This dress was so comfortable and I didn’t even need to wear a bra! It hugged all of my curves in the right places and was perfect for the fall golf course wedding we attended. I received many compliments on it throughout the night as well!

this was not the dress I originally tried to rent, but at the last minute it wasn't available, so I went with this one. What a stroke of luck! It fit beautifully, held me in around the belly area, low cut enough to be sexy yet classy; be sure to check out the back for the pretty detail.

Rented this for my best friend's wedding, where the bridesmaids were asked to wear navy. Loved the lace and bustle on the back, both made it a much more interesting look and I got tons of complements!

LOVED this dress and got so many compliments on it. The bussle in the back was a bit different but the color and fit made it great. I thought I would wear a 4 and I'm glad I ordered the back up six because I ended up wearing that. Just for reference I usually wear a four in banana republic dresses and extra smalls in things.

Love this dress. I wore for my sons communion.  A little booby but otherwise great fit and class.  Highly recommend.  

I ordered a size 6 and and 8 and ended up wearing the 8.  The dress overall was beautiful and a nice fit my chest is on the fuller side so I did not need to wear a bra. I felt beautiful and got a lot of compliments through the night. 

This was my first experience with RTR. I am very impressed with the service, process and quality of the products!  The dress was great. It was little tight through the breast. But was perfect for what I needed and the cost was excellent!  The quality was fabulous. I ordered two and both were stunning. 

I really loved this dress- it was the perfect combination of simple yet elegant.  Only issue was with the zipper- really because of the v shaped back and where it ended. Otherwise so great!

Pros: beautiful, fits like a glove, ruffles on back are gorgeous
Cons: zipper sticks, you need a partner when going to the restroom to zip you back up

The dress was so comfy, and I didn't have to wear spanks, the dress had a tight fit to keep everything in place, but not too tight where it was uncomfortable. Great dress to dance in and so fun with the bustle. 

It fit perfectly. The color was magnificent, the bustle in the back was an added perfect touch, and I paired it with a Fuchsia silk wrap that paired perfectly with my fiancé's tie. All around, it was a beautiful dress, perfect length, and very well made. It stood the test of dancing for hours at a wedding!

Loved this dress! Monique L'huillier never fails me. The front and back v-cut is both classy and sexy, and the tail in the back makes for an amazing booty! The fabric is also very forgiving and I felt comfortable the entire evening. I'm normally a 0, but ended up wearing the 2 because the girls were too much volume for the 0. Highly recommended!

The dress is very flattering, but I usually wear a 6 or 8 and the 8 JUST fit.

Wore this dress for my cousin formal wedding. The dress was a little tight and the zipper was a little difficult. However once on it was perfect!! I received so many compliments as well. It was comfortable enough to dance the night away in! 

I had ordered another dress in size 4, that was way too small, thankfully this was a 6 and fit great! It was chesty but nothing that made me uncomfortable. I’m 5’4 and it was just below the knee on me. The back had almost pleating which was cute (especially for someone like me without much curve there) fabric is heavy enough to not wear a bra, and it kept everything smooth at the waste etc.

Looks great from the front, but the back is so weird I almost didn't wear the dress.  

The dress is great quality and the ruffle on the back was my favorite part. I ended up wearing my bigger backup size because the top on both sizes was a little big. The later size allowed me to pin the back V a little which also helped bring up the front V some. If you have large ladies, they will definitely be on display in this dress, so if you’re uncomfortable with cleavage, this isn’t your dress. The lace is a little itchy, but I wore a shaper, which helped. I also had a wear a bra with an extender strap so I could clasp my bra lower in the back because of the deep V. Overall, it was comfortable though and I got lots of compliments. Loved it! 

Rented this dress for my mom. Size 12 worked wonderfully, unfortunately the dress had a 2 inch hole in the seam on the right side. Fortunately, it was near the knee and the detail of the lace hid the hole.  The backup size 14 was unavailable last minute which was frustrating, but RTR gave us the option of another back up dress which we didn't end up using. 

Pros: flattering silhouette and neckline. The navy and lace combination was unique enough to stand out. The length was professional enough for a work event.
Cons: Runs on the small side and absolutely no stretch! It took a while for me to get this one zipped up. The ruffles on the back were also uncomfortable for sitting for a long period of time.

I loved this dress BUT all the reviews saying the zipper was tricky were RIGHT! It's not that it is tight,it's the unforgiving and bulky material around the zipper. It took my strong husband about 10 minutes to zip me in. 
It fit nicely. I am a true size 10 and wear a 34DD and , as you can see from my pic, it was almost too low cut. The material is not stretchy or spanx-y, but does provide support. I received lots of compliments and felt great dancing the night away. The color is far better IRL, and the detail on the lace material is beautiful. I would love to own it!!



I rented this dress for my son's wedding and it was perfect! I usually wear size 10 but needed a 12 in this style to be able to zip up the top. Plenty of room from the waist down though! The bustle in the back made this dress look so elegant.

Rented this dress for a fall outdoor wedding and it didn't disappoint. I had intended to wear the 4 as it fit perfectly (a little tight in the bust as others said) and the length was just right, but the extra fabric in the back makes the zipper almost impossible and it came away from the side. The 6 was not so different in size (a little longer in length and a little more fabric in the tummy than I needed) but overall a nice fit. Received many compliments on the dress!! This is my second time using RTR and I will definitely be back for more. 

This dress fit so well. I felt really pretty in it and loved the bustle detail in the back (not ridiculous, but definitely cool). I wore a strapless bra and the dress did a good job of keeping things in place. This dress was definitely fitted, but not to the point that I couldn't chase a kid or dance or get in a car. I loved the pretty navy color and the lace was in excellent shape. The dress was slightly heavy, but I wore it in August in the summer without feeling sweatier than anyone else (I was way less sweaty than any of the guys in suits). Such a treat to wear such a gorgeous dress! 

I wore this to my high school reunion and it was perfect! The dress fit perfectly and was so beautiful. 

I got this for a nice dinner while on vacation with my husband. It was a little too formal and ended up not wearing it. It has a (very pretty) bustle in the back- much more appropriate for a black tie wedding.

Regardless, it was beautiful. Runs a bit small. There's no way the 2 would fit, but the 4 was perfect. 

The dress would have been perfect for an event where you are more likely to be standing and mingling. The dress straps were a little to big and kept falling down when I was dancing. It it also a little itchy and heavy material, especially for a mid summer wedding that was outside. Going to the bathroom was a little tough too...you have to pull the dress up because the less you mess with the zipper, the better!
However, I got a ton of compliments on the look of the dress and people loved the tail detail in the back.

This is a great dress. I got so many complements in it and felt great all night! Like other reviewers it is two things, heavier than it looks and very fitted. If you are curvy this fits like a glove. I got an 8 and 10 and ultimately wore the 10. The lace is a little itchy at first, but I got used to it. The other thing I noticed was that in the image of the model wearing it, it looks more lined than it is. The top is a sweetheart with a plunging neckline in the front and a unlined low back. I wore a backless sticky bra in it and that was perfect. The underskirt comes to about mid-thigh and then the lace hits mid-knee. Just a little skin showing and the ruffle in the back makes this classic sheath a little more modern. 

For an outdoor formal summer event, this was a great dress. Highly recommend.

Beautiful dress. It is SNUG around the bust. That was fine for me- I'm very flat chested, so it was very flattering as it almost made me appear to have fuller cleavage. But for anyone who's not flat as a board, like myself, anticipate that snugness... (maybe size up)?The material is VERY scratchy. It was beautiful, but that part, especially around the tight chest/arm area, was uncomfortable. 

I almost got cold feet about this dress just before the event, but I am so glad I stuck with it. The dress is impeccably tailored and the fabric is high quality. There were a few loose strands on the dress I had to trim, but otherwise it did not show too much wear and tear. The dress is very form fitting and fits more like a mermaid style dress, meaning your knees will not have a lot of free movement in the dress. I am a pretty solid size 6 and this dress felt true to size. I think this dress would look great on both busty and slim ladies, as long as you are okay with a little cleavage if you are on the chestier side. The little tail on the dress is interesting - kind of a victorian throwback, but it really completed the look overall and somehow made the dress feel a touch more classy. 

The zipper was a little tricky, but not a big deal...would rent again for sure!

The dress was great.  A heavier lace than I expected but that's part of what made it so flattering.  I loved the butt ruffle too.  It was perfect.

This dress garnered lots of compliments! A couple of notes though- it doesn't give at all- be prepared. The zippers on both the size 4 and 6 were VERY stiff. I couldn't get it zipped by myself. Also, this dress is a little itchy, due to the detail. 

Overall, it was a great dress for the event. 

I'm postpartum and wearing a 32G at the moment. Couldn't believe I was able to fit my normal size in the bust. More cleavage than I'm accustomed to, but it wasn't  too tight. This dress is so classy and gorgeous, so I didn't feel weird showing a little more skin than normal. The back is quite low. I was able to use a strap attachment to drop my bra in the back, and my spanx didn't come up high enough to show. 

I planned to wear the 10 since I didn't loose those last few lbs, and it fit perfectly in the hips and waist but was too large in the straps. I ended up in the 8 so that the top would fit, and it may have been slightly less comfortable and a little snug, but I felt gorgeous! There were tons of compliments. Do not underestimate the warnings about the zipper though! It took me 2 extra sets of hands to zip. 

The dress was well made and looked lovely. I received compliments all night. However the zipper was a little tricky and I needed more room for my hips, so I had to go with the 10 which was my back up size.  Loved the dress, will definitely rent again.

Worn to the Nutcracker Ballet. Nice and elegant for the occasion and got a lot of attention. 

Dress fit perfect! However fabric was itchy and had zero stretch so you may want to size up. I was able to wear a regular bra that had the strap to lower it in the back. Wore a taupe shawl for the ceremony in church because dress is low cut.
