This is one of those dresses where the designer just tried TOO. DANG. HARD. clashing patterns, bright colors, open neckline, straps on straps. It was overwhelming. I'm sure it will work for someone, but I'm not her.

The neck is tiny. The chest plunges with a hook and eye that then is open to the waist. The scrunching on the waist adds a heavier look. The hem had a weird bubble effect. And you really have to like bright yellow. Hard pass
