I wore this dress to my graduation ceremony for my Masters degree. It felt very stylish and professional! It definitely runs small, I think this is the first time I've ever worn a size 4. I got a lot of compliments and I was overall very happy with it! It was tight, but not uncomfortable. I also rented the necklace I am wearing with it - it looks great with a chunky, colorful necklace.

I'm small up top and larger on the bottom, so this dress really showed off my figure. The peplum was perfect for sitting and opening presents.

Wore to a derby party. Normally wear size 4 in dresses (sometimes 2). Had to wear the 6 in this dress. Was a bit baggy in the bust area otherwise fit perfectly. Absolutely beautiful and received many compliments.

I rented this for my bridal shower & it was perfect. The peplum hides minor stomach bloating from eating, and the waist is super flattering. The 10 was too big, but the 8 was a little snug. It was a little tight around the arms, but after moving around a little bit it seemed to fit better - even after eating!

The fit is snug in the hips and around the butt. However the dress is beautiful love the dress love the fit, received lots of compliments.

The peplum sat perfectly with just enough pouf. I followed the other reviews and wore a size up and it fit perfectly. I really wanted to keep this dress it was great!

I was so excited to wear this dress. Other reviews told me how it fit and I couldn't wait to try it for myself. The material is thicker, which is nice. But that did make it difficult to keep it from wrinkling. I ironed the front part and it never seemed to go away. It also does run small, but only one size for me. It also fit nice around my chest, but it could be problematic for those with a bigger cheat. Overall, I was so happy with this dress.

I absolutely loved this peplum dress. So much so that I've ordered it twice! The peplum lays perfectly- not too flat. The back cut out adds interest to the dress. I typically order a 0 and 2 in dresses from RTR- and about half the time I'll wear the 0 and the other half the 2. Not with this dress! I definitely needed the 4 because the 2 was tight in the thigh/hip area. But I'm also pretty curvy there. Also, RTR has the best customer service! I got coffee spilled all over me in this dress, and they didn't charge me an extra cleaning fee!

I had rented this dress once before, so I knew it ran a little small for me. I usually wear a 2 but was very comfortable in the 4. This is truly a set-it-and-forget-it dress: keeps its shape well, doesn't get too wrinkly, and is form-fitting but still has a little stretch and isn't too constricting. Definitely recommend!

The dress is stunning on. It's very professional and white house, expensive looking. It's a corduroy like material, which is kinda weird being the model photo doesn't show this texture. I received both sizes 2 and 4 (normally I wear a 0 or a 2) The 2 was to tight in the bust and arm holes. The size 2 did fit if I didn't want to move my arms or breath, so I opted to not split at the seams and wear the 4. I needed to give it a once over with my iron on a low setting, no steam, inside out to get the wrinkles out from the shipping. It was perfect for my formal business lunch, paired with a chunky pearl necklace and nude heels. I would suggest nude heels over black or white since the dress up close the color has a hue of cream. The structure of the dress is well made and sturdy and will hide any muffin top nicely. It does not stretch sideways only a teeny, tiny bit long ways. I would rent this dress again in the future for any day time semi to formal event. In my opinion this is not an evening dress.

I ordered this dress for a graduation. Although I did not get to wear this dress , I LOVED IT. I ordered a size 4 and 2. The 4 fit perfectly on top, but it did not accommodate my hips. I needed a size 6. There is very little stretch in the dress. Beautiful fabric, a bit on the heavy side for summer, is balanced with an opening in the back with a one button closure. Beautiful dress! . I was very disappointed I could not wear the dress. RTR was very helpful in trying to help me get a replacement, but due to time restraints, it did not work out.

I rented for the first time from Rent the Runway for all of my pageant attire for the Miss Vermont Scholarship Organization Pageant that was this past Saturday. I wore this dress for my interview with the judges and loved everything about it! Very true to size, was very professional yet fashionable, and great length. There were a couple mend marks on the back of the dress when the dress arrived, but they were barely noticeable. Overall an amazing dress.

This dress was perfect for my bridal shower. I got so many compliments. The dress runs to size and fit great. Its a thicker material so it was great for a February shower. I would definitely get this dress again.

Perfect dress for a summer party. The dress is solid white (it has a subtle texture). It is a heavy fabric but not hot. I did need to press it off when I received it, but it wore beautifully all night.

Between the 2 and the 4, I went with the 2. The material is pretty thick, so the size 4 felt like a lot of unnecessary material for me.

Fantastic dress that left me feeling confident all day. The fit was mostly true to size, although it was a little baggy in the waist. Fabric does not have much give, and the skirt definitely needs steamed prior to wearing. This sophisticated dress has enough fun details (the fuller peplum and cut out back) that make it suitable for a variety of occasions. If I could buy this dress, I would!

I rented this for my daughter's high school graduation and not only did I feel great I had many compliments. The style was forgiving and worked with my body type. I HATE shopping so this (RTR) was the ideal situation-I will certainly use Rent the Runway again. My teenage daughters even approved of the dress and they are very picky.

I loved this dress and created some great memories in it! The texture of the dress is interesting (kind of thick) but damn it looks good in photos! I wore it for my law school graduation with a really dark (fake!) tan and it was a pretty contrast against the white dress. I would totally rent this dress again for another formal event: it is classic and flattering. I felt very "lawyer-like" :)

I'm between a 4 and 6 but wore the 6. Fit great up top, a bit snug around my hips but looked great. It's a corduroy-like material so it was a bit stiff, but the peplum top stayed up and looked great. The thicker material was perfect for my December bridal shower.

Def runs super small. The 6 fit perfect everywhere accept my rib cage. Wore the 8 but it was big in my legs and stomach. All in all, it was fine and everyone loved it. I wear 4/6 in everything else...so beware.

Runs SMALL, really. I usually wear an 8, the 10 fit tight. The entire dress, not just the bust. Thick fabric, had to iron before the event and it does wrinkle quickly. But gorgeous!!

I've waited more than a year for our book launch party, and I trusted RTR with my outfit! ; ) The fit was a bit on the snug side. If you are curvy at all, I'd suggest ordering a size up. (I wear a 4 in most every brand and felt "tucked in" in the size 6 here.) The dress was structured - perfect for taking photos and long periods of sitting. Overall, I was very happy with this dress. I received many compliments and loved the professional look for the feel of the event. I was very happy and I'll rent again for sure!

Heavyweight, paper like fabric that you can hear as you walk. It was stiff and bunched oddly. I think it looks great on others though- just not great on my body.

I liked the dress overall and would wear it again. For the cons - It was small (wore a 12 instead of a 10) and the material was different than expected. It was hard to get out of all the wrinkles b/c it was a thick material.

This dress is really pretty and has a great cut and the fabric is substantial. I liked how well it was structured and how it fit! It was a little tight in the thighs and was kind of short while sitting down, but it looked great and I got tons of compliments. I liked the thickness of the fabric a lot and how it made the peplum really pop. I'm glad I ordered the 2 though! I didn't even bother trying on the 0.

Love this dress! Peplum is fabulous. Runs a little snug so size up. I can sometimes wear down to a size 0 in looser fitting dresses but ended up wearing the 4 which was form fitting. Had to keep pulling it down because of the slit in the back so be mindful of that also. Love this dress though and would rent again!

When I first received this dress, it unfortunately had a distinct smell of moth balls. I've rented from RTR before and have NEVER had this issue so after I called to inform them of the situation, the same dress was sent to me overnight to ensure I received it for my shower. RTR has amazing customer service and the second dress was perfect. The material of this dress is very thick and can be difficult to move with your body at times, but it photographs well and was good for a September bridal shower. I actually rented this same necklace in jade last year and fell in love, so I went ahead and bought it in peach for my shower (my wedding color is peach!). I usually wear a size 8 or 10, and since the material is thick I sized up.

Love the peplum style!! I normally wear a 2 in Shoshanna dresses, this one had a thick, corduroy type material with no stretch at all. I wore the 4 and was much more comfortable. Got a lot of compliments, it was the perfect bridal shower dress.

I wore this to my bridal shower and everyone loved it! I will admit that the fabric was not quite what it appears in the photo. I was expecting something softer, but this material was a little stiffer (even though it did have a little stretch), and it almost felt a little like corduroy. Everyone loved the peplum shape, which I was a little nervous about, but decided once it was on, it made my waist look a little narrower (I like to think!). Everyone raved about it and no one could believe it was a rental. Very cute dress!
