This dress fit perfectly with the "Pilgrim Chic" vibe I tend to lean toward in my wardrobe. Loved the collar and pocket details and got tons of compliments all day! You might need a partner to help close the dress -- the collar part has two hooks that need to be latched in order to close.

This dress is perfect. One of my favorites RTR. I think I could have order one size smaller, but it worked out very well. This length probably works better with tights.

If you are bigger in the hips it will be more form fitted. I love the fact the sleeves go all the way to the elbow! Pair with simple accessories and it couldn't be more professional and stylish.

Rented for a professional event. If I can buy it I will! Fit like a dream - if I had a job where I needed to dress up like this daily I would want one in many colors. A tad short (5'3 and as you can see it's def above my knees) but the neckline is so unique, I love it. Smidge right in my arms but they are not skinny so at least it fits my thicker arms!

This dress is great. I was a little worried about the color and shape looking too "prison dress" but I put it on and immediately fell in love! Fit was just right, the collar is a great detail that really took the dress over the top for me. Fit is true to size, and the length is just perfect for the office.

This had a very 60's, mod feel to it. I wore it to work with some knee-high brown boots and navy tights ( have a casual office). It had two clasps at the base of the neck and the zipper slid fine. It was a brand new, with tags, dress so there was no wear issues. It fit loosely for me - not form-fitting at all, except you could see I have a butt. I liked the look of the pockets in the front. This dress was pretty short on me, but I am 5'11" so it is probably ok for normal sized people. I would recommend this dress to mix up your work wardrobe.

I am normally a 12, but have been finding that a lot of RTR dresses are too small on me. I got this in a 14 and it was a little too big overall. It is a gorgeous fabric and extremely well made. I love the retro look, so I want to try it in a 12.

It's a bit short but nothing nocticable. It has tons of stretch. Very comfy and it even has pockets.

The 4 fit better when I wore the plaid version. 1 size up meant wider neck which was tough to pair with a blazer and a bit boxier (size 6) versus showing shape with the 4. Didn't realize how short it was until I sat next to someone in a meeting. I'm short! 5'2, 128 lbs.

This was a great dress to kick things up a notch without being overly obvious that that was my intent. Simple, easy to accessorize, and forgiving of a post-holiday tummy.

I would say this runs a little big because I was able to size down to a 14, when most of my RTR stuff is a 16. Looks great on, very professional, pockets are awesome!

I wore it to work and then again to the symphony on a date night. The fabric is unexpectedly soft ... I guess I thought it would feel like wool, but it’s a nice flat, supple fabric that kept me cozy. I love the collar and the longer length of the short sleeve. And it has pockets! The hem hit just above the knee.

Gorgeous dress. I'm usually not a shift type of person, but I really love the cut of this dress. The collar adds a nice bit of detail that I don't have in other pieces. The cut is slightly boxy, but that's what a shift is supposed to look like. Maybe a touch large overall, with the exception of the length. I'm 5'3" and it hit my thighs just above the knee, which is shorter than I normally go for work. Overall, a win.

I am typically a size 4/6, and will wear this in a size 8 for a job interview when I am two-months postpartum. It is fitted but not TOO fitted and I think very flattering. The material is on the thicker side. I think the collar and pockets make this dress just a little different but still very professional. I am very happy with this rental!

My husband loves this dress...I love this dress...I am seriously considering buying. It is kind of short for work but loose enough to not feel as if you are showing too much.

Loved the neckline. It was striking but the color makes the dress a good work neutral. I was concerned the pockets would overemphasize my hips but I didn't feel like it did when I was wearing it. Straight fit (tighter in the hips on me than in the chest). Very happy. Would rent again.

It's a fairly simple work dress, but strangely enough, my kids loved it so much they wanted me to keep it! It's incredibly comfortable and holds its shape throughout the day. Highly recommend.

I loved this dress. The structure is really flattering and isn't boxy at all. The neckline in particular was very flattering. The pockets are a great detail. The fabric allows this to be a year-round dress - I wore with tights since it was cold, but could easily be worn in the summer.
