Gingham Bow Shoulder Mini Dress

I only wore this once for a date night because I didnt think the bows on the shoulder were my vibe, but the dress slides on so nice, the pockets are always a perk, and its effortlessly flattering. I can fit in mediums, and large, but tried the XL and it was still tight in the bust, not too noticeable though. I would size up.

This was a fun and flirty dress. I think it’s more of a daytime dress but it could be dressed up with heels or down with sneakers. I wore it with leather loafers for a bit more contrast. The slip was a problem as mentioned in other reviews. It falls lower than the dress hem so it seems like it’s a construction issue. It showe a LOT so I had to pin it and then it was fine.

The bows on the shoulders are the cutest touch of this dress! The slip underneath is a little longer than the dress itself, which is why I’m giving 4/5. Very comfortable otherwise!

I would recommend sizing up or wearing a minimizer bra if you have a larger chest. The quality is great but that made the fit feel a little odd.

I followed recommendations & went up a size- wish I hadn’t! The dress looks way too big, is unflattering, lays oddly (pockets must be sewn backwards) and liner shows. I can overcome this with a belt as shown (not leopard though- I’d choose a bright one) but I’m not sure it’s even wearable. I hate wasting a spot. It is a lightweight fabric, and I do love the bows & v neck.

I was worried this would be too short, but it was a great length for my corporate office. Not too tight across the bust, which is often my problem, and not too boxy either.

Love this look! The lining was a little off and I could have sized down. Wore it multiple times, so comfortable and flattering.

I paired this with flat black loafers and it was a great look. highly recommend. So flattering, even on the girls with a tummy

Wore to a business event with a black blazer. The dress was perfectly fitting and comfortable. I have very long legs so it’s not too often a dress is above my knees without being too short/revealing for business. So I especially appreciated that!

I am a 38D (size 12) in the chest and size 10 in pants. This dress was tight in the chest and very loose in the waist and hips. It's very cute nonetheless and I was able to wear it once, but would probably not rent again.

I ended up wearing this dress to work, a funeral, a date, and more. It is wonderful - very flowy and comfortable. If you have larger boobs, definitely size up because the dress will be a bit shorter. I gave the dress a four (and ultimately didn’t purchase it) because the black liner hangs below the white dress quite a bit.

This was a little small in the chest for me (something I’m not used to!) but I could make it work. Definitely renting again, but sizing up one

I should have stuck with a medium in this, the large was gaping in the chest and hung too low. I would definitely rent again in a smaller size.

Super cute shape but definitely runs slight large. The lining ion mine had come undone so it hung down lower than the dress hem so I had to pin up.

The dress would look super cute for work if it weren’t for the lining underneath that is a bit longer than the dress itself (perhaps defective product?).

This is a cute dress but it is boxy. I sized up because I was worried about the length. I should have gone with a small.

The bottom bells out a lot and the length was too long to make the volume work.

I was excited to rent this dress as there aren’t many XXS sizes on RTR; however, this dress fit more like an XS and was too large throughout.
