I’m not 100% sure how I feel about the long cut out sleeves. I did like that it was long and the elastic was flattering around the waist.

Great fit, love the sleeves!  I received lots of compliments on this top.  Great staple piece with a touch of whimsy!

Really lovely fabric. The slits on the sleeve make it fashionable & fun.  Comfy to wear. Long enough to cover mid-section imperfections. Not work-appropriate (at least not for my work environment).  Totally fun with jeans, skirt, shorts, slacks... Versatile. Loved & will rent again

This top is super flattering on many figures! Full coverage bra friendly.

Great top. It was a thick fabric, which seemed an odd combination with the open sleeves. It was fun and I felt great in it. 

Love it.  It fits a little large, and I could probably take the next size down but I will wear it anyway.

Cute top, but the arms are split all the way down, and I didn't know there was a cutout before it arrived. It's not cold shoulder style but rather totally split down the middle for the length of the sleeve, up until the wrist. It's still cute but not what I was expecting/it frustrates me how plus size women's fashion always has weird cut outs! I haven't worn it yet, but I might.

I was willing to deal with the slit sleeves beause I liked the cuffs, but the sleeves were just too long and bulky to wear.

Wore out trick or treating as a bit costume-y for me with the ruffled sleeves and splits in the sleeve. Would be perfect if closed sleeves

I loved how it looked on and that it covered me right where I like. The sleeves are great, simple but a nice added touch of fashion.

Super cute, but I didn't realize this was a split sleeve... didn't see it in the picture and not suitable for the conservative office.

I wore this for every day and once for a Christmas party!! Very cute and comfortable top!

It was hard o pair with skits- black trousers were the best.  I am a petite and the sleeves were a little long but doable.

Love Rachel Roy. This fit beautifully. The arm details dress it up and looks great with dark jeans and booties.

Great too with perfect waist and sleeve details. Mine arrived with tags but was damaged. I loved it so I still made it work and received soooo many compliments.  If it wasn't damaged my coworker could have purchased it from me!

I actually really really liked this blouse, had the arms not had such huge slits! If the arms were solid fabric, I would have bought! But I just couldn't swing the excess fabric dangling off my chubby arms.

The sleeves have slits all the way down, which makes it more warm weather appropriate for a long sleeve top 

Was cute, got a lot of complements, pairs with a variety of things, but ran large! 

Fit beautiful, great fabric, but I didn't notice that the sleeves were slit open all the way down, my event was too cold weather for exposed skin. But it made the shirt stylish and sexy for the right event would have been great.

I wasn’t crazy about the slit sides on the arms.  Other than that it was perfect.

I like this shirt, but it's too short for my body type. The sleeves are the best part and it's basic, yet stylish and can go with many items.

Cute top. Runs very big. Size down if you select it. I did not realize that the sleeves were slit the length of each arm connecting only at the wrist and shoulder. I had chosen it to wear to work and was not really suitable for my office.

Fit was perfect,  just didn't like the blouse.

I loved the blouse and the way it looked on me.  The sleeves looked great, but I think they would get in the way for work and for going out for dinner.  I'm sending it back because it's not practical but I would order it again if I had a dressier occasion.
