My 17 year old daughter wore this to a youth in government conference where they had to dress professionally. It was longer than she would have preferred but they had strict rules about the length - she’s 5-6” and this hit her just above the knee. She added a blazer and belt but ditched the blazer most of the day because she loved the sleeve detail. I wore it to church one Sunday. Nice piece - would rent again if needed a professional look.

This dress fit like a glove and added a cute touch to a typical work dress. Almost bought but I prefer sleeveless since the the shoulders felt a tiny bit restricting.

Perfect fit. Incredibly flattering. Beautiful fabric with excellent construction and attention to detail. The zipper running down the back is gorgeous and the skirt cuts to the flowing part at just the right place to enhance your figure. Couldn’t stop getting compliments on this one. Paired with a belt or not it’s the cutest. I’m wearing it next w combat boots!

This dress definitely runs small and is tight around the waist which accentuates places I don’t necessarily want to draw attention to. But I got a lot of compliments and it is a perfect dress for work. Perfect length too.

The shoulders and length made the proportions a bit weird for me (5'2" and 120 lbs). Paired with an oversized sweater to balance out, which I liked. But I wouldn't wear it without something over it.

Cute and professional. Was a little short without tights for anything super-business-formal, but fine for a day of lower stakes client meetings. Fit beautifully (with shapewear for some extra confidence) albeit with no room to spare. Comfier than I expected, too!

I always like updates on a classic look. This fit great and had nice details - exposed zipper, some structure in the ruffle and sleeves. Felt like a power dress.
