This is a great professional dress. Flattering, comfortable and not too clingy (while looking great). Well tailored and nice material.

I just found Black Halo and adore their clothing. This dress is a 10. I probably should have gone w/ the 12 (I'm 165 and 5'9"). But I STILL loved it. The seaming is precise. Not too short. Smashing as hell! Very #LadyBoss. Walkability Score? 8 of 10, very little riding up (even as a size too small). If this dress was mine, I would get a 12 so that my hips and arms weren't smooshed and then get tailoring for the torso to tuck it in.

This dress is absolutely beautiful. It is both professional and feminine. It runs small. This is a size 4 and I think a size 6 would have felt a little bit better & giving me more breathing room. I included a couple of different angles to see how flattering it is and how it can also show all lines/curves. The feedback I got from this dress was positive.

Great dress! Runs a bit small. I usually wear an 8, and the 10 fit perfect. I decided to wear the top slightly unbuttoned (like a polo shirt), but you also can do like the model.

Looks great. Lots of stretch. Arms were a little tight. Neckline has hidden button detail which makes it feel luxe.

Classy, sophisticated, flattering, comfortable, got so many compliments ... I'll def be renting this again. I buttoned it all the way up and wore a diamond drop necklace and nude heels. I'm usually a 2 or 4, so I'm glad I read other reviews and sized up. The 6 fit perfectly.

Normally like the size 6 on me but it was too tight. Great quality.

People describe it as snug, and I suppose I would agree, but it wasn't bothersome. I have a small chest, so maybe that's why.

I normally wear a size 10, and read that this was small so I got a 12 and it was still just a touch too small. It is so cute though, I wish I could have made it work.

A little tight, especially in the bust but would still rent again. A little long for a shorty like me but not awful.

Loved the fit of this dress and how classy and elegant it is. Unfortunately, because the arms are fitted, I couldn’t reach the zipper so I couldn’t wear it. Would rent again if I had help zipping up. Beautiful design and quality fabric.
