This dress fit like a glove and added a cute touch to a typical work dress. Almost bought but I prefer sleeveless since the the shoulders felt a tiny bit restricting. 

My 17 year old daughter wore this to a youth in government conference where they had to dress professionally. It was longer than she would have preferred but they had strict rules about the length - she’s 5-6” and this hit her just above the knee. She added a blazer and belt but ditched the blazer most of the day because she loved the sleeve detail. I wore it to church one Sunday.  Nice piece - would rent again if needed a professional look.

Perfect fit.  Incredibly flattering.  Beautiful fabric with excellent construction and attention to detail.  The zipper running down the back is gorgeous and the skirt cuts to the flowing part at just the right place to enhance your figure.  Couldn’t stop getting compliments on this one.  Paired with a belt or not it’s the cutest.  I’m wearing it next w combat boots! 

Comfortable and flattering fit. Love the shoulders feel like it gives this dress some extra edge. Would totally rent again.

Received compliments.  Great fit overall.  Was a little loose up top, which wasn't a problem unless I put on a blazer.  Then it would bunch, likely due to the sleeves.  Overall super cute!

This dress definitely runs small and is tight around the waist which accentuates places I don’t necessarily want to draw attention to. But I got a lot of compliments and it is a perfect dress for work. Perfect length too. 

I have wider hips and this dress fit perfectly in a 4. So comfortable and appropriate for work. 

The shoulders and length made the proportions a bit weird for me (5'2" and 120 lbs). Paired with an oversized sweater to balance out, which I liked. But I wouldn't wear it without something over it. 

I absolutely loved this dress, and felt very glam at work despite it being a conservative piece. I wish I had saved it for an event or something, because I didn't want to take it off. Highly recommend this for anyone needing a conservative nice dress!

Well made  dress that is perfect for work. Nice length and I really liked the zipper detail in the back. Very fitted through the waist without much give so wear slimming undergarments.

Excellent weight fabric, felt expensive, great details, but runs a size small.  Very tight through the middle and there's no stretch at all.  

Great print and fit. I wore with a cardigan to work bc the shoulders were just a bit much
