This shirt looks like a basic button down from the front. Sleeves have wide cuffs and front of shirt is long in length. The back is half open though, with a tie at the waist. Interesting twist on a staple. Color looks better with white or black jeans, not blue as shown. Crisp cotton.

I didn’t love the Simon Miller lettering posted on the button seam but this shirt is great for transitional weather with the venting in the back. I noted it fit just right but I think it overwhelmed me a bit as a petite. Excellent quality!

The back tie gives it a very flattering fit as can shape it to body.

I really wanted to love this vibrant shirt, but I just don’t. I agree with another customer who said it overwhelms a petite frame. I found it surprisingly difficult to style. I rented the matching skirt, but as it is still cool here in Southern California, I wore it with white pants for running errands. The back of the shirt is cute, but the cutout prevents you from wearing a bra without the back strap showing. I wore a turquoise tube top underneath it. I guess the reasoning is to wear it as a bathing suit coverup, but it’s in a cotton fabric like a normal shirt, so it wouldn’t do well with getting wet. Anyway, this shirt is just not for me.

I wore this by itself, over dresses, as a swim cover up, and more. It holds its shape and does not wrinkle easily. LOVE

The back of the top is adorable. When paired with the matching skirt it's such a great outfit.

This shirt makes you look curvy and fit. It shows just the right part of the back, not the creases! I didn't end up wearing it because I didn't have a bra that I could disguise on the back. Maybe a bigger size shirt would've helped? Either way -- super flattering.

I planned to wear white jeans, but instead wore the blouse as a beach cover-up. It worked out great because my suit had that exact shade as the fabric.
