I love the sheen and structure on this dress, it makes it feel elegant. The big skirt and pockets make it fun. I'm usually a true 10 and the 12 on me was a bit tight (this was helpful in keeping it in place though since I didn't wear a bra). If you have a larger chest it might not work. Otherwise it's beautiful and I got lots of compliments!

Got this dress for a fancy holiday party. I got black gloves on Amazon to match. 
Dress is stunning. I originally ordered a size 4 and couldn’t zip it up all the way. The RTR team was kind enough to send me another one in time for the event.

I found it big on the bust, but I think I ordered a size too big

Great for petite. Boning was poking through the top though, watch for that.

Loved this dress when I got it on. It was perfect for the black tie event that I attended. However, like the other reviews said, it is almost impossible to get on. You definitely cannot do it by yourself. There is an extremely stiff, invisible zipper. That is super hard to zip up over the bust.  To get it off, I took off my strapless bra, pulled it down under my boobs and turned it around to unhook and unzip.  Maybe that’s the best way to get it on? 

The chest was uncomfortable and didn't fit me very well. Even so, the pics still look AMAZING! Hoping I'll have better luck with dresses after babies and nursing is over. 

If I could wear one dress for the rest of my life this would be it! Such a classy dress that fit beautifully! Loved x100!

Wore this for a rehearsal dinner/welcome reception for a wedding in Colorado. The weight was perfect, it didn't blow up in the wind and helped keep me warm! The pockets made it possible for me to forgo a purse which was very nice. I did have to pull the top up throughout the night, but had I worn the 2 i think I would've been a little uncomfortable with how tight it was.

This was a gorgeous, unique dress. My daughter received many compliments on her look. The process was very easy. Highly recommend. 

This dress fit me perfectly! I am usually a 10 and the 10 in this dress was great. I absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments! 

The fit on this dress was fantastic!! It was so flattering and comfortable!! Never had to tug at it to keep it up being a strapless dress! Stayed up just fine! 

Ok, so first with the pros: I wore this to an evening at the ballet and got CONSTANT compliments from other patrons, security guards, docents...literally everyone. And pockets!

The con for me was sizing. I'm split size, a snug 6 on bottom and 4 on top. With a-line dresses like this, I usually get a 4. My boobs were drowning in a 4, but due to the waist (27" on me), I opted for a replacement size 2, figuring that would work. Honestly, I needed a 0. Used silicone tape to make sure it stayed up. 

Overall I loved the dress and I felt so beautiful in it! The quality was amazing-the material was so well-made and thick, the jacquard flowers were gorgeous and I loved the strapless top. My one complaint with the dress was that the zipper got stuck in one spot in both sizes and I couldn't zip it all the way. 

i wore this to a tony awards after party in nyc in 2019 and regret not just buying this gown outright. i fell in love with it immediately! this silhouette was so flattering to my curves. the fit was supportive but comfy. it was the perfect mix of sexy and elegant. i got compliments all night long! RTR made the entire process so easy. highly recommend this service, this dress in particular is perfect for hourglass figures!

Great dress for a gala. Very comfortable. Received compliments all night. Had to size down because the bust was too loose and kept slipping. The dress has no stretch, very rigid. 

Wore this dress as a wedding guest, got SO MANY compliments on it!! It was a bit tight and the boning in the back of the dress got uncomfortable at the end of the night but it was totally worth it! It looked beautiful!

Well made  it does run slightly large in bust but a bra takes care of it quickly. Love it so much I'm renting it again for another event. 

Wore this dress to a vineyard wedding. Fit like a glove! Got so many compliments on it. Rich fabric. 

Still like fancy dresses, even at height of pandemic. Sized up do strapless would be secure: great fit and support 

This dress was so pretty. But the one I got was snagged in the back and the zipper was very hard to zip up. There's no stretch. It was lose on my chest and tight on my waist. This is why I had to size up. It's best for ladies with a small waist and large chest. 

But it was comfortable and so pretty. And the pockets were perfect to carry my phone in. I got a lot of compliments and overall I'm glad I chose this dress.

This dress was a snug fit around the bust with built in padding. However I felt like I had great support. It has pockets. Nice fabric. Great airflow. Did I mention it has pockets? Received so many compliments. 

The 8R fit like a glove! I’m usually between a 6 and an 8, but sized up due to bust size. And it fit so so well! I wore it for my graduation and party afterwards (about seven hours straight) and NEVER had to pull it up. The zipper was finicky but still worked. And it has POCKETS! Because it’s a full skirt and makes you feel like a queen, you can’t even tell when your pockets are full with your phone or snacks or whatever you want to stuff these sizable pockets with. Highly recommend this dress. 

Boning in the bodice was flattering. Pockets.

The waist defiantly fits “true to size” but, the bust is very generous. I had to use fashion tape to hold it in place. I didn’t really care because it still looked stunning. The fabric is beautiful and the 🌸  were more vibrant that what I expected. This dress will not disappoint. If your size is available, rent it!!!!

This dress is very pretty and fit well. The material is very thick though and the zipper is challenging to zip up/down, so it is not easy to put on by yourself. 

The dress was falling down a little bit all night, but my chest is all weird from back to back pregnancies. I loved the pockets, and I got plenty of compliment on it. 

This dress runs large, especially in the bust. I wore a strapless bra that was too big for me and it still kept falling down all night. Wouldn't recommend for smaller chested people. 

The dress generated endless compliments! One co-worker even said I looked like a movie star LOL. My boyfriend said stood out where all the other ladies were wearing slinky, high-slit black or silver long gowns. I wanted to wear the size 8 but it's a little bit tight w muffin top effect so I settled on the size 10. The dress looked like it's meant more for a busty woman bec the front is a bit loose on me. Other than that, it's darn so pretty! Do wear sexy pointy shoes to make it more elegant! 

This dress was an off the cuff selection.  This dress style is a first but definitely not the last.  I wanted to try a different look and it was absolutely the best.  The fit was great.  The dress made me look slimmer and beautiful.  The pockets were an added bonus.  Deep enough to carry my phone and lipstick.  I received lots of compliments throughout the evening.    I will definitely rent this again.

I rented this dress for a local gala and if I had $1 for every compliment I received it would have covered the cost of my ticket. It is slightly heavy but the boning in the top kept it from falling down. I wore a strapless bra due to the top being slightly large but with the bra it was a perfect fit. The color was amazing and you simply can't beat the pockets. Extremely comfortable.  Oh how I wish I could keep it!! 

The dress fit true to size and felt really great on. Pockets are always a major plus! Beautiful dress all around: fit, fabric, design. I wore this for a formal wedding and got compliments the entire night. 

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding and got loads of compliments! I love that it has pockets and stayed in place, even with my larger bust. I had to go up a size, but that's ok! Also, if you are shorter in the waist, it make pinch slightly in a couple of places, but for as little sitting as we did it was ok. 

Really nice, heavy fabric (great for close-to-winter with minimal outdoor time), eaasy to move in. The bodice I guess could be a little tight so order a size up as your backup. Fit like a glove, worked without a bra. And POCKETS that fit my cell phone, cards, and keys without being visible. Got lots of compliments on the color and the skirts. I wore with 4" heels; the regular did not drag on the ground with those on but the back skimmed it when I was without shoes.

This dress felt amazing! The torso is fitted, but not uncomfortable. I have a large rib area so everything is tight there. It's hard to zip, like most of the dresses. Definitely had to enlist help with that. But once I had this dress on I felt fabulous! I love the length and the fit! The color is gorgeous! And bonus, it has pockets! I got SO many complements. I'm a 12 in regular clothing but almost always a 14 in RTR.  I with the 14R in this one. 

This dress was sent as a replacement for a dress that RTR ended up not being able to send me. Of the three dresses I got, it was the only one that fit so I was really glad I liked it. It fit well, if not a bit snuggly on my ribs, but loose on my bust. It has more of a high-low feel than you can tell in the back and the colors are a brighter than they appear. 

The biggest issue I had was it was difficult to zip even though it fit fine. Also, the bust lining was popping out giving me a few sharp surprises throughout the night.
