Very pretty dress, super flattering. 

However, the fabric is very itchy and if you have a bust SIZE UP.

Definitely beautiful, but it was very itchy. I also expected it to be quite structured, so I wasn’t surprised when I found it was difficult to dance in, just a little disappointed. I’ve gained lots of weight recently so it’s been challenging to find anything flattering on me, however, I got many compliments and I thought overall it was really beautiful and elegant. 


Wore this to a black tie wedding & felt beautiful in it. It does run a bit small, so I’d recommend sizing up, especially if you have a bigger bust. The material is a bit scratchy, especially around the arms, and the day after wearing it, I can tell my skin is a tiny bit irritated where the sleeves rubbed. Still, it’s a very fun dress!

The top is definitely tight, so size up! I usually wear a size 0-2 but I ended up wearing a size 4 and probably should’ve even just did a 6. But this dress was too fun to care. Great for dancing. Packed well. Hung up the night before and the wrinkles fell out. Love. Love. Love. Will rent again!!

Wore to a black tie gala. Fit perfectly and was very comfortable. Got so many compliments. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Tiny small watch out is the fabric is a bit scratchy so the under side of my arm got a bit irritated but nothing major. I’m very short and wore this with about 3 inch heel and it worked well. Just had to be careful no one stepped on the back. Would absolutely wear again. 

This dress was so flattering. I wore this dress to a fund raiser gala. I received so many compliments. It was perfect with pockets! Fun elegant dress. 

This dress was such a hit. So many complements. The perfect fit, terrific quality and loved the pockets! 

I loved this gown. Great quality, it fit like a glove, and was perfect for my 5’2” height with 2” heels. It was definitely floor length at my height, not tea length like on the model but that worked for me at a black tie event. I was able to wear a regular bra to support the girls and it hides the mom belly well without needing shapewear. The only minor issue was that the material is a little scratchy on the arms and neckline. This didn’t bother me but if you have any sensitivity to textures that could be irritating.

Perfect dress for any occasion. Pure elegance  

I usually wear size 8. I have broad shoulders and muscular upper arms and have found in styles that have cap sleeves it can be very tight around my upper arms. For that reason I decided to size up. Glad I did. 

Fit great! Loved the pockets! However the inside of the end of the sleeve is a little itchy but not enough to not wear it! I loved how it flowed and spun out when you twirl! I ended up wearing another dress but would absolutely rent this again for another event. 

Loved the length and the look of the fabric.  The cap sleeve I also really liked but if you are wearing it and need to lift your arms a lot or carry a small child, I would skip it.  

I usually wear a 6R and had to size up to 8R for this one. The 6R fit okay but was too tight in certain areas to dance comfortably so I sized up. Tons of compliments! I will definitely rent this one again in the future 

Beautiful dress! Many conpliments. Fits right to size and might even be a teeny bit small. 

I loved this dress! Its one pitfall -  the arms were a LITTLE itchy...not afwul, but I did notice it when I first put it on.

Get ready to receive compliments wherever you go in this gown. I felt so beautiful in it. As others noted, the arms are a bit restrictive, and it is hard to raise your arms in this dress. Otherwise it is so pretty and I’ve never been stopped so many times with compliments.

Everyone loved this dress! It was perfect for a black tie wedding and it was very comfortable. Cap sleeves usually aren’t my style but these were really nice.

It's a great dress for a black tie wedding, really beautiful. However, the material is itchy, and I found myself drowning in the skirt as it's much bigger than it appears online. I asked my boyfriend to hold it up in pictures so it would look better. 

I got so many compliments on this dress! It is a great dress to wear if you carry weight in your stomach. I could eat and dance comfortably. Definitely a tight fit - so wear true to size or size up - there isn’t any stretch. But I loved it! 

I’m 5’10, and I was nervous of the bust being too tight. Size 14 normal size fit great. Oh, and it has pockets!

It's very difficult to raise your arms and the material is a bit itchy but this dress is totally worth it. Size up as it runs about 1 size small.

this dress was perfect for a gala! however, make sure you size up. i am typically a 4-6 and the 8 fit perfect. it is also a little itchy on the edge of the sleeves and the neckline. other than that it is perfect! it has pockets too!

I’m typically a 4P in RTR dresses, but this time the 6R fit better so make sure to get a size up as a backup! I do wish there was a 6P but it wasn’t available so I just wore high heels so it didn’t drag on the ground. The 4P fit, but it was tight in the shoulders and the 6R gave more room up top. 

The actual dress is so comfortable and looks great on. Plus the pockets are a plus! I received compliments all night- highly recommend!

Such a fun dress. Received so many compliments. Love a dress with pockets! Definitely runs small. I’m usually a size 4 petite and had to size up to a 6 regular (petite probably would have fit a little better but wasn't available). Slightly tight on my chest but was able to zip up. Regular is a little long for short girlies but we made it work!

Love this dress! Pockets! Full skirt! BEAUTIFUL fabric!!! I was torn on what to wear for a necklace, and it was better with none! Silver accessories to compliment the silver texture in the fabric. I switched shoes half way through the night, from a little MaryJane pump to an ankle boot with a heel (because my pumps hurt!) and both looks were adorable! It feels both retro classic and very modern, and I loved wearing it!

Many complements on this dress! The waistline and full skirt were so flattering (I struggle a lot with finding stuff that works for me, I don’t have a waist, I’m a self described egg shape). Pockets were fab. The material has absolutely no give or stretch so the arms were tight and I was a bit worried zipping it up but it all worked out. 

I normally border a size 8/10, I couldn’t zip the 10. The 12 was perfect. It has pockets! I wore it to a formal wedding in winter - some people had on backless strappy dresses, and I was so happy I had on something a bit more weather appropriate and classy. I’m also short, so often have trouble with long dresses, but the graduated hem made this perfect for my height (with heels on). 

With very short notice I had to scramble for a dress. I had heard of RTR but never used the service before. I download the app and went on the search. What was most helpful for me in my choice were the real life reviews from other renters so here I am to say thank you and give my two cents. This dress was lovely. I had to size up because I’m 6 ft tall and because I have a large bust. We had a very long night and had to walk over a mile in the freezing cold and this dress was up to the challenge!!  Shipping was so fast which was surprising due to horrible weather in my area. Thank you for a great service. I would definitely use this company again!! 

I loved this gown for a NYE Black Tie wedding. I felt comfortable and beautiful. I’m normally a 4/6 but definitely needed the 8! The 4 and 6 wouldn’t zip on my rib cage. Barcode fabric was unique. Loved the pockets! Minor imperfections in the barcode fibers and a pull under the left bust. Couldn’t tell though! I couldn’t lift my arms high due to the dress style but not a problem. Also noted a little itchy feeling on my arms but nothing I couldn’t manage. Would definitely recommend and wear again! The reorder for correct size was a breeze. This gown has the slightest high-low. Beautiful. 

I got so many compliments on this dress! Looks and fit wise, it was perfect.  I wore the 6 and it was tight around my rib cage but the 8 was too big.  I am a 36 B and 140 lbs.  The 6 would have been too small if I have a bigger chest.  The dress is extremely itchy, but nothing unbearable.  I couldn’t raise my arms like other people have said, but the dress was so cute I didn’t care!

I felt amazing! Perfect fit up top and lovely train (pockets)! I am 5’2” and wore the regular so it went just above my feet. Would wear again. 

This dress received so many compliments. It fit well and the material and color camouflaged imperfections in my tummy area that I’m insecure about. Also, it has POCKETS!!

This dress was so fun and allowed me to show off my statement silver bow shoes!!!!  This dress has pockets which is such a huge plus.  Of course, it was a little disappointing that the size 8 didn't fit, but my spirits completely were lifted as I had the size 10 as a back up.  I felt gorgeous in this dress and my 26 and 29 year old daughters chose this dress for me over another dress I had ordered.  It always feels good when your hip young adult children think you look beautiful at 58 and menopausal. :)
Per others reviews, I did not find the dress to be "scratchy" nor difficult to raise my arms.  I danced the night away in this gorgeous dress.
