So comfortable, so flattering, i loved everything about this dress. I could have worn a size down but opted for the larger because there was very little difference in anything but the length and i wanted to wear heels. Received so many compliments, and despite hugging your curves it had enough stretch to move easily. 10/10 

The stretchy velvet was very comfortable and form fitting.  I gave it 4 stars because the lining at the shoulders kept showing and I’d have to tuck it back under.  

Absolutely perfect, classic gown. It's the perfect balance of flattering and classy. Hugs in all the right places but is also super stretchy and comfy. If you're between sizes, I recommend sizing down. This dress is very forgiving. I will rent this dress again and again! 

This dress is so flattering and very warm. It was perfect for an outdoor winter wedding. If you’re going to be indoors and dancing, you may get overly warm. The dress is very stretchy and thick, I’d size based on your chest/shoulders as that’s the most limiting. There’s no zipper, so the waist will need to fit over your shoulders, but it is very stretchy. I rented the 40 and the 38 and they were honestly hard to tell apart size wise, but the 38 fit a bit nicer in the chest (I’m pear shaped with narrow shoulders and a small rib cage). There’s no support, so you’ll likely want a strapless or off the shoulder bra. Length wise, this was perfect floor length on me in 2inch heels at 5ft 2, so if you’re tall it may end up ankle length. 

I needed a warm, flattering dress for a black-tie wedding, and this one was absolute perfection. The material is structured yet stretchy, and it hugged me in all the right places. The cut and length were perfect — I can’t say enough great things about this dress. It can be worn with or without Spanx and is ideal for a fall or winter formal event.

I wore this to a black tie wedding. It was amazing. I got so many compliments. I was a little nervous since the 6 was unavailable. Shouldn't have been. The 4 fit great. It was tight but in a good way. Very comfortable. Held everything in. Didn't need spanx at all. This probably is not the dress for those with bigger busts but for those of us in the IBTC it was fabulous. Would love to have an event to rent it again.

Heavy gorgeous dress perfect for a winter formal event. The sleeves did slide down exposing the lining throughout the night - even with fashion tape. But the overall effect was great and the dress was comfortable.

The dress fabric was luxurious and it fit really well. Long sleeves were perfect to attend an outdoor fall wedding. It was also long enough for me to wear heels. I got tons of compliments on it. Would absolutely rent again. 

Loved this dress! Had no concerns about it falling down and did not have to “tug” on it. Received many many compliments on it! I would totally rent this dress again!! Would love to see it in other colors

This was the best pic showing details of the gown. Love love loved it! It would slip down my shoulders (like in pic) but I figured out I just had to lift both arms occasionally and it would come up perfectly. Felt like I was in my pajamas it was so comfortable! I have long legs and the Long size was perfect. 

Totally flattering dress… fits like a glove but doesn’t feel suffocating (rare!!). Loved that the shoulders were open so I didn’t overheat since this was at the beginning of the summer.

Very structured so while tight is very flattering 

I didn’t have to worry about wearing shapewear or sucking in all night… the sinching of the fabric over the mid section is so flattering. The dress was a dream. 

I’ve always wanted to wear a formal long sleeve black velvet dress and it did not disappoint!

I wore this at a winter formal event for work and got tons of compliments! I wore ballet flats with it and it hit the floor with just a tiny bit dragging. I did not wear a bra with it and was totally secure and comfortable. The stretching material slipped over all the curves and made it look wonderful. I will definitely be looking at this for future formal events.

Wow! The material is so luxurious and with just the right amount of stretch. It was comfortable and timeless. This dress was really hard to return!

This dress was beyond anything I could have hoped for! It fit perfectly and the way the fabric was laid on the stomach area was so so flattering! I felt confident all night and got tons of compliments. It was comfortable for a winter wedding, did get a little warm with dancing though. Overall though a 10/10! 

Loved it but could only get the smaller 44R, I think 46L would have been about right. I was slightly squeezed but mostly I hated that the dress didn't reach the floor even barefoot...possible because of my ample curves? The dress was beautiful and I can tell it would have rocked in the right size. Very sad face. Worked with a strapless bra for me, felt secure in the bust.

Ultimate class this dress. Thick, heavy velvet was perfect for a chilly, fall night for a black tie event. Fit like a glove. So comfortable, too, flexible give. Neckline was stunning and different from everyone else.

Wore to a black tie wedding! Fits so well everywhere, size chart online was spot on. 

The photo doesn't do justice to the beautiful, rich, velvet material. I wore the dress for a black to gala and stole the night away with compliments. It has an old Hollywood sophistication to it. The material has a lot of stretch, is very thick, and works like a spanx, so size 10 worked even though I'm usually 14. The length of the 46R was perfect for me. It's warm enough to not need a shall on A/C. The shoulders stayed in place. I would wear this dress every day if I could!

This gown fits like a glove. It’s true to size, a perfect length, the shoulders and sleeves stay up nicely. I received so many compliments. We were at a formal ball at a castle in Scotland and I felt like a princess. Lol! Highly recommend this rental, keeps you snug in all the right places. 

Felt like a million bucks in this! Thick stretchy fabric so no spanx needed. So many compliments, easy to sit & dance in, and the ruffles hid any evidence of a food baby. Wish I could afford to keep it. Will definitely rent again 

My normal size is 14, not available to ship. Based on reviews, I chose the 12R and it fit like a dream! The 14 would have been too large. I attended a black tie wedding and a well known dress designer complimented my dress! It was so comfortable, everything stayed in place and I didn’t need a bra or spanx. Just a comfortable dress to wear. I did end up going with the smaller of the two sizes I got because it just fit perfect. I’m 5’10 and it was a great length for me in short heels too. Larger chested as well so I just used some boob tape underneath it. Got lots of compliments at the Oscar’s

This dress was perfect! But… You have to have wardrobe tape for your shoulders. 

This was the best dress I found to rent for a Christmas formal ball, and it was everything I had hoped for.

I loved how I felt in this.  It’s comfortable, soft and so flattering.  I love love love this dress and wish I had somewhere else to wear it!

This was velvet perfection, looked stunning, and I felt like a QUEEN. Absolutely gorgeous. Wore it as one of my gowns for an Opry show I sang at, and I wish I could have worn it the entire evening!

Fit as expected. Lots of stretch (very forgiving for my postpartum body). For a black tie wedding it was perfect. Felt very confident and received many compliments. Only reason I selected 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wasn’t sure whether it was intended to be off the shoulder or if it skewed that way after several wears.
