Tight dresses are not usually my thing. But I loved this one! I rented the 4 and 6. The 4 fit, but I definitely felt more comfortable in the 6 so I went with that! I felt comfortable and confident all night. I would definitely rent again!

Rented a size 6 but its definitely snug. I usually like a fitted dress but this was too tight for comfort. Going to try and order an 8. I have the RTR unlimited membership so maybe just have to play around with the sizes a little. The color seemed really dark,  not sure if it was just my room lighting but almost looked black instead of navy. Very pretty dress though.

This dress was so flattering. I got compliments all night long. Runs small. I usually wear a 4 so I ordered a 4 & 6. The six fit almost perfectly but I could have done an 8 to be more comfortable.  I would rent this again. Can be casual or dressy. Very versatile. 

I really liked this dress, just wish I would have ordered a size 6 and 8! I usually wear a size 6 with my largest area being my bust. It was tight! I was able to get it zipped and move around okay (fabric loosened slightly as the night went on). I would have been more comfortable I think in a size 8 though. Overall, would still recommend and received a ton of compliments!

The fit was true to size! The color is a dark navy. I love that this vendor uses heavy quality fabric, but it is still breathable and fluid. This dress was dressy enough, but not too formal. I also loved that it fit me. As a petite woman, it is extremely difficult to find dresses that fit in the torso or across the shoulder area. This dress would look great on a taller woman as well. It was very comfortable and easy to move around. Highly recommend!

Size up. I recently lost 30 pounds so I was unsure if a size 10 or 12 would fit. Thank goodness they offer a free size. The 12 was snug but it's supposed to. I needed help zipping with even going to the bathroom so it's very form fitting but absolutely beautiful. I am a size 10 in jeans and my bust is a C cup. It does push down on your chest so just wear a padded strapless bra. Many reviews from other customers were size 4 so i was a little nervous. If your between a size 10 and 12, this dress will make you feel incredible!

This dress was perfect for the rehearsal dinner I attended. I will say, I'm busty (32G) so the top was very tight on me. Otherwise it was perfect! 

Fits true to size, no stretch, classic, accented my waist. Super classic and elegant. Great for a fall wedding. 

Pros: Goes with a lot of different shoes and jewelry. The color is a really nice dark navy.

Cons: If you are pear shaped it may fit pretty tight in the hips (I made it work but it definitely was quite tight- maybe size up?)

This dress fit like a glove, like it was made for me! I am typically a 2 and sized up to a 4, it is snug but I was able to sit and eat and dance without any worries! It is an extremely classy dress and I got compliments all night. My favorite rental I've done for sure!!!

The reviews on sizing for this dress are mixed, but for me it ran small. If you have a butt or hips, I would recommend sizing up. I am usually a 4 and wore the 8. Both the 6 and the 8 fit when I tried them on, but the 6 was very restrictive through my butt and hips. The 8 gave me a little more breathing room to walk and dance. Other than sizing, the cut is conservative but the slit and ruffle give it some sexiness. It looks great dressed up with some statement jewelry and shoes!

Ok this was my favorite rental so far!  I was a little worried since some of the reviews said it ran small, but it worked out perfectly for me!  I felt it was pretty true to size, but the top has no stretch, so if you have a larger bust, you may have issues. I’m a D cup and while the top was snug, it worked out fine. If you’re larger than that, it may not work for you. I got SO many compliments on this dress!  It is incredibly flattering, and the material is thick enough to help hide any imperfections. It’s a beautiful dark navy color. It was perfect for a formal wedding!  I’m actually sad to return this one, I wish I could keep it!  

Fitted. Didn’t even try on the 6 bc I liked how the 4 fit so I can’t speak to how they compare. 

I wore this dress for an early fall wedding. Though I typically wear a size four, I was glad I ordered up for my back-up size, and ended up going with the size six. Though the six fit perfectly to my body shape, I discovered that the seem was ripped where the dress ruffles at the legs and I had to put my wrap across my thighs whenever I sat. You also cannot wear a regular bra with this dress due to how it cuts inward at the top, but I wore adhesive cups and that worked perfectly. Despite the tear, the dress still fit well and I received many compliments on how it flattered my shape.

I LOVED this dress! I felt so confident and beautiful in it. I rented this for a military ball that was cocktail attire. This dress runs small though. I ordered a 4 and 6, and definitely had to wear the 6. An 8 may have even worked better. I was afraid of the length, but when I put on heels with it, it was perfect! Definitely recommend!

It runs true to size, but there is no stretch. The zipper is a little tight, but past the waist it zips right up. I was comfortable and felt great all night.

It is form fitting and runs a bit small. I was able to squeeze into a 6 (my street size), for reference I am 5'6" and 145 lbs somewhat athletic build, but not because it stretches because it only stretches a little bit. I got so many compliments and likes, which made me feel great. Would be awesome to wear to a class reunion to strut your stuff. If I hadn't been seen by everyone in this dress, I would rent again!

I typically can wear 0 or 2, however I wore the 4 and it was pretty snug! Very comfortable to dance in, I didn't wear a bra bc it was so tight it held everything in place. Would recommend this dress for sure! I'm shorter and the length was great!

This was my first rent the runway and I am in love! I ordered the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 6 for a little extra breathing room (size up!) It runs small, but the material is thick so it smoothed out everything (I didn't even have to wear a bra). It was hard to move much and walking up stairs took a little extra time with snug silhouette but overall it was a perfect rental. I felt so elegant, loved! 

Rented for a friend's wedding- was a bit tight but material stretched. Made it a little tough to dance freely, but overall felt good about the dress while remaining comfortable all night! Would definitely rent again.

Fit was a smidge tight for a 12. I usually wear a 10-12. But I could still sit and move comfortably. 

I rented this dress for a wedding in Southern California. The material is thick so I was hot in the 80 degree weather. I got a lot of compliments on the dress, the only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 was because the material is really unforgiving on my midsection. I'm 5'2" about 115 lbs and I wore the 4. 

I got a lot of compliments on this dress for a summer wedding. It was 80 degrees outside and I wasn't too warm. It's form fitting and thick so no underwear or bra lines show. A little hard to dance in but it's long enough to hike up a bit to get down on the dance floor. 

True to size, fit me a bit tight in the hips, but just enough stretch to make sitting no problem. Very sleek and flattering. I got ‘hey Jackie-O,’ which I’ll take any day! 

I rented this dress for an event last spring and I loved it so much that I decided to rent it again! I failed to remember how small it runs. I typically wear a 4 and ended up squeezing into the 6 because I forgot that I should have actually ordered the 8. I absolutely love the neckline on the dress, the overall fit is form fitting but classic. I am 5'3 130 lbs and the length hit me mid shin. I ended up going bra-less with it since I am small chested. Fabric is also nice and thick . Would rent it a third time!

Comfortable, fun dress. The color is classic. Easy to dance in 

The thick fabric and lining skims the body but stretches to move with you and doesn't feel tight.  Hides imperfections.   I wore a racerback bra, fabric would allow you to go without.  Left knee is exposed when walking/sitting, so it doesn't feel as "long" on.  Was perfect length to cover some bruises and veins! :)  Rented for an out of town wedding and would def rent again for a local event.  

I wore this dress for a black tie optional fundraiser in late March and an indoor wedding in mid-May. It was perfect for both. I fell in love with the dress - it's elegant and accentuates your shape, and is tight without being inappropriate. I felt quite comfortable around my boyfriend's family and felt very classy.  You'll want to wear a strapless bra or one that connects in the back, and make sure to order up since it runs small - I'm typically a zero and the 2 was still snug, but the right choice.

I have fuller hips so the ruffle did a great job hiding that! Be aware that the midsection and bust area are a little small. I could wear a bra but some might not be able to. Got lots of compliments! 

Worn for my sister's casual wedding in August. Runs small and fabric is thick so it covers up all the right places. The belly in my dress was much looser than the rest of the dress (maybe worn by a pregnant woman before?)  but I loved the neckline and length. The ruffle slit was flattering to my straight hips.

I ordered this dress years ago for a wedding and I knew it was one of the dresses I would plan to order again. 2 years later, still one of my favorite dresses! I went with the 6 this time, perfect fit! 10/10 would recommend. 

Ended up wearing the size zero so I could go without a bra, but it was quite tight. The slit made it work for someone as short as I am. Material is thick and lies nicely. 

I have a troubled mid section so this dress was lovely but made me self conscious 

I usually wear an xs/s or 2/4 and I went with the four because the dress ran somewhat small. Overall its flattering and comfortable and I got a lot of compliments!
