Pros: Color is perfect and just as advertised. It fit true to size. It is very classy Cons: It has no stretch, but so you must have a shaping garment. This will be rented again from me.

The picture online really doesn't do this dress any justice. This dress was actually picked for me at the Georgetown store and had I saw the dress online, I never would have chosen it. This dress is very form-fitting and accentuates your curves; not-to-mention the absolutely beautiful color which reminded me of my birthstone. So it was perfect for the occasion!

This is one of my favorite pieces from RTR. I've worn it on multiple occasions and have gotten compliments every time. The color is attention grabbing and the fit is flattering. I highly recommend this piece.

This dress is stunning. The fabric has some weight about it but is soft and gorgeous. This also makes the sleeves drape well. Incidentally, the sleeves were not annoying or in the way, as I had feared. I wore it to the office with flats but you could dress it up with heels. It was quite short on me and I am 5,4. The color is fab - very vibrant.

Rented this for work, but quickly realized this dress is cut for a night out on the town, not a day behind a desk. It seems to be designed to fit close to the body, and there is no stretch, so size up. Also, if you are tall, go up two sizes if you don't want to wear the equivalent of a mini skirt all night. Like the other reviews say, the color is fantastic and the pics don't do it justice.

My first thought was "dang this is tight." It was also pretty short, which is saying a lot considering I'm only 5'0". I got away with sitting for most of the day and my legs were hidden so it didn't matter. Love the color though!

Rented this to be a "Fake News Reporter" for a Halloween party. There is a little itty bitty stretch but don't expect much forgiveness. It was tight on my arms and I was grateful I sized up. The color and sleeves are pretty. Would not rent again except for the same purpose.

It was a little snug in the shoulders and would ride up my legs as I walked. When I pulled it down, the length was good for the office, but I was constantly pulling it down so it was at an appropriate length. If I were to wear it to an after work party or cocktail event, the length would not have been an issue. Also I couldn't raise my arms up high due to the tightness in the shoulders. I love this dress and it fit like a glove. I would only make it longer in length of the skirt and easier to zip up the back.

This is a really lovely dress with the sleeves taking front seat. This dress was hip hugging and doesn't have any give, and it shows everything underneath your dress; an all in one undergarment is recommended.

I'm between a size 8 and 10. Size 10 wasn't available so just went for it but the dress wasn't even close to being able to zip up partially to find out how it even looked. I also have a large chest so there is that.

The 16 Fit my mother, who is normally a 12. Didn't wear it. Way too small and no give. Such a shame Bc the color is gorgeous

It does ride up when you sit down, and slightly tight with a padded bra. Otherwise, this worked well in the office, a business luncheon, and a semi-formal party.

This dress is a beautiful and vibrant green. I'm only 5'4 " and I have a short torso, so the length was not an issue for me. The sleeves add a nice dramatic flair without getting in the way. The fabric has no stretch, so if I had planned on moving along a lot during the day, my arm movement may have been constricted. Although, I'm a 32DD, so that may be why it was a little snug in the chest area.
