I’m not 100% sure how I feel about the long cut out sleeves. I did like that it was long and the elastic was flattering around the waist.

Really lovely fabric. The slits on the sleeve make it fashionable & fun. Comfy to wear. Long enough to cover mid-section imperfections. Not work-appropriate (at least not for my work environment). Totally fun with jeans, skirt, shorts, slacks... Versatile. Loved & will rent again

Great top. It was a thick fabric, which seemed an odd combination with the open sleeves. It was fun and I felt great in it.

Cute top, but the arms are split all the way down, and I didn't know there was a cutout before it arrived. It's not cold shoulder style but rather totally split down the middle for the length of the sleeve, up until the wrist. It's still cute but not what I was expecting/it frustrates me how plus size women's fashion always has weird cut outs! I haven't worn it yet, but I might.

Wore out trick or treating as a bit costume-y for me with the ruffled sleeves and splits in the sleeve. Would be perfect if closed sleeves

Love Rachel Roy. This fit beautifully. The arm details dress it up and looks great with dark jeans and booties.

Great too with perfect waist and sleeve details. Mine arrived with tags but was damaged. I loved it so I still made it work and received soooo many compliments. If it wasn't damaged my coworker could have purchased it from me!

I actually really really liked this blouse, had the arms not had such huge slits! If the arms were solid fabric, I would have bought! But I just couldn't swing the excess fabric dangling off my chubby arms.

Fit beautiful, great fabric, but I didn't notice that the sleeves were slit open all the way down, my event was too cold weather for exposed skin. But it made the shirt stylish and sexy for the right event would have been great.

Cute top. Runs very big. Size down if you select it. I did not realize that the sleeves were slit the length of each arm connecting only at the wrist and shoulder. I had chosen it to wear to work and was not really suitable for my office.

Fit was perfect, just didn't like the blouse.

I loved the blouse and the way it looked on me. The sleeves looked great, but I think they would get in the way for work and for going out for dinner. I'm sending it back because it's not practical but I would order it again if I had a dressier occasion.
