This dress fit perfectly with the "Pilgrim Chic" vibe I tend to lean toward in my wardrobe. Loved the collar and pocket details and got tons of compliments all day! You might need a partner to help close the dress -- the collar part has two hooks that need to be latched in order to close. 

This dress is perfect. One of my favorites RTR. I think I could have order one size smaller, but it worked out very well. This length probably works better with tights. 

If you are bigger in the hips it will be more form fitted. I love the fact the sleeves go all the way to the elbow! Pair with simple accessories and it couldn't be more professional and stylish. 

I loved this dress-it was very comfortable to wear for all day.  I'm short (5'3") and have an 'athletic' built and it was perfect for me.  I would definitely recommend this and may even rent it again!

This dress WITH POCKETS  is beyond beautiful! Very comfortable, elegant and perfect for work/every day,  perfect for spring and fall weather. Great fit and material! I will definitely rent it again

Snug fit across chest (34C) Very wrinkled after long day of work but it was comfortable and the wrinkles steam out quickly.  I loved the neckline.  Will rent this again!

Rented for a professional event. If I can buy it I will! Fit like a dream - if I had a job where I needed to dress up like this daily I would want one in many colors. A tad short (5'3 and as you can see it's def above my knees) but the neckline is so unique, I love it. Smidge right in my arms but they are not skinny so at least it fits my thicker arms! 

Loved this dress!  Good fabric, fit well, simple style. 

This dress is great. I was a little worried about the color and shape looking too "prison dress" but I put it on and immediately fell in love! Fit was just right, the collar is a great detail that really took the dress over the top for me. Fit is true to size, and the length is just perfect  for the office. 

This had a very 60's, mod feel to it. I wore it to work with some knee-high brown boots and navy tights ( have a casual office). It had two clasps at the base of the neck and the zipper slid fine. It was a brand new, with tags, dress so there was no wear issues. It fit loosely for me - not form-fitting at all, except you could see I have a butt. I liked the look of the pockets in the front. This dress was pretty short on me, but I am 5'11" so it is probably ok for normal sized people. I would recommend this dress to mix up your work wardrobe. 

I am normally a 12, but have been finding that a lot of RTR dresses are too small on me. I got this in a 14 and it was a little too big overall. It is a gorgeous fabric and extremely well made. I love the retro look, so I want to try it in a 12.
