This dress was perfect. It was comfortable and stylish. I got a few compliments on it!

This fit like a glove. Added a tan belt to break it up a little. 

Great dress for winter work meeting. Pairs well with black tights and boots. Kept me warm and comfortable although there isn’t much stretch to the dress. It fits TTS.

A nice work dress - not too tight, fun pattern, and good quality material 

Fit was great. Herringbone pattern was subtle, so not too overwhelming. I'm tall and the length was still work-appropriate. Fabric was medium-weight, not overly thick in an office.

Very conservative dress with a comfortable fit

This dress looked great for date night and professional for work. The fit was a tiny bit off at stomach where there was extra cloth that bunched up. 

Cute enough for work and was comfy. Felt very business casual but didn’t love it. 

Fits true to size.  Looks stiff but fabric is actually soft and a bit stretchy so super comfortable.  I think it's dark navy (not black)and hunter green, but I still wore with black tights/ shoes and thought it looked fine.  

Was thick but has stretch for winter months and well sized in length and arm length for petite. 

Good fit. Fabric is high quality and thick. Bodice and skirt are lined. Good staple for work.

LOVE this simple dress - the cut fit me perfectly, and was flattering on my petite frame. The houndstooth pattern is subtle, and a nice detail when you see it up close. The fabric has some stretch in it, so it was very comfortable all day and didn't wrinkle even though I was sitting at a desk most of the day. 

The fit on top is great, but it is too short (I am 5'10). Works ok with opaque tights.

I brought this dress with me on a work trip, figuring it wouldn't wrinkle much. I was right and it was easy to slip on straight out of my suitcase after an overnight flight. 

I have short arms so the sleeves were too long on me so I pushed them up. 

The material was flexible and it was easy to sit in for hours. 

I'm considering buying this. It's a basic and good for a meeting or work.

Theory knows workwear. I will probably keep this one. The houndstooth print makes it more interesting than a plain black work dress. I'm between a size 4/6 and the 6 works well. More give than I expected. I'm 5'3 and it hits an inch above my knee, so taller girls should be mindful of that. Someone said this isn't spectacular. It's not, but it's not supposed to be! It's a dress for a business professional setting. 

Dress fit perfectly and was just the right length since I'm short.  It was conservative but not too much.  I'll probably keep it a little bit longer!

Slightly tight in the chest and arms but not uncomfortable since I have a small chest. I would go up a size if you are busty.

Best dress for work, sleek and comfortable

I got my usual xs, fit close to the body, thick and warm. I wore this so many times. I would have purchased it if it were less expensive.

Perfect fit. Super comfy. Warm for cold office but not too warm. Great conservative look.

I'm a 6 in Theory dresses and this fit perfectly. It was comfortable with room to move, and the length was work appropriate without being too long. Paired with black tights and patent lug loafers. Will definitely rent again.

Loved this dress.  The length was just right and the material was thick and structured but still comfortable.  Very flattering fit.

I rented this for a work conference and wore it with tall black boots.  Loved it - a nice heavy weight fabric and fit really well.  I'm normally a size 6 (and sometimes a 4), but sized up to an 8 and was very comfortable.  I also wore it on a ski vacation to Aspen and felt dressed up for dinner.

This is a classic, pretty dress.  It clings to curves so not utterly flattering but I enjoyed wearing it and styled with boots.  Maybe a better choice for fall or winter than spring/summer.

This was a cute dress, nice fabric and subtle pattern. It was super comfortable for a day in the office. 

It was fine, the material didn't feel as professional as I was hoping it would be.
