It has satin as a lining (?!), so if the event is outdoors (like mine was), the dress is hot and sweaty LOL But once in AC, I was fine. The length is great (with 3" heels) and the style is fun and flattering. You'll have to readjust your boobs to make sure there's no back creases but what dress don't you have to readjust!?

I rented this as a backup and had a really hard time choosing between the two. I opted for the other one but this dress was beautiful, so comfortable and made me feel very pretty. The pockets are fantastic, the skirt was full and covered everything and the length was great.

This dress fit very well and the quality was great. Couldn't tell if it had been worn before. I ordered a 4R and a 6L. The 6 fit great. I am about 5'9" and 140 pounds. With 2.5 inch heals the dress was almost short. I'd recommend getting the long if you plan to wear heals. I had a baby about 3 years ago so this perfectly hid my momma belly. Oh and a dress with pockets is always a win!

Unique cut with very luxurious fabric. Just the right amount of subtle shimmer to be impressive but not overstated. Loved the drop neckline. Got compliments all night saying i looked like a princess. Beautiful high quality dress.

Wow. I got compliments all night long!! This dress has pockets. It was so comfy!!!!! It was slightly wrinkled from packaging, but after hanging it up they fell right out. I'm 5'9 and wore pretty flat boots and it was an amazing length. I've rented so many dresses from RTR and this was one of my favorites. I seriously did not want to sent it back! I would be careful if one thing. The 10l came in ripped in the back, so it seems like the fabric is somewhat fragile. I wore the 12 so it wasn't a concern and I was just careful when sitting down. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

The Bordeaux Satin Stripe Gown is a great option for a formal event! ML Monique Lhuillier provided the perfect element of surprise with pockets! Running true to size with a back zipper, we recommend sizing up for your backup. With the open back, a strapless bra is best for A - C cup sizes. The fabric has no stretch in the waist area and hits floor length. Pair with a great clutch and heels for the night out!

Straps are wide enough for a regular bra, the pockets are roomy, and the R length was just right with very low heels/flat shoes for my height (5'4"). I've rented ML Monique Lhuillier dresses before, and they are always very elegant, and of very good quality.

Loved this dress from the flattering top, to the pockets and the perfect length. Was able to wear it with flats to be comfortable and it wasn't too long. Got lots of compliments!

It was too large for me on the top and a bit too long. I wore high heels and was able to get away with it, but a 0P would have been perfect for my height.

The dress was beautiful. The top was slightly big, I ordered a 6L. Being 5'9, with a 3 inch heel the dress was just right. I also added a belt for definition around the waste line. Classic dress, complements all night!

I rented this for our annual Christmas Ball. The color is lovely and the dress is very comfortable. Tons of compliments!

You can't find a more flattering comfortable formal gown, and it has deep pockets!! It fit really well despite my small chest and was comfortable through an entire military ball. And I got SO many compliments!

Unfortunately the dress did have some wear in some places, particularly along the seams. It looks as if someone tried to fit into it that was a bit too big for the dress. Kept tripping over strings that had come out at the bottom. Other than that dress was beautiful, fit well, and received many compliments.

This dress was amazing for a few reasons: Although it doesn't look like it in the picture, I was able to wear a regular bra (I bought special stick-ons, but they were unnecessary), length was great with my 3" heels, color was beautiful, and POCKETS! Not only did I feel fabulous in this dress all night, I was also very comfortable.

This dress is a perfect fit. I'm 5'8" and wore 4 inch heels so I ordered a long. It was exactly the right length. I got compliments all night long.

It looked lovely on but it was a little too big to be able to wear this one. I am normally a 2 but would have needed a 0. The neck line is not has low as it appears in the photo.

Loved this dress. I got a 0 and 2 R. The 0 was the perfect fit and length aside from the straps being too big. Unfortunately was unable to wear it.

Beautiful dress, and beautiful red/maroon colors. I didn't end up wearing this dress as my size wasn't available(8r) the 8L was too long for my 5'5" +3 inch heals. Would consider re-renting for the right occasion!

The dress fit well in the waist, but the chest was HUGE. I used a padded sticky bra, but there was still space. I probably could have used cutlets to fix the problem, but was fresh out. The dress was a bit more matronly then I expected from the pictures, but the fabric was luxurious. For reference, I am a 34A, 5'4, athletic build. I wore 4 inch heels and the hem fell nicely to the floor.

Gorgeous dress, well-made, nicely lined and it has pockets!! Sadly, I did not wear the dress because the top was too big for me. I guess I should have ordered the two, because it was roomy. I usually wear a 4 in dresses but am fairly flat chested and this dress was too loose up top. Also, was roomy around the rib cage as well. I would try it another time in a smaller size.
