Listen to the reviews - this dress runs small!  This is the second time I ordered and sized up.  Linen dress, zero stretch.  Smashed the breast down, even sized up I couldn’t fit a bra or bandeau so you just see them weirdly squeezed…..somehow it worked ;)
It’s a literal tube, not a shape to be found, and walking is strange because just at the top of your stride it yanks you back.  Again, DESPITE of all these issues, this dress is DELIGHTFUL.  The colors, the stripes, the effortless vibes….its just a winning look!

Rented multiple times before giving in & buying. Only downside is there is no slit, so it noticeably limits your stride when walking. Quality fabric can be worn with a strapless bra or no bra. Love the muted colors and that it is such a versatile summer piece that can be dressed up or down. Looks great with the coordinating Staud striped sweater over it but I couldn’t bring myself to splurge on both pieces.

Fit perfectly everywhere. If I sized down it would have been too tight in the chest, so glad I didn't. Was tempted to buy it!


 

Perfect easy to throw on. Sized up one and glad I did. 

This was the perfectly elevated everyday look I had been searching for. I wore it for hotel transfer on our honeymoon. It was breathable, comfy, and perfect coloring! I will say it is long and fit me perfectly at 5’8”. But I wouldn’t recommend for someone under 5’7”. 

I’m normally between sizes  XS/small, but only XS was available.  Linen fabric has no give, so this didn’t fit me.  My 15 year old daughter ended up wearing this, she’s 5’2 around 100# and this looked great on her.  I’m 5’2” 125# apple shaped, and should have sized up to a medium.

Second time renting, but definitely size up! The fit felt relaxed and breathable without losing its shape, which is exactly what I want in a linen piece. It’s the perfect tropical vacation dress!!

So easy to throw on with heels or sandals!

Dress her up or down! I loved this so much! Also major plus that it didn’t wrinkle!!!!! Perfection!

Was a little hesitant to rent this because of the mixed reviews.  I’m between a medium and a large depending on the brand.  Rented a large in this dress and the fit was perfect.  Walking is a little “limited” by the length/lack of a slit but nothing crazy.  I’m tall and the length was great.  The drape is lovely (straight and loose enough but not shapeless) and the colors are great for summer. Loved this so much that I purchased!

I have a wider chest frame area 34/36 so I listened to reviews and sized up and was happy I did. Wore to work with a sweater, farmers market, beach. I wish there was a slit in the back for wider steps when walking but it’s so cute and I felt cute so I took shorter steps. 

Loved this dress - wore it SO much during my rental period. It was perfect for vacation, but also threw it on a few times to go out to dinner. Received so many compliments every time I wore it! I will agree that it’s a TAD too long, so I had to lift it up while I walked so I wouldn’t trip.

Loved this one and felt it was perfect for a hot summer day. It does run a bit more narrow than I had hoped but still another great piece from Staud!

I have a bump so I had to style the dress differently but it’s a nice linen type of material, although not stretchy.

Should’ve listened to the reviews that this was hard to walk in so it wasn’t great for my vacation. But loved the look and was super comfy when not walking. 

I am pretty long and lean and it was a very straight and narrow fit, I can imagine if you have hips it could be snug. And also no slit so you can’t take long strides or steps. Was fine for a party with lots of standing but not ideal for lots of walking. Also fit large in the chest, but the adjustable straps helped. Great and easy dress! 

This fit great, was comfortable, but there’s no slit so I couldn’t take full strides (I have long legs) without hiking the dress up. It’s not great for doing a lot of walking for that reason

The dress is very straight which makes taking steps difficult? Lol. The dress itself is very cute but don’t wear if the place you’re going to has a lot of stairs 

Was so excited to finally snipe this rental! It was so cute but like the other reviews say, it was tight in the chest and booty. Also agrees that slits would make it more wearable. Otherwise cute!!

I like the stripes, but really didn’t feel like the dress did much once it was on my body. It also could use a slit - it had a tendency to get in the way while I was walking (like a pencil dress would almost, but this is wider obviously at the bottom). Overall it was nice for a casual day around town, but not something I must rent again.

It’s so cute but it’s one of those dresses you can’t walk in because the dress opening is too narrow. That’s a no for me

So I am typically a xs/small.    The small was way too small in my hips/butt and there is no give.   I am not really sure the medium would even work because It was big in the waist area.   I have a small chest so it fit my chest but if you have boobs …also size up.   

Great for a vacation, no slit so a little limited on walking, might avoid if larger chested as it was a snug up top.

Wore this in Hawaii and this would be a fun summer dress too. Really figure-flattering.

I'm 5'2 and 110 lbs and the XS fit well, but I think I would have preferred a Small for a more flowy fit 

Easy to throw on over a suit or dress up with wedges and jewelry while on vacation

Loved it, but it's very A-line. Very tight in the busy and narrow in the legs. When I walked I would hit the fabric

Easy to wear and so comfortable! Was a little small in the bust but otherwise fit well.

This is a great summer dress, especially if you are small-chested. I rented this dress for an event, but wore it numerous times to elevate my everyday look. I received countless compliments on it. Walking fast in this dress is a little tricky, but I didn't mind holding the skirt.
