THANK YOU to the R-T-R community for the tips about the size of this dress.  I'm a solid 4.  Sometimes a 6.  Rarely a 2.  Based on reviews, I ordered an 8, and it fit!  It was large on top (you can see that in the shoulders in the photo.  I'm a pear.), but it fit perfectly through the hips.  It does not stretch.  The color is gorgeous, and it is beautifully made.  Side note:  This is the third time I've rented from this brand.  I wore a 6 that fit great, I wore this 8, and I just sent back a 6 in another style because it was HUGE!   The dresses are lovely, but the sizes are all over the map!

This dress, besides the pretty color, doesn't look like much on the hanger but is very pretty.  It runs SMALL.  I sized up three sizes and it was still a good fit mostly, if a tiny bit baggy on top.  I styled it with gold jewelry and flats.

I'm always a size 2. Read other reviews and I'm SO GLAD I went up a size. 
It's extremely fitted to the point where the waist up the back is zipped tight. Can't lit your arms in this dress but it's gorgeous and great for work, an event or anything professional. Very classy and the pop of color is beautiful 

Loved the color and for. Glad I sized up, but with the larger size it fit well. But definitely SIZE UP! 

Another review stated that I should size up. I normally wear a 2/4 and the 8 fit well

I ordered a size up but should have ordered 3 sizes up. Yikes! I'm a 4 but I couldn't get a 6 to even zip. Like not even close. I had read the reviews that this dress runs small, but they weren't joking! 

Ordered a size up based on reviews, but it was still too small.  No give whatsoever.

The dress was beautiful and had good quality material, but unfortunately the dress was too tight. I normally wear a size 8, & I couldn't fit into a size 10. Order two sizes up. 

I read some of the other reviews that said this dress ran small. I would 100% agree with that but my issue was with the way it was cut. I sized up 2 sizes so the dress did actually "fit" but it was cut strangely. I don't think a bigger size would have helped. The shoulders and top were huge (and I am a DD), the waist fit ok in the larger size, and the bottom was a little tight. The fabric is not stretchy AT ALL. Overall I just felt uncomfortable and self-conscious all day. Do not recommend. 

I rented this in my normal size because I had recently rented another dress from the same designer and that one fit perfectly. This one has no stretch and if you have a booty like me, you won't be able to sit in your original size. I managed to squeeze in it but there's no way that I could make it through the day. I will rent again a size larger.

Lovely work dress with cool back zip.  SIZE UP especially if you've got even a little bit of bottom.  I'm a size 6 and often a 4.  This 6 fit so tight I thought I was mistakenly sent a 2.  I probably needed to rent this in an 8 (which I literally never wear). The bottom fit so tight I was squished in.  It had an almost corset like feeling and sitting down was hard.  SIZE UP!

Rented this in my normal size 4. I got the zipper up, but it was so tight up top that I couldn't move my arms or shoulders and there is zero give to the fabric. So I rented the size 6 the fit was the exact same. Not sure what's going on here b/c I've worn multiple dresses in this brand that were TTS. Too bad because it's such a pretty color...
