The dress fit well and had some stretch to it. The panels were very flattering. I have bigger boobs for my size so there was a sense that one might pop out but it never came close. Any larger chest might have a tough time though. The dress was short but for a Miami birthday party, it seemed just right. 

The material is heavy which was great!  Fit like a glove and I received compliments all night!

Classic Herve Leger fit --slimming and hugs all the right curves. Easy to wear with a strapless bra--Super comfy and easy to dance in. I received compliments all night long.

Somehow I got the last dress before New Year’s Eve and it was my size. I know many say Herve runs small but this dress fit me like a dream. I’m pretty much a true 8, so I wasn’t to worried. The heavy fabric was awesome on a cold night and NOT ONCE did the dress ride up, even while dancing. Witchcraft? I think so. I honestly considered buying this dress from RTR for retail however there was a small stain on the bust, not noticeable to the eye unless your staring. Love RTR, Love Herve Leger. Awesome renting experience. 

Great fit overall - chest area is a little loose but doesn't affect whole look.

Wore this for a night out in Vegas. The area near the bottom of the zipper bunched a lot and the top near my boobs was a little loose. Cute dress but definitely snug!

It was initially a bit of a squeeze to get fully zipped into the dress, but as the night went on it loosened a bit. The material is so comfortable and forgiving that it didn't look too tight though. The fit and colors make this a very WOW dress. I loved this dress!!!

Runs small, like all Herve dresses - but this was a show stopper, so many compliments.

The colors are bright and as pictured. I wore the XS as it was the only size available but the XXS probably would have been a better choice. The dress was slightly longer than I would want but this is something I'm used to with my height. The top bust area was a bit stretched out, but I am a B cup and wore it with a thick padded bra and it was fine once all zipped up! I did have to keep an eye on it to make sure the top didn't slide down to reveal the top of my bra but that wasn't too much of an issue. I paired it with a high ponytail/updo to show off the one-shoulder and it looked great!

Great HL dress, fits true to size, extremely comfy. Paired it with my own Kendra Scott jewelry, Kate Spade clutch & Valentino Rockstud wedges. It does bunch a little at the zipper as others have mentioned, but I didn't let that slow me down at all. 

I ordered a medium. Largest size offered. I was a bit worried but the quality of material made it ok. The chest area was a tad stretched out, but it was ok....I am not busty at all!!

Can I just say, I got endless compliments all night. I wore the xs as it was the only size available. I wish I had the xxs. It was a little big and the zipper bunched up on me. The xxs would have been perfect. It was a great and conservative length. Which was nice speaking that it was bold and fitted. I felt so incredibly confident. In a sea of red dresses, this dress stood out and had such vibrant reds! I wish I could have kept it. 

This dress is beautiful, sexy, and fun! Complements all your curves and it's perfect for a night out! I wore in Miami for my 30th birthday and felt great! 
Is a tight dress, but once you have it on it is super comfortable! You can dance, move around, sit, eat...

This dress was perfect for a "spice" themed party, and really stood out from all the little black dresses. It seemed small when putting it on; but fit perfectly once zipped on. Great length - good for a party but not too short. Would definitely rent again!

I got this dress for a girls weekend in Vegas. At first I didn't like the dress and was considering returning it. I even when to the Vegas RTR store and tried on other options. I didn't find anything I liked, so went with the dress and I'm soooo glad I did. It was flattering, amazing and comfortable. In a sea of black dresses, I stood out and got a lot of compliments. Now I want to own it, that's how much I liked it!

Loved this dress because of how amazing the color was. The Medium was a little big for me but the small was unavailable on my rental weekend and the xsmall wouldn't really allow me to be comfortable. The banded nature of this dress helps it fit to anyone's curves which is great! 

Easy fit right out of the bag.  Received timely and no wrinkling b/c of the fabric.  I love this designer and the way the dresses fit every time.  Lots of compliments on this dress at the event and will definitely rent Herve again!

The dress is short, but not too short.  Herve Leger dresses for so snugly that you don't need spanx or a supportive bra. Perfect fit and style for my husband's motorcycle ball. 

This dress is incredible! You didn't need to wear spandex or any sort of shape wear because the dress material does that for you. 
The cons of the dress are that the size without support is stretched out and sags a bit. I tried using double sided tape but it didn't work well. It also had a small tear in the ribbing on the left side.

A great dress overall though!!

This dress is, without a doubt, SUPER flattering and I received tons of compliments.  A few things to bear in mind, while it's form fitting, the fabric is stretchy, but heavy.  That makes it sort of "forgiving" but I do recommend a pair of spanx or something similar. You will go from feeling "hot" to "not" if you don't smooth out any bulges.  I ended up going braless because, a) it made it easier to zip up the dress and b) wearing a strapless bra made it look like I was spilling out of the side that is strapless.  I took the removable pads out of my bra and that was all I needed, but I am a B cup, this might not work for bigger cup sizes.  

This dress is vibrant & fun just like the picture! When it arrived I was worried it'd be too short (I am 5' 8") but was pleasantly surprised it hit only a couple inches above my knees. It's super comfortable & fits like a glove! The thick material & overlapping orange/red patten makes you feel held-in. I didn't need to wear a bra (36C cup).
The only cons; the left arm-opening is tight & comes up high. The right strapless-side with the zipper is loose & worn out, so it sags. Even with fashion tape I kept having to pull it up & move the extra fabric

This dress was amazing. I got it for a dance party. It was so comfortable and flattering. I took the suggestion and ordered a size up (S/M) and ended up wearing the small.

Only negative was having to pin the dress to my strapless bra. Only because the top of the bra kept showing. Couldn't tell.

Wore this to a dance festival and it was lovely all night. Definitely best bang for your buck with this dress. My friend also tried on the small and medium and would've been able to wear either (standing next to me), but chose to wear something she thought was more comfortable for the way she moved.

I am 5'9 and 34DD it fit like a glove!  I did have to play with it a little on the side with no strap to hold the girls up! LOL  I was not a fan of the zipper as it is on the side on on the one dress i rented it really stuck out but I got over it.  It is heavier then it looks in the pictures and is a great quality!!!!

I've rented a few Herve' dresses and really liked this one. It runs small but has a side zipper instead of back zipper so it's easier to get off and on. I wore the xs but probably would have been a little more comfortable in the small. This dress is so slimming and really ticks it all in for you. Was a definite crowd pleaser, had a blast rocking it in Vegas.  

This dress is VERY form fitting, so you want it to be tight. The tight fit is incredibly flattering, and in order to look best you don't want bunching or gathering in any area. I went with the XS and I needed someone to help me with zipping it all up, but it ended up looking amazing and being super comfortable. 

This dress is very form-fitting yet comfortable. I am 5'11 and it hit about mid-thigh, and ran pretty true to size. I would definitely recommend this dress if you are looking for a fun and different dress for a formal, night out, or party!

at 5'8 120 pounds this dress fit like a dream. I am small chested and could wear it without a bra. it stayed tight and form fitting all night. 

I went for a pop of color with this one. HL always fits me very well and I love the thick bandage materials. The top boob area was a little ill fitting.. Stretch out?...I had to keep my eye on it so I didn't slip out.  

This was my first rent the runway purchase and I love, love, loved it! I liked all of the details of the dress and the stripes made it really stand out in a sea of black dresses. It was snug, and bunched up on the side where my hand is, but I felt comfortable in it the whole night and I felt like I could move! I was so happy with my RTR purchase that I will definitely be doing it for more events!

5'0", 105lbs, muscular build

I LOVED this dress. I rarely EVER wear an extra-small but it was the only size available for the dates of the event so I said what the heck and ordered it. I am over the moon happy that I did. This is by far my favorite dress I have rented from RTR. I needed someone to help me zip it up but once I got it zipped, it was like a glove, but comfortable. I was able to move around, breath, eat a ton, dance, and it stayed put while still allowing room for comfort. The design of the dress allows for a bit of stretch since the fabric is very flexible. I was receiving compliments all night long and I did not want to return the dress the next day. The dress is well designed, great for a party, especially when you want to stand out in a sea of dark colors. HIGHLY recommend! Also, a few more notes on the size, I have a small chest so it was easy to get the top zipped up but if you are bigger than a 34B you may feel a little uncomfortable. I didn't pop out of the top but with my hands above my head, there was definitely some side-boob action. That may not have happened with a small but it did with the extra small.

This dress looks great on. The medium felt great everywhere with the exception of the bust area. I'm a D-cup and there was room in the top. Anyone smaller than a B-cup may have an issue with the top part of the dress. 

I loved loved this dress!  It was nice to be the pop of color in a sea of black dresses. And I received tons of compliments. It moved easily and allowed me to dance. Fit exactly as I expected. I did find the top a little stretched out so has to use double sided tape along the underarm to keep my strapless bra from showing. Otherwise it was perfect. 

I LOVED this dress. It was a really cool form-fitting, yet thick fabric, and the pattern looked really smooth. I wore it to my law school barrister's ball on Valentine's day. The color is super bright, which I really liked. It was TIGHT though. I managed to fit into the size I ordered, but I honestly had some trouble breathing. I could've done well to wear the small, but they didn't have it in stock when I ordered. I couldn't wear any undergarments to make it fit. However, I do have curvy hips in proportion to the rest of my size, and I was able to squeeze into a tight dress (which doesn't always happen). Definitely recommend!

I wear a 4-6 but decided on a medium because it looked like the small would be too tight. The medium was to big up top and and I had room in the middle. It was short but def a BEAUTY!! 

I felt like my breast could pop out if I wasn't careful. Cannot wear any type of bra, wore an adhesive bra and it stay showed if I lifted my arms. Btw this dress is the same dress Mindy Kallig wore on her show the Mindy Project!!

I am 5'6 and 123 lbs and the xs was tight but in a good way ;) Was comfortable all night! Only con is the side with the zip bunches if you don't stand up straight. Would rent again!
