Thick and great quality material! Super flattering and runs true to size

I'm almost always a size 8 but was surprised when the 6 fit just a little better overall. It did come with a water stain on it but I was fortunately able to wash it before my event to get the stain out. The dress is your classic Lilly style and fit, I would definitely rent this one again!

I ordered the size 2 and size 4. The 2 fit me better in the waist and chest but the 4 was better in the hips. I decided to go with the 4 to be comfortable. Great dress with lots of compliments. 

Material is thick but it helps smooth out any rough spots. I found it to gradually loosen throughout the night which made it less flattering. The color seemed faded and kind of snagged in some spots which was disappointing. Not my best experience using RTR but I will still be back!

I really liked this dress. It was comfortable and easy to wear. Lots of compliments. I was expecting to wear the 4 but the 2 fit a little better on top. That's pretty consistent with other Lily Pulitzer dressed I've worn. 

I loved this dress and am sad that I had to send it back! The fit was amazing and very flattering on me. The look was classic but fun. There is a slight texture to the material and the front and back V's are a great length so I could wear a normal bra. Would highly recommend this dress! 

Pretty standard fit. I normally wear a 6 (maybe 4 on a skinny day) but I wore the 6. Very comfortable!

I wanted to keep this dress so badly!!!  Fit like a dream, comfortable, and I got tons of compliments.  The only issue is that the arm holes are cut a little deep so my bra was slightly visible at times.  Mostly not noticeable and I wore a cardigan over it because it was winter in D.C. and utterly freezing.  I will definitely rent this one again!

I wore this to an October wedding in Sonoma, CA. It was a warm day, so the dress kept me nice and cool, but still had a fall feel. The fabric is really nice and form fitting. I got lots of compliments!

Im 5'6 130lbs with an athletic build and this dress was a perfect fit! I wore it to a rehearsal dinner and several people asked me where I got it. 

This dress was a total knock out. I felt absolutely beautiful in it. Super flattering, and very confortable to wear. Dressy, but not too formal for the wedding shower I was attending. One problem larger chested ladies like myself might run into though, is that your bra may show on the sides. I tried to make this less obvious by wearing a black bra. 
Though the dress was gorgeous, unfortunately it arrived damaged. There was a hole over an inch long right where the zipper ended, which was right at my butt. I called RTR to see if a replacement could come because my backup size was a bit too tight, but they were out of the size needed. I ended up having to wear the damaged dress, and tried to "fix" it (at least make the hole less visible) by using hem tape and removing the tape before I sent it back. RTR said if I sent the dress back within 24hrs I would have a full refund, and if I wore the dress damaged they would refund me 25% of my rental. I had nothing else to wear to my event so I wore the dress... hole and all. It's been a week and I have not seen a refund like I was promised on the phone. Honestly, I love the conveience of using RTR but twice now I have had issues with their service. I still reccomend using RTR, but warn all of my friends beforehand. 

Very flattering. Got a ton of compliments, especially on the quality of the dress and the v-shaped back. It wasn't too short, which is always a concern I have since I am 5'9. 

Dress was gorgeous! It paired great with a pair of nude pumps as well as cowboy boots later in the evening. This dress was perfect for the "I'm not sure how formal this wedding is going to be" wedding. Got tons of compliments and was comfortable all night. 
The top was a bit big in the bust for me (36C), but nothing horrible. You could wear a strap bra, but I went strapless and was fine all night. Material is a little heavier so could get warm at an outdoor summer wedding. Overall loved the dress and would buy it!

the fit was really flattering and comfortable. Showed off my figure without being tight anywhere. I wore it for several hours at my sister's wedding. 

Sorry the picture isn't better - I forgot to snap one for this review. This dress was perfect for a wedding on the lake in June! The material was thick enough to keep everything in place but breathable enough to not be hot. I really wanted to keep this one! 

I wore it to my my homecoming freshman year and I got so many compliments!! I am 5'5 and 135 pounds and ordered a size 2 and it fit perfectly and went down to about my lower thighs, looks great with gold earrings!

Dress fit amazing! The gold embroidery was gorgeous. The material was thick and was flattering. I definitely recommend this dress!

It was super comfortable. A little short when I sat down though.

This dress was beautiful and comfortable, except the top was loose around the armholes, thus showing the sides of my bra a lot. I was traveling and so I didnt have many options. If I had rented the dress at home I could have probably prevented that. I would say size down to account for the loose top or try and pin or tape your bra. 

Loved this dress. The material was excellent, the colors were beautiful and it was very comfortable. Would wear it again! 

I ended up going with the 12 - I have a larger chest, and felt more comfortable in the 12. I’m typically a 10 or 8 in dresses depending on brand/style of dress.

Dress had great structure to it - fit appropriately and felt lightweight. The gold was a unique design and I got quite a few compliments on how different this dress was! It arrived pretty wrinkly but ironed out easily. Loved that I could wear a normal bra with it too :)

Loved this dress! Very pretty, nice fit, nice v back, and you can wear a regular bra with it. Will rent again. 

At first, UPS messed up my shipping but RTR was kind enough to overnight me the same dress. I wore a 2, which is my usual size and it fit true to size. I had enough room to move around, eat, drink and celebrate the bride-to-be! Was receiving compliments on it all night and was even told I should purchase it. Would definitely rent again. Thank you again to everyone I spoke to at RTR for helping me with this shipping disaster!

Very stylish and comfortable! I'm 5'8 and 150 lbs and the size 8 fit perfectly! 

This was my first time renting from RTR and I was a little skeptical, as I'm short and didn't know how the dress would fit me. This dress was the perfect length for me and as an added bonus, I didn't have to wear a bra because the material is pretty thick. I usually wear a 4, but I fit into the 2 very well. Definitely planning to use RTR again! 

This dress did feel more snug as the night went on but was a great quality and thick material. I loved wearing it and got many compliments. The gold detail was just such a pop for the pictures. I am 5'4, 125 pounds, definitely more of an athletic build. The size 4 was perfect for me. 

I always love renting a Lily dress. They are perfect for almost any occasion. The dress runs true to size. I paired it with a pair of neutral wedges and mixed metal jewelry for a crowd favorite at my cousins wedding. The structure of the dress looked great in picture and was easy to move with on the dance floor. It's a little short when sitting, but thank god for linen napkins to hide any extra leg that shows. I will definitely rent this one again!

I loved wearing this dress! It was extremely comfortable and figure flattering. The back is just as pretty as the from and it was convenient to be able to wear a normal bra. The 6 was extremely baggy on my top have so I opted to wear the 4, which still had some room in the top and waist but was more fitted in the hips. The material was pretty thick and sturdy but did wrinkle from sitting although it wasn't very noticeable due to the pattern on the fabric. The 6 seemed to look a lot more faded than the 4 as well. Overall a great dress!

The second Lilly dress I have rented. It was so flattering and elegant. Perfect for a wedding any time of the year!

I wore this dress to a summer wine festival last August. I received a ton of compliments on it. The material is good quality, very nice and thick. There is no stretch. I normally wear a size 6 or 8 in Lilly dresses and I sized up to the 8 for this dress. 

This dress fit true to size and was such great quality. It was comfortable and easy to wear but still made me feel beautiful. I would definitely recommend this dress. 

This is a very classy dress. Absolutely fit perfectly. I could not have gone a size down nor size up for my figure. I'm long waisted so it got me just a bit higher in the waist than preferred but I pulled it off. Loved this dress. Wish I owned it!  Fabric is top quality. Not too thick and not too thin. Have some texture in it.

I rented this dress for my son's baptism, so needless to say the size was almost a complete shot in the dark. "Normally" I wear a 6 or 8 in dresses. I'm not back to my pre-pregnancy weight yet, but I do fit in some of my size 8 dresses. I had heard that Lily dresses run small (even though the majority of reviews say true to size) so I ordered a 10 and a 12. The 12 BARELY fit, but I was too late to request another size. Instead, I wore a body shaped and sucked it in all day. Again, I am not a great gauge of size right now, but I think overall I'd recommend ordering a size or two up if you are curvy. 

Dress is made with good solid material that is more on the thicker side. It's has a flattering design. I typically wear a 6 but have found that most RTRs I wear 8. Possibly runway sizing instead of standard US sizing. 

I received nice compliments. 

I LOVED this dress and got so many compliments. Someone even stopped me in the grocery to tell me how pretty the dress was. It fit perfectly and looked amazing. It was extremely comfortable and I'd rent it again. I had absolutely no problems with it.
