I am usually a 2. I ordered the 2 with the 4 backup. I’m glad I did. I wore the 4. The 2 was tight in the hips and I was worried about sitting comfortably. I loved this dress. It was perfect for our engagement party. 

I rented this dress for my bachelorette party. I read the reviews and saw all different body types looked great in this cut. Then I received my dress and could not fit my hips/butt into the skirt. I was afraid to walk for fear of tearing the slit. 

This dress was exactly what I expected it to be. The thick material is nice for not showing anything through the white color. Great choice and would definitely rent again!

I rented this dress for my college graduation and loved the look of it. However, it was a very stiff dress and the fabric was very thick, so it wasn't one of the more comfortable dresses I've worn. It was also really big in the chest for me. The slit in the back is also pretty high, so I just had to be careful about how I was moving in it. I highly recommend it for an event like a graduation where there is limited movement and you need a good photo-op dress!

The high quality of the dress makes it look amazing! However, it runs very small. If you have curves, you may need to size up one or two sizes. The thick fabric makes the peplum lay beautifully but it also makes the zipper hard to get up. You may need help getting in this dress as the fabric does not give at all. Ended up not wearing it because I had such a struggle getting the dress on.

I rented this dress (and necklace) for my son's 1st communion.  I'm VERY curvy and have a Kardashian booty.  This dress does NOT stretch at all.  I would suggest going 2 sizes UP from what you normally wear.  I normally wear a 10 and could've easily worn a 14 in this dress (which I have NEVER worn a size 14 in my life).  I literally SQUEEZED myself into the 12 but couldn't really sit at all and was afraid it was going to rip at any moment!  You also should do a quick iron on this dress.  The fabric is thick and stiff and looks a lot better with a little pressing.  The ruffle is super cute and hides any belly you may have.  Great for all bust sizes but be careful if you have hips or a booty with this dress!  

Like most people said, fits very small. I ordered a 10 and a 12 when I'm usually a pretty solid 8. The 10 was very tight around my hips, but looked better than the 12 so I went with it. Got so many compliments! It was a little uncomfortable, but I don't wear very tight clothes often so I'm probably being a little dramatic. Thick fabric so I didn't have to wear a slip. Plenty of room for my bigger chest (36DD). 9/10!!!! 

I wore this for my engagement party. The fabric is thicker than anticipated, but is nice and structured. It was perfect for my shape, as I have a small waist and bigger hips. I got so many complements. 

Loved the fit of this dress. A little tight in the chest, but not uncomfortable. The material is nice and thick, making the fit of the dress flattering. 

I wore this dress to my sister's college graduation. I am usually a size 8, but had to wear the 10. This dress definitely runs small, because I've also recently lost weight and if I hadn't, I probably would've needed a size 12 (which I didn't order). The dress is very tight around the butt, so I would not recommend it for women who have a fuller figure. I had to keep pulling the dress down because it kept rising up as I walked. Overall, it made me look good and I loved that the peplum covered up my tummy!

Loved this dress it was glamorous and professional at the same time.  I wore for my masters graduation ceremony.  Love love love! 

The material was very thick but size 0 was the perfect fit. I wore this dress for my Easter baptism. Very classy looking with a touch of cuteness because of the peplum. I would rent this dress again for another occasion. 

I loved the dress although I was surprised it was almost like a corduroy material. It runs a little small in the bottom if you are hippy. Overall though, I loved the dress. I wore it for my bridal shower and got so many compliments!

I didn't get the dress in time for my Arbonne White Party event. Super disappointing. But RTR refunded my $$ for the rental. It was a beautiful dress, amazing material that was supporting and so comfortable. However, the larger size was even tight. I'm normally a very comfortable size 10 and the 12 was very snug. Order a size up and get your back up size 2 sizes up if you are curvy on the bottom half. The top supported a big bust (34DDD) and was plenty roomy for an hourglass shape, however. I was really happy with the slimming effect of the peplum top. (It's a one piece dress, btw) 
I wish I could have worn the dress longer than trying it on and sending it back the next day.

Fits snug, the 6 fit perfect but could have probably gotten away with the 8, too.  I have broad shoulders so I was worried about zipping it at the top... turns out it was fine!  Goes really well with a chunky necklace.  I would highly recommend this dress!!

Tight around hips! But overall a really cute choice. 

I loved this dress. The material was pretty thick and I had to steam the peplum a bit, but it was very comfortable and had a lot of give when dancing. I received so many compliments!

I love this dress! The peplum does wonders for the figure. The only downside is the fabric. It gets stiff and will wrinkle if you sit for extended periods of time. Also, I recommend sizing up. 

This was the perfect dress for my Wizard of Oz themed Bridal shower! I wore this whimsical peplum dress with ruby red slippers and got tons of compliments all day! Dress runs true to size. Online it looks like the material is smooth but it actually has a slight stripe pattern on it. Would definitely order again!

Wore this dress for my three month old twins baptism. I tried on the 4, which is my usual size but it was so tight, glad I got the 6 also. The 6 fit well and was comfortable but a little big in the shoulders. Overall great dress and I got a lot of compliments! 

I ordered this last minute but it turned out great. I'm glad I listened to other reviews- it runs small. I have never worn anything peplum because I thought it would be unflattering but I loved this! Thanks RTR!

I wore this dress to my graduation ceremony for my Masters degree. It felt very stylish and professional! It definitely runs small, I think this is the first time I've ever worn a size 4. I got a lot of compliments and I was overall very happy with it! It was tight, but not uncomfortable. I also rented the necklace I am wearing with it - it looks great with a chunky, colorful necklace. 

I'm small up top and larger on the bottom, so this dress really showed off my figure. The peplum was perfect for sitting and opening presents.  

Wore to a derby party. Normally wear size 4 in dresses (sometimes 2). Had to wear the 6 in this dress. Was a bit baggy in the bust area otherwise fit perfectly. Absolutely beautiful and received many compliments. 

I wore this dress to my bridal shower and it was great! It was a little tight in the ribs so sitting was challenging for a while, but it was OK by the end of the day. The rest of the fit was perfect.  I got tons of compliments on the dress and felt great all day!

I rented this for my bridal shower & it was perfect. The peplum hides minor stomach bloating from eating, and the waist is super flattering. The 10 was too big, but the 8 was a little snug. It was a little tight around the arms, but after moving around a little bit it seemed to fit better - even after eating!

The fit is snug in the hips and around the butt.  However the dress is beautiful love the dress love the fit, received lots of compliments.

I loved this dress and created some great memories in it!  The texture of the dress is interesting (kind of thick) but damn it looks good in photos! I wore it for my law school graduation with a really dark (fake!) tan and it was a pretty contrast against the white dress.  I would totally rent this dress again for another formal event: it is classic and flattering.  I felt very "lawyer-like" :)

I'm between a 4 and 6 but wore the 6. Fit great up top, a bit snug around my hips but looked great. It's a corduroy-like material so it was a bit stiff, but the peplum top stayed up and looked great. The thicker material was perfect for my December bridal shower. 

I was so excited to wear this dress.  Other reviews told me how it fit and I couldn't wait to try it for myself. The material is thicker, which is nice. But that did make it difficult to keep it from wrinkling. I ironed the front part and it never seemed to go away. It also does run small, but only one size for me. It also fit nice around my chest, but it could be problematic for those with a bigger cheat. Overall, I was so happy with this dress. 

Both dress sizes fit, but I went with the larger size for it was longer in length. The dress was for my dinner during my Girls' Weekend getaway. The material is very thick (like good corduroy) with some stretch, but it's ridiculously impossible to keep wrinkle free. I even took the dress to my cleaners to have them professionally press it, but that was a waste. I like the dress but just wished it didn't wrinkle so easily.  

I wore this for my interview during a recent pageant.  The material was very thick, in a good way, and it fit perfectly.  No complaints!

I usually wear a 4 and went with the 4, but it was a little tight on the hips/thighs. I got so many complements all night. 

Def runs super small. The 6 fit perfect everywhere accept my rib cage. Wore the 8 but it was big in my legs and stomach. All in all, it was fine and everyone loved it. I wear 4/6 in everything else...so beware. 

I absolutely loved this peplum dress.  So much so that I've ordered it twice! The peplum lays perfectly- not too flat. The back cut out adds interest to the dress. I typically order a 0 and 2 in dresses from RTR- and about half the time I'll wear the 0 and the other half the 2. Not with this dress! I definitely needed the 4 because the 2 was tight in the thigh/hip area. But I'm also pretty curvy there.  Also, RTR has the best customer service! I got coffee spilled all over me in this dress, and they didn't charge me an extra cleaning fee! 

I had rented this dress once before, so I knew it ran a little small for me. I usually wear a 2 but was very comfortable in the 4. This is truly a set-it-and-forget-it dress: keeps its shape well, doesn't get too wrinkly, and is form-fitting but still has a little stretch and isn't too constricting. Definitely recommend!
