Could live in this dress! Comfy, casual, & so cute!

Super flattering, well made, cute puff sleeves. Fit very well. Although does not appear exciting one of my fav rentals- also really turned me on to Rebecca Taylor!

I’m also pretty short but felt this was the perfect length.

I absolutely adored this dress! I rented it for a baby shower that was partially outdoors (I wanted something to keep me warm!). It runs true to size but can run short (and I'm only 5'2''), so I paired with black leggings. Other review se mentioned that the bottom hem came flipped and both my sizes did come that way- so I had to do some serious ironing to get it to lay flat. But it was WORTH it! The Jersey material was made chic by the details like the ruffle shoulders and waist & pockets.

Cute dress, a little youngish looking but nice. I am a bit taller, 5-8 and this was slightly short on me, ok with tights though.

I loved the details on the shoulders and how comfy this dress was but the hem did this weird flip thing and needed ironed. Even after it was ironed it wasn't perfectly straight. Pockets were a great addition.

Loved the fit. Was flattering with cute sleeves. This was short! Couldn't wear thin stockings, had to wear a full legging with it.

This La Vie dress is an unexpected hit! While it is made out of sweatshirt material, the puffed sleeves, pockets, and silhouette elevate the dress to new heights. I wore it to trivia with girl friends; sheer black tights and black boots made the outfit. While the dress is rather short, its demure neckline and tulip skirt make a potential fashion faux pas a success. Because of the excellent fit and the fact that this dress is machine washable, I will likely purchase it (edit: I did!) to expand my permanent collection. Such a good rental!

Wore to work on days I had post work Christmas parties and happy hours, would rent again!

Wanted to buy it! Very comfortable and a good dress to transition from day to night.

Wore this three times. Work, dinner, and touring Washington DC. Perfect!

I rented this twice already and loved it more the second time around. Simple dress, paired it with black tights and it was a great outfit for work. Only downside is that I had to iron it so the bottom hem would lay flat.

Somehow I forgot to take a picture in this, but I wore it three times while I had it. When I first tried it on, I thought it was just okay but the more I wore it the more I liked it! It's simple but the shoulders give it a bit more of a feminine feel which was nice and the pockets were great! I wore this for work and for drinks with friends. A good go-to for fall/winter.

A couple of things to consider - This dress was a lot tighter in the skirt than shown in the picture and also much shorter. I was unable to wear it to work because of these things. The dress also has shoulder pads in case that changes your opinion!

Tight in chest and zipper a little wonky across the butt but SO MUCH POTENTIAL. Not a great fit for me

It was cute and I wore it several times but wouldn't purchase. Was fun to have and try though!

Too short and rolled up

This was ment to be a dress to wear on my birthday to feel a little special. It was not. The material is tight and felt like an uncomfortable sweatshirt. It looks much better in the photo with the model.

I ended up swapping this one out--was just too tight across the hips for me. Also a lot shorter than I'd wanted. And the flipped hem was annoying.

Fits well!

I was hoping this dress would be a cozy, everyday outfit. It's very cute but the fabric is very thick and a bit stiff. I wouldn't mind the thickness if it was a bit of a softer / cozier fabric. I also found the neck to be pretty tight (it zips all the way up) and felt a little suffocated by the end of the day. Was a good length on me, hitting well above the knee, but keep in mind if you're on the taller side

Was this dress made for a child? Ordered up to hopefully combat the length issue. Sadly that did not do the trick. I look like an American girl doll and not in a good way. 0/10 do not recommend. It’s like if your sweatshirt had been washed 1000 times and then left in the grass to dry. Short and stiff and an immediate toss.
