I even wore it with tights and boots on an airplane. The fit is not binding even though because of the design of the top/skirt as one dress, it looks super crisp

Fit was perfect. The sleeves have delicate details and it looks like a blouse with a skirt, very classy. I'd recommend wearing a bra that's a similar color to the top (mine was fuschia) or something with clear straps because it can be seen a little through the shear part of the top.

Love the look of it but was a bit too tight for what I wanted. Might try a bigger size maybe? 

I wore for work. I received so many compliments at work. Power outfit. 

I do not typically dress up for work but we had an audit and dressed up for the week. I sit almost all day and this was comfortable enough to sit all day and made the perfect transition to happy hour. I got compliments all day! 

Structured, polished look for a family gathering. Considered wearing this to lecture; would have been presentation appropriate. 

I had a huge meeting with several of the top leaders of my company, including the CEO. I wanted to look the part, and this dress did it! Coupled with the Vince tuxedo blazer (also from RTR) and my favorite Burberry pumps, my boyfriend told me I was going to be mistaken for the CEO. This dress gave me the confidence I needed to take charge in my meeting!

I love this dress. I have rented it twice now for work and it is perfect for big meetings or when you just need to feel on top of your game. 

Loved this dress for an event. I did wear the size up bc the skirt is tight. You need a strapless bra under this. I got so many compliments and felt amazing in this! 

Fit true to size. Even though I am short, the length was pretty good. The blouse part clung to my bra (a lace bandeau) so I would suggest a smoother bra or no bra with pasties.

Felt like I was killin' it in this dress!  So amazingly comfortable and forgiving in my belly area.  Some good stretch and the sleeves are just so chic!  Would totally buy if it was a little less pricey.  Plan to rent again and will probably try out the blue and black versions!  Thank you RTR for this gem!!

Ladies, I have 20+ lbs to lose right now, and this dress was ultra flattering. Super comfortable, slimming, great condition. What more could you ask for?? Rent this NOW. 

Wore it to work paired with a blazer, easy to manage the two-piece look without blouse coming untucked. A little borderline tight on hips for work but I went with it anyway, wouldn't be a problem for someone with narrower frame.

I loved this dress and the details around the arms and collar.  I did receive a lot of compliments which is always nice.  I thought it was a bit tight on me so be careful with sizing.  I am in between a 4 and 6 in dresses and this 6 was just a bit snug around the waist and hips.  

Honestly I've recently gained weight but this dress is so flattering, I still felt hot. Great for girls like me who have large upper arms! You don't need shape wear or anything special under this. Would buy if I could afford it. Perfect for fall with tights.

Wore it to a birthday dinner at a nice restaurant. Worm with black booties and added a floral lace jacket to add a little of my own taste to it. Loved the sleeves, the material, the fit! Would rent again all around.

It fit great a little snug in the hips but it’s a fitted look. Might wanna do what I do and break out the spanx too!

Wore this for a work event. This dress looked like a blouse and skirt but without the fuss of having to two pieces. It was easy to move in and fit really well. 

Missing a button on the sleeve and iron mark which is weird bc it had the tags on it...but overall loved this one!!

Loved everything about this dress.  Runs small as do most dresses is this brand.  Sized up one size for a perfect fit.  Great dress to transition to fall.  Would rent against and considering wearing for fall family pics.

I had been lusting over this dress for awhile and it was finally available for a busy work week with lots of presentations.  Maybe I had built it up in my head but it didnt live up to my expectations.  The arms were a little short and I felt the neck was a tad tight and funny looking.  The whole dress felt a little small and too tight.  I am very hourglass shaped and I felt like it didn't fit my in the right places to accentuate my curves.  The dress was ok just not a home run for me. 

This fit great on top but was skin tight on the bottom, it would not have been appropriate for work. I should have ordered a bigger size. There was plenty of room in the shoulders and arms. It was really good looking, just too small. 

I feel like it was sized correctly but that I might have put on just a little weight.  I tried to make it work with shape wear - almost!!  This is a beautiful dress.  The top is stunning with a wine colored sheer yet professional look.  I’m going to add this to my favorites and try again!!

Couldn't get it over my hips. The top was SO cute and I was so sad that I couldn't wear it. Pear shaped body.

Wore this to a Board meeting and felt like 100 bucks.  Will definitely rent again for another work function.  Conservative, yet a little bit sexy with the fitted skirt and buttons down the sleeves.  Plus a perfect length to show off your legs,while still being work appropriate.
