This dress is simple with a touch of flare. It’s a nice sturdy material yet still lightweight. It’s perfect for the board room, meetings and being stylish around the office. 


The plum around the the waist is genius. Very elegant. Slimming fit. The side raffle is great as well


Loved this dress, fit perfectly but is very true to size. If you like a looser fit, size up. Gorgeous color, I adore this dress :)

Black Halo never disappoints and this dress is no exception to that outstanding track record.

The color is yellow, it may look different in photos but in real life , it's yellow and anything but mellow. Because the color is eye-catching this isn't an ideal dress to wear if you want to blend into the background. The material is a light textured crepe that moves and breathes and is perfect for summer. The ruffles accentuate the good and hid food babies.

A great dress and will rent again.

Easy to wear outfit. Both comfortable and functional. The silhouette was very flattering. Since I wore this to work the length was perfect. On the hanger the color looked a little squeamish, but on it really transformed into a bold but flattering tone. A whole bunch of students at the school I work at wanted to touch the dress because the material looked "leathery" to them.  As with all the black halo brand outfits this does not disappoint!

Usually Black Halo is so tight. Somehow, I must have gotten the rare larger fit. I've rented size 10s and they are still too tight. Somehow, this one was great. Gorgeous dress!

The perfect dress! The material is amazing, the fit is so flattering, and the yellow is a great color especially for summer!

I love the dress. The under arm was big, my bra was showing. Other than that the dress was pretty! 

Beautiful color.  Recommend sizing up as I usually wear a 12 but the 14 was a good fit.  Comfortable and flattering for pear shape. 

The color is more of a neon on yellow. It’s a beautiful color but definitely looks better with a tan. It fit great except through the chest. There was some gapping around the armholes. Makes finding a bra that doesn’t show difficult. It was very flattering over all. 

This is a cute dress and it fit great. I liked it but I did not love it. The color is pretty but at the same time not quite right.

Great Easter Dress

I love the bright yellow color of the fabric and how it lays on your body. The asymmetrical ruffle of fabric on the right side adds some interest to an otherwise plain dress. I received many compliments on the dress!

I wore get a size smaller next time.  It's a bit large.  Love the vibrant color and style.  

Comfy, hides belly, stretchy, sexy, perfect! Except it had a stain on the front ruffle so I wore a waist bag. I'd keep the dress otherwise. Tons of compliments, zero worries or struggles!!

This dress was amazing to wear. The color was a hit for all that saw it. The little ruffle detail was just enough flair to jazz it up. Loved this dress!  It did fit snug but I'm afraid the sizing up would have been too big.

This dress is perfect for tall people who seem to have a problem getting the waist of a dress to hit your actual waist instead of right under your chest. Fit like a glove. Great length. Perfect for work.

The dress fit perfectly and since the dress is light it's a great dress for the summer months.

Well-fitting and very comfortable to wear, plus I got plenty of compliments! The fabric is uniquely textured without being too thick, and has plenty of stretch. I used double-sided tape to shorten it by about 1", so the hem would be more flattering at just under my knees.

This dress made me feel like Gigi Hadid!! So many people stopped and literally stared at this brightly colored dress as I walked by. If you are feeling a little 'extra' and feel like making a fashionable splash at the office, this dress does the trick. 

I received SO many compliments on the dress throughout the day! 

In regards to sizing, I typically wear a 0 in Black Halo dresses. This dress was a size 2. I noted that the shoulders and arms were a bit loose on me. I had to pin the lining of the dress on the left side to my bra strap (I wore a halter back) to keep it from showing when I sat down. Luckily the right side has that gorgeous ruffle!! 

I think a 0 would have fit perfect but the 2 was comfortable enough once I pinned it. 

Great cut, light fabric for summer but lined, hides imperfections well.  I got tons of compliments on the color and the dress 

I was safe and ordered the larger size of the two I fluctuate between (14,16). It was a bit big but I'm sending it back to order the 14! It might be a little snug in my hips and butt but the top should fit nicely.

The color of this dress is beautiful and I loved the fit! It's a great dress for spring!

Perfect for Easter Sunday, the material is not too thin but may need a garment for structure especially loved that it covered the pooch!

Tons of compliments. The bright yellow was the star of the compliments, it was a pop of color among the masses of people wearing grey and black. Love the length to the knee. The only drawback is the cut of the back, my bra strap hung out. It is recommended you wear a strapless with this dress.
