This is one of those dresses where the designer just tried TOO. DANG. HARD. clashing patterns, bright colors, open neckline, straps on straps. It was overwhelming. I'm sure it will work for someone, but I'm not her. 

The neck is tiny.  The chest plunges with a hook and eye that then is open to the waist.  The scrunching on the waist adds a heavier look. The hem had a weird bubble effect. And you really have to like bright yellow. Hard pass

Luxe details, the front can be closed at the neck or open - there is a discreet eye-hook closure to prevent flashing if you opt to leave the neck open. The buttons on the side undo for more flow. 

The material is too heavy to wear in temperatures above the low 70's(F). Ideal transitional seasons or cool summer nights. This stylish dress is comfortable to wear.
