This dress is simple with a touch of flare. It’s a nice sturdy material yet still lightweight. It’s perfect for the board room, meetings and being stylish around the office.

Black Halo never disappoints and this dress is no exception to that outstanding track record. The color is yellow, it may look different in photos but in real life , it's yellow and anything but mellow. Because the color is eye-catching this isn't an ideal dress to wear if you want to blend into the background. The material is a light textured crepe that moves and breathes and is perfect for summer. The ruffles accentuate the good and hid food babies. A great dress and will rent again.

Easy to wear outfit. Both comfortable and functional. The silhouette was very flattering. Since I wore this to work the length was perfect. On the hanger the color looked a little squeamish, but on it really transformed into a bold but flattering tone. A whole bunch of students at the school I work at wanted to touch the dress because the material looked "leathery" to them. As with all the black halo brand outfits this does not disappoint!

Usually Black Halo is so tight. Somehow, I must have gotten the rare larger fit. I've rented size 10s and they are still too tight. Somehow, this one was great. Gorgeous dress!

The color is more of a neon on yellow. It’s a beautiful color but definitely looks better with a tan. It fit great except through the chest. There was some gapping around the armholes. Makes finding a bra that doesn’t show difficult. It was very flattering over all.

This is a cute dress and it fit great. I liked it but I did not love it. The color is pretty but at the same time not quite right.

I love the bright yellow color of the fabric and how it lays on your body. The asymmetrical ruffle of fabric on the right side adds some interest to an otherwise plain dress. I received many compliments on the dress!

This dress is perfect for tall people who seem to have a problem getting the waist of a dress to hit your actual waist instead of right under your chest. Fit like a glove. Great length. Perfect for work.

Well-fitting and very comfortable to wear, plus I got plenty of compliments! The fabric is uniquely textured without being too thick, and has plenty of stretch. I used double-sided tape to shorten it by about 1", so the hem would be more flattering at just under my knees.

This dress made me feel like Gigi Hadid!! So many people stopped and literally stared at this brightly colored dress as I walked by. If you are feeling a little 'extra' and feel like making a fashionable splash at the office, this dress does the trick. I received SO many compliments on the dress throughout the day! In regards to sizing, I typically wear a 0 in Black Halo dresses. This dress was a size 2. I noted that the shoulders and arms were a bit loose on me. I had to pin the lining of the dress on the left side to my bra strap (I wore a halter back) to keep it from showing when I sat down. Luckily the right side has that gorgeous ruffle!! I think a 0 would have fit perfect but the 2 was comfortable enough once I pinned it.

I was safe and ordered the larger size of the two I fluctuate between (14,16). It was a bit big but I'm sending it back to order the 14! It might be a little snug in my hips and butt but the top should fit nicely.
