I love Ulla and this top doesn’t disappoint. I rented it last year and wanted to rent it again. It’s cute and comfy and fits true to size. Which is hard for Ulla as sometimes I’m a 4 in her stuff and sometimes I’m a 2. This was a true 4!

I would fill 75% of my swaps with Ulla if RTR ever would ever increase the # if items they purchase! Ulla is always rented, so I’m usually stuck with a season from last year. I wasn’t really excited about this top initially since it’s been on the site for a long time and I didn’t want to wear something that feels super “used” or black for that matter, with the daily heat here at 106. I will say, I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely too hot to wear outside so I wore it to an work dinner, where the AC was cranking. Paired it with a black skirt and got lots of compliments. People thought it was a dress. I tried it on with light denim and that looked cute too, so it’s a versatile piece you change the look on completely. Normally smocking isn’t very flattering on my mid section but Ulla’s fabrics are typically thick and this blouse was no different. Didn’t accentuate anything I didn’t want. The balloon sleeves were drama in all the right ways.

Will rent again

Wrinkles easily but you can't tell since it has so much going on. A 2 would have been better for me across the chest.

Somewhat stretchy, puff sleeves are too cute. Perfect for game day and to wear to work. Would rent again.

this was a really nice, structured top! i wore this for work, and it went really well with a pair of high waisted pants. you could do low or midrise for a bit of midriff, its slightly cropped. the fabris was thick and good quality, the shirring/stitching for the bodice is multi-layered which gave it some cool visual interest.

If you don’t like sculpture and volume, this ain’t for you. Felt like this could be worn with a lot of different shapes and styles on the bottom half to achieve different looks - dressed up, dressed down, serious boss lady, or weekend casual flair. Enjoyed the styling options and what I felt was a flattering cut.

Perfect fit

This one has a je ne se quois about it. I know it’s got a skirt in a set but I wore it with a two tone colovos barrel jean that had a bit of an industrial feel and it felt like prairie met edgy and had a beautiful kid.

Love it! Had to have it! Sleeves were short though.

This is so so cute. Wore to work in Napa, spring time, it was lightweight, super comfortable and gained lots of compliments. I want to keep it but hard to justify that price on something I wouldn’t consider a classic.

Comfortable and stylish. I expected the sleeves to overwhelm a petite frame, but they were perfect. Worn with high waisted jeans and Princetown mules.

I thought this was really fun to wear, but I did wish there was maybe 50% less sleeve. I felt a little like I was in an Elizabethan drama but it also worked? Fun to mix it up but maybe too dramatic for zoom--you end up mostly sleeve in the little zoom window.

These sleeves are amazing. The smocking of the top is very forgiving and comfortable. Black is solid, not at all faded. I may buy it!

I have a long torso - this was a bit short on me, length wise and in the sleeves. Otherwise fit in terms of tightness it worked. From the model, it doesn’t look like it’s supposed to be a 3/4 sleeve. But still such a great top! Love it!

I wore this to an open mic night in the Nashville area. I got a lot of compliments on it, but most importantly, I felt really good wearing it. It is high-quality material and a super cute look. This is a great want to rent because it’s so notable you don’t want to wear it 100 times.
