I even wore it with tights and boots on an airplane. The fit is not binding even though because of the design of the top/skirt as one dress, it looks super crisp

Fit was perfect. The sleeves have delicate details and it looks like a blouse with a skirt, very classy. I'd recommend wearing a bra that's a similar color to the top (mine was fuschia) or something with clear straps because it can be seen a little through the shear part of the top.

I had a huge meeting with several of the top leaders of my company, including the CEO. I wanted to look the part, and this dress did it! Coupled with the Vince tuxedo blazer (also from RTR) and my favorite Burberry pumps, my boyfriend told me I was going to be mistaken for the CEO. This dress gave me the confidence I needed to take charge in my meeting!

I love this dress. I have rented it twice now for work and it is perfect for big meetings or when you just need to feel on top of your game.

Loved this dress for an event. I did wear the size up bc the skirt is tight. You need a strapless bra under this. I got so many compliments and felt amazing in this!

Fit true to size. Even though I am short, the length was pretty good. The blouse part clung to my bra (a lace bandeau) so I would suggest a smoother bra or no bra with pasties.

Felt like I was killin' it in this dress! So amazingly comfortable and forgiving in my belly area. Some good stretch and the sleeves are just so chic! Would totally buy if it was a little less pricey. Plan to rent again and will probably try out the blue and black versions! Thank you RTR for this gem!!

Wore it to work paired with a blazer, easy to manage the two-piece look without blouse coming untucked. A little borderline tight on hips for work but I went with it anyway, wouldn't be a problem for someone with narrower frame.

I loved this dress and the details around the arms and collar. I did receive a lot of compliments which is always nice. I thought it was a bit tight on me so be careful with sizing. I am in between a 4 and 6 in dresses and this 6 was just a bit snug around the waist and hips.

Honestly I've recently gained weight but this dress is so flattering, I still felt hot. Great for girls like me who have large upper arms! You don't need shape wear or anything special under this. Would buy if I could afford it. Perfect for fall with tights.

I had been lusting over this dress for awhile and it was finally available for a busy work week with lots of presentations. Maybe I had built it up in my head but it didnt live up to my expectations. The arms were a little short and I felt the neck was a tad tight and funny looking. The whole dress felt a little small and too tight. I am very hourglass shaped and I felt like it didn't fit my in the right places to accentuate my curves. The dress was ok just not a home run for me.

This fit great on top but was skin tight on the bottom, it would not have been appropriate for work. I should have ordered a bigger size. There was plenty of room in the shoulders and arms. It was really good looking, just too small.

I feel like it was sized correctly but that I might have put on just a little weight. I tried to make it work with shape wear - almost!! This is a beautiful dress. The top is stunning with a wine colored sheer yet professional look. I’m going to add this to my favorites and try again!!

Wore this to a Board meeting and felt like 100 bucks. Will definitely rent again for another work function. Conservative, yet a little bit sexy with the fitted skirt and buttons down the sleeves. Plus a perfect length to show off your legs,while still being work appropriate.
