This dressed hugged my curves in all the right places and was surprisingly long enough even when I wore heels and I’m pretty tall. The color was flattering even when I’m winter pale, and the stretch fabric made it comfortable to dance, eat and sit in. Definitely recommend for tall hourglass shaped women.

This dress fit great and was very comfortable all night! The length was perfect on me with 3” heels. I did have issues with the zipper as mentioned in the other reviews and had to shimmy my way in to the dress rather than use the zipper, but it worked out due to the stretchy material! I also taped down the black bra lining. Would definitely rent this again!

Love the dress style and color! But the petite was longer than expected, I'm 5'2 for reference and if I would have straightened out the dress it would've been too long. I'm not at my most athletic and it hugged me in all the right places. :)

They ran out of normal sizes so I had to order the Long, and at 5’2” it was definitely long. I had 5 in heels on and it still was past my shoes so would recommend normal and not long if you’re short like me. I’m a 36C and could still fit a strapless bra and 140 hourglass so the ruching was perfect to cover all the right places. Absolutely should’ve bought this lol

This dress really did a great job of showing off an hourglass figure. I wore a strapless bra with it because although I initially thought I could make a regular bra work, the straps showed. You will see in other reviews that people mention the black lining at the top of the bust and how it pops out. It does. And if you push it in, it pops back out. I just let it stay popped out, made it even and owned it like it was supposed to be that way.

Felt very sexy in this dress! It was my back up and I fell in love with it. Material was nice and thick, no need to wear a bra and the ruching was perfectly placed to enhance all your best curves. I'm almost 5'9" and even in heels it was long enough which is hard for me sometimes. In person it looks like a metallic charcoal in some pictures it looks like an emerald green. Highly recommend!

You definitely need a zipper buddy for this dress to get in and out of it! This dress + some good shapewear is the closest I will ever get to an hourglass figure. Literally people could not stop telling me how good I looked, haha! It is tight! I maybe could have sized up but the stretchy fabric was forgiving enough. I also wore the regular length with 3.5 inch heels and I had to hike it up a wee bit to make sure I didn't step on it. But the stretchy fabric already has a bunched look to it, and it was so tight it stayed in place where I pulled up the excess fabric in my midsection. I thought I could pull off a regular bra but I did have to wear a strapless because of the cut of the sleeves. But the bra stayed easily in place because of the fit.

Wore this dress to a formal wedding and loved it. The material is super stretchy and forgiving. The back is super cute too!! I think this would look good on any body type. Highly recommend!

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding. It’s a very stretchy dress and was comfortable because of that. It was slightly tight in a couple places like my chest and diaphragm, but it didn’t prevent me from eating a lot or dancing. A bra was not needed and I had no concerns of anything potentially slipping out. I don’t think sizing up would have been a great idea for my body, as it probably would’ve been too big. I received lots of compliments and it’s a gorgeous dress - highly recommend.

It was raining the day of my event so I had to be very cautious about lifting my dress. A sides from that I would describe the dress to be perfect. It fit my body very well but still comfortable enough for me to move in. I'm so glad to have rented it.

I normally wear a size 4 I ordered the 4L and 6L. the 4L was a little tight around the bust so I opted for a size 6. I am 5 foot and 6.5 inches and found the dress a little too long even with 3 inch heels. I also rented the necklace that was on the model and I loved how the whole outfit came together.

The size 8R fit my hourglass shape like a glove, I didn't even try the smaller size on. At first I was worried because the zipper is a little funky due to the rouching, but once it's on, there aren't any problems! I still can't figure out the color of the dress but it didn't matter!!

Pros: the material is think enough that you don't need to wear a bra Cons: I found the zipper a bit tricky, so the dress was a little difficult to get into without help. As for fit, the dress runs pretty long, so I was glad I wore heels, and I'm 5'8". Overall, I would definitely wear this dress again.

It's fitted in all the right places, but amazingly comfortable. From the model photos, I worried the straps would fall down, but not the case at all. There is a fastener that actually gave the straps a halter look and feel. It's a gorgeous gown. And I was really happy with it.

dress is stunning! elegant, beautiful, sexy with the slit, but not over the top. The color is great, I'm not a huge fan of gold and loved the color. Very comfortable. I am 5'8 125 wore 3"heels, was a little long.

The material is elastin so the fit makes anyone have a shape. It is not forgiving however, and although I am skinny I still wore spanks. The split made it easy to walk without being offensive. I didn't have to wear a bra, but my boobs were in place. And the color was just gold enough to not make me look like Queen of the Nile. I was so satisfied with my purchase and rented both the 4R and 6R. They both fit but I liked the 4R, although the my boyfriend assured me the 6 was fine. Great dress!

I went with the 4l instead of 2l, the 2l was tight enough to be almost scandalous. There is a black lining in the neckline that kept creeping out - this might not be a problem for a bustier girl - I probably could have used some fashion tape. I'm 5'7" and wore with a 4" heel, nubra and spanx. Comfortable, pretty, elegant for a formal party. Perfect.

The dress is very flattering and form fitting. I received so many compliments on the dress! The only thing that bothered me was the liner at the top kept coming out so I tried taping it with body tape. I absolutely loved the dress though!

I wore this dress for a black tie event, it was my first time using RTR and a great experience. The comments from some of the previous customers influenced me to order both my sizes (4 and 6) in Long. I'm over 5'8" and wanted to wear heels but when I got the dresses, both sizes ended up being way too long for me and I had to pin up the dress. Fortunately, the pins were camouflaged by the sparkly fabric but it was still a bit annoying. The dress is VERY form fitting but the ruching is very flattering. Size 4 fit but I was far more comfortable in the 6.

The dress is very fitted but has some stretch. The 2 was suctioned to my body and I was super uncomfortable so I opted for the 4. It was still tight but I believe that was just the nature of the dress. Gorgeous gown. Gold accents were a perfect touch. Tons of compliments. The highlight was being approached by a photographer for a photo and being asked who designed my gown.

It is BEAUTIFUL and true to size. And although I am only 5'3", the ruching all around made it possible for me to bring the dress to the length I needed with my 3 1/2 in heels! I am very curvy, and so I needed help getting zipped up, but I felt amazing all night. One slight criticism is it was a bit snug around my chest (I am a 36C), but overall, I would still rent this again. I definitely stood out by sparkling without looking like a glittery teenager.

It is a beautiful dress! I was very comfortable all night, and the fabric is terrific for hiding less-desirable parts and the rouching accentuating the best! The only downside I found is that it was somewhat restrictive in the bust area (I'm 36 DD, so I'm not sure how many people would have this problem), but since it was stretchy, it wasn't terrible. I got a ton of compliments at my New Years Eve gala, and would highly recommend this garment. I don't naturally have much of a waist, but because of the rouching, it gave me more of an hourglass shape, which I love! I'm quite tall, and I love to wear heels, so I was concerned about what height shoe I could wear. I was so pleasantly surprised that, at 5'11", I could still wear 4" heels with the long length and it was perfect! It didn't drag on the ground, but was just only just short enough to show off my pedicure. :) It should be noted that it is a black dress with light gold thread, so it is anything but brown, which is kind of misleading in the model's picture. I found it paired best with black (shoes, pashmina, clutch), and I had some interesting bronze jewelry that was a surprisingly good fit. I would not recommend wearing with too-yellow of gold jewelry.

This dress is so, so lovely. It makes you look like the Oscar statue! It's almost more gold than the chocolate brown that it looks on the model, but that depends on how the light makes it shimmer. I used a size 4, even though for many dresses I might be a 6. That's because it's a little stretchy and is meant to be form fitting, not loose. The material ruches in just the right places, so you don't have to be afraid that the smaller size will show off all your imperfections. The slit is super sexy and looks great with high, high heels. The sleeves are also very flattering for your bust and arms. Overall, I love Nicole Miller dresses and just think they were made for my body type--which is athletic. Also, last note, this dress is a breeze to dance in. Everything stays put and it's really very comfortable.

This was my first choice dress. I absolutely loved it. Better in person than I thought it would look. Top shelf bra would fit any size girls. So no bra needed. I'm actually a 36DD. I wore the 8L with about 2 1/2 heels. No spanx needed but I did wear a half one just to look smooth. I got so many compliments all night and heads turned. You will love this dress!

This was a backup gown, which I never would have chosen, but I looked morbidly obese in the original gown. Two girdles later I was lookin' fine. This dress is extremely flattering. Got compliments all night.

I loved this dress, and it fit like a glove! The material was stretchy and super comfortable. The ruching (sp?) was very forgiving and flattering. I got tons of compliments. I loved the color, as it was like nothing I'd ever worn before. It was basically an emerald green, but it had metallic threads throughout. I was able to wear a normal strapless bra, but it was too difficult to zip up on my own. The dress was very long, so be prepared to wear at least three inch heels. The perfect combination of style and comfort!

This dress is beautiful. The color is better in person than the picture. It's more gold than brown. It is very fitted without being too tight. I'm 5'4", wore 3" heels and still had to tape it up about an inch. There is also a lining that kept creeping up in front. I used fabric tape to keep it in place. The stylist suggested jewelry, and I loved what she chose. I felt like a movie star at the company Christmas party.

It is very form fitting so make sure you feel your best if you chose it. It was still very comfortable. I wore a strapless bra without any problem.

I ordered the size 2 and 4..honestly not much difference in fit (although I couldn't zip it up myself all the way to really see the difference) I went with the 4 and it fit great. I'm 5'3 and the length was perfect with 4-5 inch heels. I loved the shirring around the sides, I could still eat and drink! The only thing about this dress is you can't wear a bra. I tried a strapless but it literally made me look so flat chested that I ended up pinning a Victoria's Secret bra into the sides that I cut the straps off of. There is a black mesh bra covering inside the dress that would creep up in front, I also had to pin this down on the inside. Not sure why it doesn't lay right if you don't pin it down. This dress really was stunning, I felt like a movie star. The Nicole Miller necklace was also gorgeous with this dress. Would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to camouflage a tummy or hide some love handles. It accentuated the booty so perfectly in the back. I got tons of compliments!

Great dress, the only problem is that the underneath lining was showing up at the front.
