My event got canceled so I didn't get to wear this dress but it is definitely something I will rent in the future. It does run really small and tight. So size up

Was a little short and wasn't easy to raise arms. But got so many compliments!  

Rented this for work, but quickly realized this dress is cut for a night out on the town, not a day behind a desk.  It seems to be designed to fit close to the body, and there is no stretch, so size up. Also, if you are tall, go up two sizes if you don't want to wear the equivalent of a mini skirt all night.  Like the other reviews say, the color is fantastic and the pics don't do it justice. 

My first thought was "dang this is tight." It was also pretty short, which is saying a lot considering I'm only 5'0". I got away with sitting for most of the day and my legs were hidden so it didn't matter. Love the color though!

Beautiful dress for a winter party! Many many compliments, runs a little smaller in the hips but was comfortable and I thought the dress actually DID provide a small amount of stretch. Loved it! 

Great dress! Looks more green in person. Received so many compliments during the evening . Runs small, I usually wear a 2 and the size 2 was way too tight ! 

Rented this to be a "Fake News Reporter" for a Halloween party. There is a little itty bitty stretch but don't expect much forgiveness. It was tight on my arms and I was grateful I sized up. The color and sleeves are pretty. Would not rent again except for the same purpose. 

It was a little snug in the shoulders and would ride up my legs as I walked.  When I pulled it down, the length was good for the office, but I was constantly pulling it down so it was at an appropriate length.  If I were to wear it to an after work party or cocktail event, the length would not have been an issue.  Also I couldn't raise my arms up high due to the tightness in the shoulders.  

I love this dress and it fit like a glove.  I would only make it longer in length of the skirt and easier to zip up the back.  

Love the color and fit. Will rent to this dress again. Perfect for a wedding in the fall. 

The photo doesn't show the true color but is is a vibrant green.  Beautifully shaped and full flowing sleeves.  It's a show stopper.

Pros: Color is perfect and just as advertised. It fit true to size. It is very classy

I wish I would have gone up two sizes. The dress was too small and short on bottom.

The picture online really doesn't do this dress any justice.  This dress was actually picked for me at the Georgetown store and had I saw the dress online, I never would have chosen it.  This dress is very form-fitting and accentuates your curves; not-to-mention the absolutely beautiful color which reminded me of my birthstone.  So it was perfect for the occasion!

This is one of my favorite pieces from RTR. I've worn it on multiple occasions and have gotten compliments every time. The color is attention grabbing and the fit is flattering. I highly recommend this piece.

Loved the winged sleeves on this and the fit! I do wish it was a bit longer. Otherwise a wonderful dress. 

This dress is stunning. The fabric has some weight about it but is soft and gorgeous. This also makes the sleeves drape well. Incidentally, the sleeves were not annoying or in the way, as I had feared. I wore it to the office with flats but you could dress it up with heels. It was quite short on me and I am 5,4.  The color is fab - very vibrant.
