This designer! Every single piece feels like it's tailor made for your body. This dress hugs in the perfect spot and can be worn without a blazer and still shows  well professionally. Two thumbs way up. 

Loved this dress. Material was thick enough to smooth out “bumps” and felt good. I wore this with a cami for work, but would be super sexy with just bra. Definitely would rent this again!

The dress is wonderful. I should have paid attention to the reviews. It's very low cut. My day events I wore a scarf (luckily) and I used tape for my evening meetings. These dresses are comfortable and easy to wear. 

The dress is made out of spanx shapewear type fabric that really sucks you in and fits like a glove. It is dressier and tighter than I thought when I rented it. Really good for a smaller busty girl like myself. I sometimes have to size up to a size 6 to accommodate my bust.

The only downside is that I wore it out dancing and it definitely limited my mobility.

I wore a belt to incorporate some silver, but the dress is pretty without it.

So many compliments all night! This dress hugged my body beautifully and the thick material helped smooth it all too.  Someone else described it like scuba gear & I have to agree. LOL! I was comfortable but super warm so if you like to be on the dancefloor all night, you're going to sweat your butt off!! 

I absolutely adore this designer. Every garment is so flattering!  

The fabric is thinner but doubles on the top and thick and slimming through the bottom. The fabric is free-cuttable so no stitching along the hem or or arm openings.

The dress doesn't have a zipper but is stretchy enough to get it on fairly easily. 

I know a lot of the feedback was that the dress was too low cut. But I'm small-chested enough that it wasn't an issue.

i ordered up a size based on reviews. dress was still snug but flattering. fabric is forgiving. would definitely rent again for work. 

Might have even gone a size bigger. Thicker wetsuit like material. I have an athletic build and the stretchy material fit my broad shoulders but was perfect in the waist and didn't gap at the hips. Loved it and would rent again. 

Very form fitting, very low cut, needs a strapless bra because it is too off-the- shoulder for straps. Rented for work, but did not have the right shapewear so would have been fussing with the cleavage during the day. Wore it out for a birthday dinner and felt very chic. 

I found it best to step into the dress and pull it up to your shoulders. Warm fabric works for a cooler day, it's like a leather glove no stretch whatsoever.   The fabric is A thin scuba like material.  Must be comfortable in form fitting.  stripes were flattering for me, best with a smaller bust or be comfortable showing a lot of cleavage. 

This scuba material without any zippers meant I literally had to wriggle in and out and pull the whole thing inside out to get it off. Is not at all forgiving, and I kept feeling like even the seams of my spanx were showing through! But, the cut still made it office appropriate. 

A bit revealing in the chest area, and I clearly got a size too small. I think I got an 8 and I would have gone to a 10 at least, maybe 12.  Very cute and form fitting

I love this designer and normally wear a 6, but this dress is a bit smaller - size up! Love that it has no zippers or buttons, but you do have to squeeze into it, but once you do it's comfortable. It's low cut and very tight, may not have been the best choice for work, but I wanted to wear it. It's the scuba type material, but thinner than the designer normally uses. The sleeves are very tight, so with all that said, rent this dress, but size up and be prepared for it to be very tight and low cut. 

Like other dresses by this designer, the material is thin and stretchy. The dress is very form fitting but long enough to be professional. Neck is a little low but worked because I'm not that busty. If you have more cleavage it could be a problem. Only thing I found awkward was how it flared out a bit on the bottom 

I'm usually 2 or 4 and wear a 40 IT (US 4) pretty consistently in this designer

Love this dress! I wore this at work and got a lot of compliments. The material sucks everything in but if you are in between sizes and don't want it to be extremely body conscious I would size up. I will probably rent it again.

This fit like a surgical glove.  Incredibly flattering (agree with someone else comparing it to shapewear) but a little too sleek for a professional event.  I think if I went one size up it would still fit as intended and be more appropriate in formal settings.  The neckline is *chef's kiss*.

I am a very standard size 4 and this dress in a 40 was way too small.  I will probably try it again in a 42 or perhaps 44 even.  High quality garment.

The dress was tight in all the right places, just like others by this designer. Fair warning: the material is thinner than the scuba like material in others by this designer and therefore slightly less forgiving. Also, the low cut neck and tight waist together made it a little less appropriate for work, depending on your workplace. Overall, for the right occasion, can be a sexy stunner.

This dress is too low cut for work. Did not wear other than trying on. Otherwise great fit. 

This is a bit low-cut for work so I wore a camisole bra underneath.  The material is very tight and has a neoprene feel to it.  It does hold you in though and is comfortable one you set it on.  It was perfect for going out for drinks/dinner right from work.

Tight in the hips but flattering, the stripe is more flattering in my opinion than the solid color versions of this same dress

it is cute and comfy but titty titty shakey shakey.  I had to use all the fashion tape.  I would not say this is work appropriate

Skin tight and would not be appropriate for work. I sized up to a 46 and still was squeezing into it. I'm usually a 10- 12

This was super tight and low cut, so I wasn't able to wear it to work as planned. It would work as a date dress. 

Sadly, another disappointment from a brand I love in theory. It was so tight I felt like I was sausage casing. I normally wear a 4 in this but would need to size up 1 or 2 full sizes to be comfortable. Also, the fabric is very thin, almost like a leotard or swimsuit, so it's quite unforgiving, and the skirt is quite long and fitted - limited movement.

On the model it looks like a work dress, but unlike some other dresses from this designer the fabric was super thin and clingy, and the neckline was low and wide.  I did not wear this, and usually I will try to make anything work.
