I manage a restaurant lounge and wore this to work. I received so many compliments I ended up buying it! It is a bit low cut, I wore a black lace bralette underneath. Wrap is solid, had to adjust a couple times throughout the night but that's to be expected. Otherwise absolutely recommend this top! 

Fit perfectly. Great length. I was complimented so much about this top! 

I define my style as very parisian and minimalistic. I got this top at one of the showrooms and I fell in love with it. It is super comfortable all over and love the puffered sleeves. I paired this top with the Rebecca Taylor Ruffled Vegan Leather Skirt, Salar Black Carol Bag, and Alexis Bittar earrings in the Crumple Dangling Earrings. By far my fave look. 

I loved this shirt so much!! The pattern and fit were so fun, and there was an amazing amount of detail in the construction given that it's a wrap top. 

I had read concerns about gaping/needing to wear a tank underneath. Because of this, I ordered a size up and it was low cut but I had plenty of coverage and never felt inappropriate. Since it's a wrap, the size up didn't affect the fit at the waist. I'd recommend getting a size up if you're large-chested or concerned about the ladies being too far out. 

This is a really fun top to wear. Nice quality feel to the fabric; the sleeves drape and "flutter" really nicely and the cuffs zip down for a tailored look. I love that while it flares out at the waist, the front panel at the stomach is flat -avoiding that maternity shirt look. I am a 36D and a size medium fit great. Will definitely get this again.

Loved this top - was so unique but definitely low cut for the office - I wore mine with a neutral bandeau and then out for a date. Is a true wrap so can be adjusted too which is a plus.

I rented this super fun blouse with unlimited membership to wear while facilitating training at work. Fabric has no stretch.

Pros: cut is very flattering, sleeves have great puff and zip details, perfect length, packs well- no wrinkles!

I styled with a Derek lam pencil skirt, Valentino neon yellow pumps and a neon yellow Minkoff Leo clutch for work. For the evening at a bar I swapped out the skirt for some distressed rag and bone jeans! Love the shirt both ways!

It's a nice shirt but I think it's more for going out than work. You could wear something underneath it so it doesn't look so low cut. 

This is the perfect example of expectation vs reality. It looks so chic on the model in the photo, but fit it over your DD chest and it turns into a different top. I still wore it. I'm not afraid to show off the girls, it just cracked me up how differently it fit on me. If you're busty and prefer something more modest, steer clear or prepare to wear something underneath. That being said, the top fit everywhere else like a glove. Super cute regardless! 

Really well made. Great sleeves, really unique. Fits well, a little short in the front. Tying the wrap was a little difficult.

I love black-and-white and I love polkadots. I think this blouse fits rather nicely however by the end of the day I felt like it was a bit costume-like...In fact, I felt like all I needed to do was to throw on some mini mouse ears!  

Ended up wearing this on the weekend because was too low cut for the office. Also a bit short in the torso for someone with a long torso, requires high cut jeans. Nice material and stylish 

Loved the sleeves but were a little bit long for me. 

The fit was great. It was a real standout shirt. Got tons of compliments. It does require tank top under it to make it presentable for work. 

Only the small was available, so I got that, which fit perfectly on my size 6/32d body. The medium probably would have fit as well, and if you're looking for more coverage I'd probably recommend sizing up. The v neck did go very low, I wore it with a bra that is specifically low cut in the front. Definitely not appropriate for work, but a lot of fun to wear for dinner and bar hopping with friends! Got compliments on the polka dot pattern. 

This item runs small but I wore a black camisole with it and it worked beautifully.  I wore it with a black pencil skirt, bright yellow pumps and accessories.  The look was a hit.  The fabric was light and airy; the sleeves were the main attraction; and the fact that everyone wanted to know where I got it was a win for Rent The Runway.  I would rent it again.

Because I'm petite with a short torso, this hit below the waist and was perfect. If you are long torsoed this may end up being a bit short on you. 

I loved everything about this top, I'm a polka dot fiend and princess sleeves are the best! It fit fantastic...It just looked weird on me. The balloon sleeve went to my elbow, and then forearm had super skinny long sleeves. I think it would have worked if the balloon part wasn't so long on my arm. The V-neck is incredibly deep, I have a small chest and had to wear a cami underneath. The stark print didn't work great on my skin either. Shirt fits great and is sewn to perfection, just not for me. I'd love to see someone pulling it off!

Needed to wear a top under due to low cut nature but was a fun shirt for an event.    

I actually liked the 80s look of this top. Felt like I should be in a Paula Abdul video. My only complaint was that it was a little low cut for work so I wore a cami underneath. You can't tell from the picture but the sleeves have little zippers on the wrists that allow you to unzip the wrist part for a less fitted look on the lower arms or to just help you get the sleeves on. I kept it zipped up though. 

Love the design (even though my husband said I looked like a linebacker bc of the puffy sleeves!).  But it is short and it definitely is low cut.  My girls would have been hanging out without a cami.  Even with a cami, I felt I had too much cleavage showing to wear it to the meeting I rented it for.  Big boobs beware

The balloon sleeves and polka dots were fun, but ended up returning without wearing. The effect was a bit too 80s for me.
