pic I maybe could have size down but it didn't feel too big

This is my favorite item so far! Extremely flattering on all body types, light weight, and the best part of all-easy to travel with!

Pattern and style were slightly outside of my comfort zone for the office, but I am very glad I rented this dress.

Very comfortable. The material is stretchy.  I’m 5”4 and it fit long. 

Threw this on multiple times because it was perfect for church, work, after work drink, and even for networking. Print is vibrant enough but conservative area when it may be cold. Buttons were secure and the bow added shape. 

I loved this so much I’m still thinking about buying it. Good quality, pretty design, and great length to pair with heels. The shoulders have some styling to them elevating the look. I might size down for the next try but this was so comfortable and the button down front was great for me as a pumping mom. 

Almost bought this - definitely going to be renting again 

I liked this but did not love only because it was a size too big. Otherwise i thought the print and fabric were gorgeous. I was able to make the fit work but towards the end of the day it was way too big on me. I really loved this and will be renting again for work. 

This dress is nothing fancy or fabulous but it’s well made and comfortable.  Definitely a little prairie-ish so you have to be into that!

This dress is fun, has a shoulder pad look. It is slightly on the larger side if you’re in between sizes.

This was fine, comfortable and pretty cute but I was definitely giving buttoned-up religion vibes

The fit just seemed a bit off. It was a bit too broad at the shoulders, fabric bunched a bit above the waist tie, and the fabric is a weird wrinkled/expandable fabric kind of like those one size fits everyone bathing suits 

Dress is pretty but a little too billowy for me. Good for a date night or work. 

I felt like it ran a bit big; overall it worked for work, but isn’t a repeat rental 

Shapeless and baggy.  Sleeves are cute, but the rest of the dress is just a giant piece of fabric with no shape.  Belt that came with it did not help.		

I’m very confused. In all the pictures, I swear this looks to have more “flow”. It fits mermaid style and is almost “spandex-y”. The size was fine - it’s the material that is throwing me off. 

This dress still had tags on, brand new, and I was excited about it based on the pictures of the model. But once I put it on, I was very much disappointed. It ran big and turned out to be a floor-length dress on me. 

Great for work. Wasn't too heavy. Would rent again.

I loved this dress. Great print. Easy to dress up and down for date night, bunch, work. It was a bit big and I wish I sized down though 

This beat my expectations - the material is stretchy (almost crepe) but holds its shape. I wore for family photos, a party and to work, it was a versatile dress that looked great in multiple settings. 

Holds tighter to your body than the photo looks

I almost didn't even take this off the hanger, the colors seemed so blah. But once on, it fit so well and looked so elegant! I did wash it once bc the tag says you can but it kind of shriveled up and became much tighter. 

Wore this dress to work. It was nicely made and fit well. Got lots of complain 

Seemed pretty basic to me when I put it on but received the most compliments of any RTR piece. Super easy to wear.

I'm a little bit petite, and the sleeve length was perfect! And it wasn't too long either. Very comfortable and flattering around the belly

Cowboy boots and a hat! What more do you need! 

I disagree with some of the reviews and thought this was a great work dress. The shoulders really elevated it for work to happy hour!
