I loved this dress, classic. But I could not lift my arms it was so tight around the bust. And I sized up! 

This is a great professional dress. Flattering, comfortable and not too clingy (while looking great). Well tailored and nice material. 

Looks great. Lots of stretch. Arms were a little tight. Neckline has hidden button detail which makes it feel luxe. 

It fit like it was made for me, but it was boring and too warm for summer. 

The dress doesn’t have a lot of stretch to it, but it was a perfect fit! 

I bought this dress for a fraction of the original price through RTR. It made me feel like a million dollars. Very flattering on any body type and made of a thick material that makes for a very smooth look.

I loved wearing this for work.  Has boss vibes.  Glad I sized up like the other reviews suggested!  Even with sizing up the arms we’re still tight.  Perfect knee-length.

The chest was tight for me, and it also opened up in a weird way I did not find flattering. Nice substantial fabric.

I loved how this dress looked while standing and posing, but it was too tight to do my job in. I would say it runs at least one size small, I usually wear a 12/14. 

Another winner by black halo. Great details on sleeves, flattering everywhere. Slightly too tight on neck (I unzipped a bit for comfort). 

I just found Black Halo and adore their clothing.  This dress is a 10.  I probably should have gone w/ the 12 (I'm 165 and 5'9").  But I STILL loved it.  The seaming is precise.  Not too short.  Smashing as hell!  Very #LadyBoss. 

Walkability Score?  8 of 10, very little riding up (even as a size too small).  

If this dress was mine, I would get a 12 so that my hips and arms weren't smooshed and then get tailoring for the torso to tuck it in.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. It is both professional and feminine. It runs small. This is a size 4 and I think a size 6 would have felt a little bit better & giving me more breathing room. I included a couple of different angles to see how flattering it is and how it can also show all lines/curves. The feedback I got from this dress was positive.

Great dress! Runs a bit small. I usually wear an 8, and the 10 fit perfect. I decided to wear the top slightly unbuttoned (like a polo shirt), but you also can do like the model. 

A professional polished dress. Shapely without any slits or gaps to worry about. Good quality material holds up all day. Would be a good add to my ladyboss staples.
