This dressed hugged my curves in all the right places and was surprisingly long enough even when I wore heels and I’m pretty tall. The color was flattering even when I’m winter pale, and the stretch fabric made it comfortable to dance, eat and sit in. Definitely recommend for tall hourglass shaped women. 

Felt very sexy in this dress! It was my back up and I fell in love with it. Material was nice and thick, no need to wear a bra and the ruching was perfectly placed to enhance all your best curves. I'm almost 5'9" and even in heels it was long enough which is hard for me sometimes. In person it looks like a metallic charcoal in some pictures it looks like an emerald green. Highly recommend!

You definitely need a zipper buddy for this dress to get in and out of it! This dress + some good shapewear is the closest I will ever get to an hourglass figure. Literally people could not stop telling me how good I looked, haha! It is tight! I maybe could have sized up but the stretchy fabric was forgiving enough. I also wore the regular length with 3.5 inch heels and I had to hike it up a wee bit to make sure I didn't step on it. But the stretchy fabric already has a bunched look to it, and it was so tight it stayed in place where I pulled up the excess fabric in my midsection. I thought I could pull off a regular bra but I did have to wear a strapless because of the cut of the sleeves. But the bra stayed easily in place because of the fit. 

This dress fit great and was very comfortable all night! The length was perfect on me with 3” heels. I did have issues with the zipper as mentioned in the other reviews and had to shimmy my way in to the dress rather than use the zipper, but it worked out due to the stretchy material! I also taped down the black bra lining. Would definitely rent this again!

Wore this dress to a formal wedding and loved it. The material is super stretchy and forgiving. The back is super cute too!! I think this would look good on any body type. Highly recommend!

Great dress, the only problem is that the underneath lining was showing up at the front.

I loved wearing this dress. It was a little short with heels but it worked out well since the wedding was taking place on grass after rain, so the dress did not get dirty. The straps were a little snug but it was fine. Got lots of compliments!! 

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding. It’s a very stretchy dress and was comfortable because of that. It was slightly tight in a couple places like my chest and diaphragm, but it didn’t prevent me from eating a lot or dancing. A bra was not needed and I had no concerns of anything potentially slipping out.  I don’t think sizing up would have been a great idea for my body, as it probably would’ve been too big. I received lots of compliments and it’s a gorgeous dress - highly recommend. 

It fit like a glove! Sucked in everything and was super easy. Got so many compliments. 

The zipper was VERY sticky but that was the only real downfall. Felt sexy and comfortable though it was very tight. Didn't wear a bra with it and felt very secure! Absolutely loved this dress.

Love the dress style and color! But the petite was longer than expected, I'm 5'2 for reference and if I would have straightened out the dress it would've been too long. I'm not at my most athletic and it hugged me in all the right places. :)

They couldn't send the second size for me so I guess this was true to size? But it was super tight and I didn't love the overall look of it

They ran out of normal sizes so I had to order the Long, and at 5’2” it was definitely long. I had 5 in heels on and it still was past my shoes so would recommend normal and not long if you’re short like me. I’m a 36C and could still fit a strapless bra and 140 hourglass so the ruching was perfect to cover all the right places. Absolutely should’ve bought this lol

I loved this dress and hated to send it back. I'm usually between a size 2 and 4 in most dresses and was surprised from other reviews when the 2 fit a little bit better-although I could have worn either size since the dress does have some give. This was perfect for my small chest (32b) and flattered my curves (pear shape).

The zipper is quite tricky as other reviewers mentioned, but not enough of an issue to make it unwearable.

This was a backup dress. I am a true hourglass (Jessica Rabbit) shape & my husband loved the way it hugged my curves. The 8 or 10 would have fit better, but size 12L was the only option. It was a little loose but worked. Also had to use double-sided tape to hem about 8" even with 4" heels. Very comfortable to dance and move around. 

Fit amazing and was incredibly comfortable. Hugged in all the right places! 

The fit was snug to the body but overall very flattering (especially with spanx) and I would and am going to rent this again!!

Loved this gown for my straight/narrow frame. Thick, quality material. The shimmer of the gown looks better in person, but definitely unique. The black inner liner did ride up as others have said, but could be fixed with fabric tape (was my plan, but forgot to pack it) . Lots of compliments! 

Dress is super sexy! Would prefer it in a 4, but it's currently unavailable. Had issues with the zipper, but once it's zipped (need a helper) then you should be good to go. It's extremely form fitting, but the material has some stretch to it at least which is helpful, especially if you plan on dancing. I'll prolly end up hiking it up while on the dance floor to allow more movement. If you're looking for a sexy dress and don't plan on dancing then this dress is definitely for you!

The dress definitely runs small. Highly advise going up a size.  Lots of stretch to it, though.  The maternity version has plenty of room for your bump.  Got tons of compliments.  

This is a great dress. It is thick, stretchy fabric. The regular length was perfect. The torso was almost too small but just fit. The only issue with this dress that has been mentioned in other reviews is the black lining at the bust. It creeps up out of the dress. I used fashion tape to hold it down. I highly recommend this dress. 

I absolutely loved this dress! It was my backup and I liked it more than try first pick. The material is stretchy and is really flattering. 

Total Jessica Rabbit dress.  Fit like a glove and the fabric/ruching are very forgiving.  

I weighed bout 145 5'3" and 31 weeks preggars.  This fit perfectly (a tad snug) and was easier to put on than the original dress that I reserved via rent the runway.  Material is thick but doesn't wrinkle.  I probably could have gone one size bigger and been a bit more comfy! 

I am 5'4" and the dress was long enough to skim the floor when I wore 3.75" heels.  Perfect!  Also, the dress is nice and stretchy - I am 16 weeks pregnant and just starting to show, but my bump was no match for this dress!  The slit is a nice, subtle touch.  It could be a little sexier if it were more towards the front/higher up, but I enjoyed it, anyway.  The dress is a little bit itchy in the side seams, but I was willing to overlook that for how beautiful this dress was!  Also, I didn't mind the black across the neckline, like everyone else did...but if you do, it's a pain to right it for the night.  I highly recommend, especially for ladies who want to show off their figures!

Fabulous fit and comfortable! Wore with a strapless bra. Loads of compliments and wow factor! Stretchy and forgiving but very elegant and classy. This was my backup dress and was only available in a size smaller than my usual but it worked like a charm. I could have worn the 12 for a bit more breathing room but the 10 worked thanks to the stretchy thick fabric. 

This dress was amazing and the plethora of compliments it caused for me, had me never wanting to take it off. The material is actually a stretchy material which makes it so comfortable & easy to wear. It is very very form fitted and I did wear the backup size, which thankfully was a size up. The mid-section has ruching to the sides and even up the back along the zipper. That is a girls best friend at hiding anything you are uncomfortable about (bumps or bulges). I wore the long as I was wearing 3" heals, the dress was a tad too long but with the ruching I was actually able to pull it up a tad and sort tuck it into a ruched area. Worked great. Loved this dress, would rent again!! 

I'm athletic, but this dress definitely made my muscle feminine. 

There is a little black strap across the top of the neckline that kept popping up, which was my only complaint. Otherwise it fit like a glove and was a gorgeous gold-like color.

Very comfortable and easy to move around in all night.  No need for a bra, which is nice.
Wore with 4 inch black heels and black and gold jewelry. 

Very nice quality dress. I'm 5"6 and 120. I can normally wear a size 2, but this 2 long was much too tight and too long for me even in my tallest heels. I have an athletic build and the dress felt too tight across my back and shoulder area. I requested a replacement and RTR was easy and great to work with getting replacements shipped the same day. Love the service I received! 

The fit was comfortable and forgiving.  Aside from the black edge of the shelf bra, everything was wonderful. 

This dress looks tiny but is VERY forgiving. AMAZING fit! PERFECT for formal affairs. I felt great in this dress. The color is fantastic, as well. I was devastated when it came time to send this back. I'm 5'2", weigh 124lbs and have ~25" waist, ~37" hips and wear a 34B. I wore pretty tall heels to make the length work but managed to find the perfect heel at DSW.

Great and fit like a glove! Wore for a black tie wedding. Got a lot of  compliments on this dress! Decently stretchy although it sometimes scrunched up in the stomach area but for the most part it looked good the whole night. The zipper is very difficult so definitely be sure to have someone help you put it on. Other than that loved it, would definitely rent again!  

Loved the fit of both the 6 and the 8, but I ordered the 6 long and it was dragging on the floor even with high heels, so I went Ruth the 8 and it worked perfectly. Just the right amount of hug and stretch in all the right places
