This dress was so comfortable and I didn’t even need to wear a bra! It hugged all of my curves in the right places and was perfect for the fall golf course wedding we attended. I received many compliments on it throughout the night as well!

I had ordered another dress in size 4, that was way too small, thankfully this was a 6 and fit great! It was chesty but nothing that made me uncomfortable. I’m 5’4 and it was just below the knee on me. The back had almost pleating which was cute (especially for someone like me without much curve there) fabric is heavy enough to not wear a bra, and it kept everything smooth at the waste etc.

this was not the dress I originally tried to rent, but at the last minute it wasn't available, so I went with this one. What a stroke of luck! It fit beautifully, held me in around the belly area, low cut enough to be sexy yet classy; be sure to check out the back for the pretty detail.

Rented this for my best friend's wedding, where the bridesmaids were asked to wear navy. Loved the lace and bustle on the back, both made it a much more interesting look and I got tons of complements!

Runs true to size. I ordered a 2 and 4. I went with the 2, which fit well but felt a little snug. The 4 felt about the same, but the top part was too big and the 4 had a sticky zipper and I didn't want to risk it.

This dress is such a win, it looks good on a lot of different body types and is super flattering! I got so many compliments on it! It runs pretty true to size, the back zipper is hard to close so if you are between sizes I would size up to make sure it zips on the day of the event!

I ordered the 10 and 12, but the 10 fit absolutely perfectly so I didn't even try on the 12. It appears like a simple sheath dress with lace over a slip, but the ruffle in back makes it special. I have an hourglass figure - curvy - with a larger bust and hips and a relatively small waist. This dress fit my curves and was nonetheless slimming and flattering. I would order it again for another vacation. As a side note, I had ordered a different dress that did not work for me at all, so I called in a panic and was overnighted this dress. It arrived in the nick of time!! If this is your first time ordering, like it was for me, I would get delivery at least two days before your event, just in case. But I was relieved it all worked out and would use RTR again!

Fit snuggly, wasn't too short and was perfect with a pair of gloves for my Mad Men themed corporate party! If you have some hips, this is the one for you!

This dress is lovely. The 6 fit me perfectly. I wore a normal bra and the strap did not show in the back. It is heavier than I thought and the material does not have much give. If you are looking to dance the night away, this dress might be uncomfortable. It was perfect for the office holiday party I attended. I

LOVED this dress and got so many compliments on it. The bussle in the back was a bit different but the color and fit made it great. I thought I would wear a 4 and I'm glad I ordered the back up six because I ended up wearing that. Just for reference I usually wear a four in banana republic dresses and extra smalls in things.

I wore this for my work holiday party and got lots of compliments! I'm still guessing at my size after recently having a baby (I used to be a 4) so I went with the 8 which I think runs true to size, was slightly roomy but the 6 was too tight in the bust for me. My only problem was that the zipper got stuck horribly on the lace when I was taking it off the hanger and took forever to unstick. Then it got stuck again while I was zipping it up and I had a moment of panic that I was never going to get unstuck and make it to my party. Took forever to fix. The lace is problematic! But once I got over the zipping hurdle it worked fine.

I wore this dress to a black tie wedding and really liked it. It's gorgeous and well made. It fit me really well too-- it's a fitted silhouette, and there's always a chance that it just won't work with your body shape, but I had no bunching or gaping. If you have a wider bust, you might want to consider a larger size, given that it's a pretty sturdy fit and doesn't allow for much stretch. I'd recommend an adhesive front-only bra for this dress, as the deep v in the back may show the top of your bra otherwise. My only issue was that it was a little itchy, namely on the neckline. The lace is a little rough and the edges irritated my skin a bit. Nothing terrible though. Overall, great dress.

I usually wear a size 4, but this dress fit well! I would recommend going one size up in addition to your true size to compare fit and what is most comfortable. In the 6, the waist was fitted but the bust area was loose, so I think I would have preferred the 4. If you have a larger bust, I recommend checking out the next size up for back up. The lace on this dress was very classic and the overall fit was very comfortable and flattering. I would recommend a strapless bra or even an adhesive bra to ensure straps do not show on the back.

I really loved this dress- it was the perfect combination of simple yet elegant. Only issue was with the zipper- really because of the v shaped back and where it ended. Otherwise so great!

The dress was so comfy, and I didn't have to wear spanks, the dress had a tight fit to keep everything in place, but not too tight where it was uncomfortable. Great dress to dance in and so fun with the bustle.

It fit perfectly. The color was magnificent, the bustle in the back was an added perfect touch, and I paired it with a Fuchsia silk wrap that paired perfectly with my fiancé's tie. All around, it was a beautiful dress, perfect length, and very well made. It stood the test of dancing for hours at a wedding!

Loved this dress! Monique L'huillier never fails me. The front and back v-cut is both classy and sexy, and the tail in the back makes for an amazing booty! The fabric is also very forgiving and I felt comfortable the entire evening. I'm normally a 0, but ended up wearing the 2 because the girls were too much volume for the 0. Highly recommended!

Wore this dress for my cousin formal wedding. The dress was a little tight and the zipper was a little difficult. However once on it was perfect!! I received so many compliments as well. It was comfortable enough to dance the night away in!

The dress is great quality and the ruffle on the back was my favorite part. I ended up wearing my bigger backup size because the top on both sizes was a little big. The later size allowed me to pin the back V a little which also helped bring up the front V some. If you have large ladies, they will definitely be on display in this dress, so if you’re uncomfortable with cleavage, this isn’t your dress. The lace is a little itchy, but I wore a shaper, which helped. I also had a wear a bra with an extender strap so I could clasp my bra lower in the back because of the deep V. Overall, it was comfortable though and I got lots of compliments. Loved it!

I rented this dress for my son's wedding and it was perfect! I usually wear size 10 but needed a 12 in this style to be able to zip up the top. Plenty of room from the waist down though! The bustle in the back made this dress look so elegant.

This dress fit so well. I felt really pretty in it and loved the bustle detail in the back (not ridiculous, but definitely cool). I wore a strapless bra and the dress did a good job of keeping things in place. This dress was definitely fitted, but not to the point that I couldn't chase a kid or dance or get in a car. I loved the pretty navy color and the lace was in excellent shape. The dress was slightly heavy, but I wore it in August in the summer without feeling sweatier than anyone else (I was way less sweaty than any of the guys in suits). Such a treat to wear such a gorgeous dress!

I got this for a nice dinner while on vacation with my husband. It was a little too formal and ended up not wearing it. It has a (very pretty) bustle in the back- much more appropriate for a black tie wedding. Regardless, it was beautiful. Runs a bit small. There's no way the 2 would fit, but the 4 was perfect.

This is a great dress. I got so many complements in it and felt great all night! Like other reviewers it is two things, heavier than it looks and very fitted. If you are curvy this fits like a glove. I got an 8 and 10 and ultimately wore the 10. The lace is a little itchy at first, but I got used to it. The other thing I noticed was that in the image of the model wearing it, it looks more lined than it is. The top is a sweetheart with a plunging neckline in the front and a unlined low back. I wore a backless sticky bra in it and that was perfect. The underskirt comes to about mid-thigh and then the lace hits mid-knee. Just a little skin showing and the ruffle in the back makes this classic sheath a little more modern. For an outdoor formal summer event, this was a great dress. Highly recommend.

I almost got cold feet about this dress just before the event, but I am so glad I stuck with it. The dress is impeccably tailored and the fabric is high quality. There were a few loose strands on the dress I had to trim, but otherwise it did not show too much wear and tear. The dress is very form fitting and fits more like a mermaid style dress, meaning your knees will not have a lot of free movement in the dress. I am a pretty solid size 6 and this dress felt true to size. I think this dress would look great on both busty and slim ladies, as long as you are okay with a little cleavage if you are on the chestier side. The little tail on the dress is interesting - kind of a victorian throwback, but it really completed the look overall and somehow made the dress feel a touch more classy.

The zipper was a little tricky, but not a big deal...would rent again for sure!

I'm postpartum and wearing a 32G at the moment. Couldn't believe I was able to fit my normal size in the bust. More cleavage than I'm accustomed to, but it wasn't too tight. This dress is so classy and gorgeous, so I didn't feel weird showing a little more skin than normal. The back is quite low. I was able to use a strap attachment to drop my bra in the back, and my spanx didn't come up high enough to show.

The dress worked out perfect, although listen to the reviews---the zipper is MISERABLE to try on your own, if not impossible. Other than the zipper, the fit was good, even if the length was a touch long. The liner is good and doesn't get caught up when you move. It is SUPER HOT at times though. I also did not need to wear a bra, as the dress was exactly the right size to keep the girls right where the needed to be. I am moderately busty, so SUPER busty gals may have issues. Small busted gals should get some push ups and flaunt what you got : )

Beautiful dress and the bustle is so fun! Over all it fit great and was super flattering. The dress was a little itchy, but that was rectified by the slip/spanx that I would normally wear any way. Also a little difficult to bend over or get in/out of the car, but who cares because you'll look great :)

The dress has it all! The fit was fabulous - snug in all the right places and I didn't even have to wear a bra. True to size! Despite being fitted it was still easy to dance in and comfortable to sit in. This dress is excellent quality - thick fabric in the best way. The "train" was a great extra added touch. I would rent this dress again and again.

Rented this for my opening night and it was perfect!! It hugged my body perfectly and it was super easy to move in. The only downside is the back zipper can be finicky, but totally worth it for the look! I also loved the bustled back.

This was the perfect dress to wear to a wedding. It was easy to dance in, had appropriate coverage in all the right places, and it was overall very flattering. Two things to note before renting: 1. The zipper is hard to get up. Have a friend ready to help. 2. The lace on this dress may be easy to snag if you're not paying attention.
