Lovely work dress with cool back zip. SIZE UP especially if you've got even a little bit of bottom. I'm a size 6 and often a 4. This 6 fit so tight I thought I was mistakenly sent a 2. I probably needed to rent this in an 8 (which I literally never wear). The bottom fit so tight I was squished in. It had an almost corset like feeling and sitting down was hard. SIZE UP!

Got this for work and worry it might've been a bit much. I'm a 4/6, probably could've gone with an 8... which I never wear. It's very, very, VERY fitted. Other than the fit, it's a beautiful color, high quality fabric and generally beautiful overall.

RUNS SMALL... But Cute
Liked this dress... but it runs super small. Made it feel a bit inappropriate for work. Sitting down was also weird since it was so small and the cut in the front was right in the middle. Also super warm.

A Chic Standout
I loved this dress... chic and stylish for a black tie event. Stands out without being too much. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear this because it was sent with a zipper that wouldn't close due it being delivered with a jam. NOTE - The band around the waist has zero give. If you're on the fence about sizing, go up.

Cute. Ladylike.
Rented this for work. The color is lovely and the dress is a very nice, quality material. Perfect for the in between, need a jacket for part of the day but not the other weather. The cut is a little odd though. I found the 38 I got a bit big/baggy in the arms, but I suspect had I sized down the dress would've been too tight for work in the body.

Super cute, very nice color. Great for work or anything daytime. But size up. I'm a solid 4 and couldn't zip this without looking like a smashed pancake.

Super Cute Work Dress
Probably the cutest basic work dress I've seen on RTR. Nice, comfortable material that feels wearable, durable and not to too delicate. AMAZING, waist accentuating fit! I'd even rent it again.
