Perfect for a cocktail party! I love the lace sleeves and high collar. This runs true to size and we recommend sizing up for your backup size. This is fitted, but there is comfortable room for hips. We do recommend that curvier women size up. This should be worn with a strapless bra and this fabric has no stretch. Pair this with silver earrings! 

I wore the size 4 laced dress and the size 6 slip because it was short. I felt confident and sexy! Tons of compliments.  

This fit me perfectly and was so comfortable! I received so many compliments and really felt amazing in this! My only complaint is that the neck piece is what I was most excited for, and it laid flat/straight out like a spiked collar instead of standing up as advertised, so I actually ended up tucking it in instead. 

A bit short but I danced fine in it. The dress comes in two detached parts: a slip and the lace part that goes over the slip. 

Great dress! Easy shift style. Both the 4 and 6 fit well, but I ended up wearing the slip from the size 4 and the lace dress of the size 6 for the length. Would love to own this one.

Loved this dress! It was the perfect length on me. Overall the dress was slightly large. It gapped in the back and the slip came down really low however I would definitely rent it again! I received so many compliments on it!

This was such a perfect dress for my brothers wedding! I got several compliments on it. It was perfect sizing and the color looked perfect! 

I loved this dress.  It was the perfect fit and length for petite me!  The lace was beautiful and I received a ton of compliments.  I usually wear an 8 but wore a 6 in this because it fit better.  LOVE!  Color wise - it is a dark navy so it did not contrast as well as I'd hoped with my hubbys black.

I liked this dress. I wore as a back up because the zipper on a different dress broke. I had to tuck the neck lace because it didn't stand up evenly and looked messy.

I got the 6 and 8. I tried on the 6 the night before and it fit great. But I was drunk before the wedding so I decided to get the 8 and be comfortable. lol I carry my weight in my stomach and this dress hides all that. 

I loved wearing this dress. It took huge a while to find a way to wear it without a bra showing (the straps on the slip were a little long for me so no bra wasn't really a safe option) but once I got it taped up right, I loved it. Length was great on a short girl like me (4'11"). Definitely recommend. Would also echo others comments that the  neck portion doesn't stand up truly as it should but it looked great regardless. 

Hated sending this one back! It was perfect for a rustic, summer wedding. Super comfortable, true to size, and incredibly flattering. This dress is short - I couldn't bend forward in it without it riding waaay up. I danced all night and received a lot of compliments. 

This dress was so comfortable and cute for a ranch wedding, got tons of compliments. It's just the right length being on the shorter side but a looser fit overall. The lace detail on top is a beautiful touch. Easy to dance in. 

Great rental, very flattering. I ended up wearing the size 4 slip with the size 2 overlay which I read in a few reviews. Would definitely rent again. 

I rented the 2 and 4 as a back up.  The 2 fit, but was way too short!  The 4 gave me more length and worked perfect! 

I absolutely loved this dress! I'm 4'11 about 115 pounds and the size zero fit perfectly.  I got so many compliments at the wedding I went to.  Looks great with gold accessories! Highly recommended.

I worked this to a rehearsal dinner for a Southern wedding. I am 6 months post baby so wanted something  non-fitted in the stomach but still fun! This was it! I am 5'4 and it is def a mini dress, but length worked great for me. I could see if you were much taller would be VERY short. Loved the feminine details and sexy classic feel.  I was about 135lbs when I rented this with a D bust. I wore a size 6, but a 8 would have worked too. My only complaint is that the lace on the neckline would not stand up... maybe from being dry cleaned so much? I ended up just tucking it all down so it looked even. Trying to find this dress so I can buy it. A must rent!


Loved the lace, style and color. The best part about this dress was that it was pretty while also being comfy (regular bra, woo!) The lace neckline does fall like all the other reviews say, but not really noticeable unless you knew it was supposed to stand up. The cap sleeves and high neckline (sheer lace at top) balance the length of the dress. I added a skinny navy belt to help cinch near the waist line since shift dresses can sometimes like billowy on me. Paired with funky gold earrings and nude heels. Lots of compliments, easy to dance in, classy but fun. 

I rented the 2 and 4 and ended up wearing the 4, purely for length, even though the 2 fit better. I wasn't expecting it to be as short as it was, and even in the 4, was very conscious of sitting down, bending over, etc. It's a beautiful dress and I loved wearing it, I only wish it was mine to keep!

This dress was a perfect combination of sexy and fun.  It comes in 2 pieces: the first is a thin slip and the second is the actual dress which is entirely see-through lace.  There were a few instances throughout the evening where I noticed that my bra was slightly exposed, but the material is so dark that I don't think it was visible to anyone else.  The back is open but doesn't come down too low.  The dress was really easy to dance in and even though it's short, it never seemed inappropriate or "too short" for wedding guest attire.  Loved wearing this! 

I was nervous about this dress since I have an hourglass body shape but I didn't have any issues wearing this dress comfortably and confidently. The fit of the dress was true to size. I ordered both the 8 and 10 because I'm between sizes; I ended up wearing the 10 though because it was more comfortable.  The lace and slip are excellent quality and you could tell it was a well-made piece.  The length hit at about mid-thigh and it would creep up when I sat down; not a huge issue (and according to my husband, no one could notice but me). Overall, the dress was comfortable and perfect for the country wedding we attended.

We had a wedding to go to in New Orleans and this dress was perfect! This was my first time renting and it was an overall great experience. I got so many compliments throughout the night, I would recommend this dress for your next special occasion. The only thing that was annoying the collar on the size 10 would not stay up. I think this was due to the dress being worn so many times before.

Love the short length. Rescued the falling collar with a little fashion tape around the neck which made a HUGE difference. Great for a party.

I wore this for a banquet event and so happy I ended up going with this dress! I had received so many compliments on this dress. I ordered a size 0 & 2 and ended up wearing the size 0, I'm 5'5 and about 108lbs. It wasn't too short standing up but when I sat down it was a little, but it worked out great by putting the napkin over my lap. Again, happy with this dress! It definitely didn't let me down. 

Love the neck line on this dress, but lace would fall over a bit so fashion tape would work well! Will rent again 

I ordered two sizes, the 4 and the 6. I am 5'4" and wear a 4 normally. I have broad shoulders so I thought trying the 6 would be wise. The 4 fit perfectly  The length was above the knee but totally appropriate for my age.  The entire dress is lace and an underslip comes with it.  That too was comfortable and moveable all evening.  

I rented this dress for NYE. I normally wear an 8 or 10 but since it is designer and I've never worn designer before I expected it to run small, so O requested the 10 with the 12 as my backup. I wore the 12 and honestly probably could have worn an 8, but I was pleased with the 10. I did not have a problem with the neck coming undone that has been common in other posts, but the slip is definitely short as everyone else says! It was pretty comfortable standing up but sitting down was more challenging since it's super short. Overall I LOVED this dress and would definitely rent again! 

Wore this dress for a cocktail attire Bat Mitzfah. It fit great and was super comfortable for hours of dancing! 

The slip ran a little small but the lace overlay was true to size. Really liked the fit and it was cute and comfortable. 

I love this dress! I got so many compliments. It was maybe a little dressy for the event but I dressed it down a bit with burgundy booties. Very comfortable, the lace was not itchy. I was worried about the length since I'm petite but it was perfect - just short enough!

I love this dress and wish I could buy for more formal events. I was worried about the length, but it was perfect. I rented a 2 and a 4, and went with the 4. The slip on the 2 was much too short. The 4 slip fit, albeit a little awkwardly, but the lace overlay hid all of that. I could've gone with the 2 in the lace part as it was a little roomy in the waist, but wanted more room so it would be comfortable to dance in, sit in, etc. And it was, and looked super chic. Would definitely recommend, ignore the cheesy 2nd pic, it was for my mom, haha! 

For reference, I'm 5'1", 140lbs, with curves in the hips and thighs but a small waist.

The slip on the dress was kind of short so climbing in and out of the third row of a truck was a little task but overall it was amazing! It's not tight and very comfortable 

Wore this dress as a bridesmaid dress and it worked out great! I got lots of compliments and it fit well . I always am afraid to were straight dresses in fear of gut exposer but it was very flattering. It is very short however, I am 5’0 so it came to a perfect length for me but taller girls beware. The lace on the collar dropped as well but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall, I really like this dress.

Fit nicely. I worked VERY hard to make sure the collar/neck lace stood up straight-- lots of hair spray and flat ironing but it stayed up for most of the night! It comes in two parts, the lace overlay was a little lose in the 8 (which is what I wore) but in the 6 the slip was too small. I don't think it's a dress that's meant to be skintight anyways and it did end up being flattering. A little short when I sat down, and I'm only 5'5' so if you're tall beware!!

This dress was my backup but I was glad I got it! It fit like a glove. It is a tad on the short side, and I'm 5'3" so for someone super tall it may be too short. The slip underneath was a little low cut, but the lace overlay definitely made me feel much more comfortable. 

I wore this dress to a wedding rehearsal dinner. It is very pretty and I loved the style. My only issue was that it ran really large. The slip was sliding down and you could see my strapless bra. The dress would have been perfect if it was a little smaller around the bust and arms. 

Great dress for a rehearsal dinner, super easy and I love the shift. Only downside was the button hole was loose from being rented too many times and lace looked a little worn from all the dry cleaning. Otherwise it was a good rental.

I received many compliments throughout the night.  I wore the 0.  (5"3, 112, 32B).  It was almost too short.  But the 2 was too big.  It's not tight and pretty flattering.  The collar doesn't stand up but I hardly even noticed.  It's a really pretty navy and the lace is beautiful.  The slip hung down a little lower than the lace overlay part and that bothered me a little but I still wore the dress.  Overall, I would wear it again.  I liked that the cap sleeves made it a little more conservative, and I felt pretty wearing it.

I wore this dress to a derby party and it was perfect!  Fit true to size and I received several compliments.  The dress did have some noticeable wear like little white balls on the neckline and bottom of the dress from washing I assume.  

Perfect length for me (I'm 4'11"). Great quality fabric. My only complaint is that the lace on the neckline falls, so it's not actually as pictured on the neck. I did my best to fasten the lace up...but it fell a couple hours in to the night. 

I loved the dress.  The color is a slight departure from the basic black, and the lace adds a little flair to the basic cocktail dress.  It fit very comfortably.  I wore the 10 and probably could have worn an 8, but they sent me a 12 instead.  The slip for the 10 fit just right, but the dress was a little big.  I probably would have worn the 10 slip with an 8 dress.   The lace is a little pilled and the collar does not stand up, as the other reviews mentioned, but it wasn't terribly noticeable.  I would wear it again.

The lace made this dress look elegant. I am short and the length was perfect for me.
