I wore this dress to a wedding (albeit 2 years ago) and thought it was a beautiful dress for the evening. I also love the bow detail in the back. I felt it was a young, but sophisticated dress; it certainly fit true to size.

This was something totally out of my element - I've been large chested much of my teen years. So I've never been able to wear something without some type of bra. But other reviews from girls w slightly larger cup sizes than myself were able to wear the dress, so I figured I could pull it off. You couldn't even tell I wasn't wearing a bra - recommendation was to wear it tighter at the top. I probably should have worn a 14, but the 12 fit perfectly for that reason. Love love loved this dress!

The reviews are correct in that it is a little big in the chest area. As long as you aren't standing with your arms straight out though, no one would notice. It was so comfortable to wear and no bra needed. I wore this to an upscale rehearsal dinner.

I wore this dress to our rehearsal dinner. I normally wear a 10 but the 12 was available, so I took a chance. The dress fit very well, a little large in the bust and had to tape the sides down, but still very comfortable. The bow and open back was stunning! I got so many compliments that night! I paired it with a RTR necklace that was recommended :)

The only downside was that it puckered a bit in the armpit area but otherwise super flattering. I'm a 34DD and didn't have to wear a bra as it was snug but made a nice change! I would buy this dress. Tons of fun and I can't say enough how much I love the pockets.

Fit: The chest region was tighter then i would have liked but a pro in a way that I didn't need a bra. It held the ladies where they needed to be. The back feels so stylish with the bow detail. My favorite part was the skirt. Great length. Pros: I loved the length and the color. After the event, I seriously considered buying the dress because of the amount of compliments I received. Cons: If larger busted go up a size.

I wore this dress for my cousins wedding and I don't think I've ever received more compliments! The dress was a huge hit. I love the fabric and fit. However, if you don't have a small waist and a large chest, it could be troublesome. Like most reviews, it gaps on the side. I used fabric tape to tape it down, but it didn't stay for long. Either way, no one noticed. If I owned the dress, I would have tailored it at the bust.

I loved this dress! I was so excited to wear it. I have to admit, when I first tried it on (with a bra) it was pretty tight in the back. Once I took the bra off, it fit fine. I got so many compliments on it from other wedding-goers. It was a little tighter than I thought it was going to be for the size. Definitely would rent this dress!

Sending this back broke my heart in a thousand pieces. This dress was so amazing. It was so well made and the fabric is so high quality that you can dance like a crazy person (bra-less with D cup!) and not worry about a thing. I have literally stalked eBay every day to see if I can find one of these dresses so I can have it for my own... So far no luck :( My favorite RTR, to date for sure!

LOVED this dress. I normally wear a size 10 and ordered the 10 and 12 for a semi formal wedding. The 10 fit perfectly. As others stated the bust does jet out a little bit and you need wardrobe tape for it to look right. I'm a 36DD and still needed to tape it down. I did not wear a traditional bra and had no issues as well, which for all my big chested sisters that's amazing! I received numerous complements on this dress and regretted returning it. My boyfriend couldn't keep his hands off my either :) I HIGHLY recommend this dress!

I searched long and hard for a classy, fun dress for my company's space themed holiday party. It was held at a fancy hotel in downtown Boston. I am new to the company and heard differet interpretations of the dress code. Due to this, I was searching for something not too formal, but not too cocktail-y. This Kate Spade dress was a perfect fit! The fit is extremely flattering and I love the bow and back detailing. Literally 10+ commented on the dress and even my fiance at the end of the night said something about how many people complimented the dress! Note - no bra needed. You will need some high shoes though to compliment the length of the dress.

I honestly loved this dress. From the material, to the back bow, to the pockets - all around it was a super comfortable dress. The only problem was the gaping under the arm mentioned by other reviewers. Some double-sided fashion tape from Walgreens solved the issue and kept the dress in place. It was so nice to not have to wear a bra for the first time in my life despite being a 34D! Love, love, loved it.

Fit was great. I had a minor problem with the bow on the back of the dress but customer service was awesome! So many compliments on the dress and I felt amazing in it! Sad to return such a great dress!

The fit is pretty true to size. I would have preferred the sides of the top be a little tighter but it just forced me to stand up straighter. The fabric is also a little heavy so if your wearing it for an afternoon event, heads up! Other then that, it was perfect! If you have an athletic build, smaller waist and bigger butt/thighs this dress is the perfect fit! I would recommend this dress in a heartbeat!

This dress is GORGEOUS. I rented it for a wedding and got tons of compliments. I couldn't wear a regular bra, or even a strapless but it really wasn't an issue with some Hollywood tape. The pockets were a fun addition. I was le sad to send it back!

The fit was comfortable. The a-line was flattering and fit my too well. The length also hit in a perfect spot.

By the way RTR - you don't have 34DD available as a bust size, what the heck is up with that?

The 10 wasn't available, so I got the 8 and 12. Both fit, but I decided to go with the 12 so that I had room to dance and sit down. It was a bit big, so I pinned the top to fit, but after that it was great. I felt comfortable in a stick-on bra (which I've never done before) and I got compliments all night. The front is beautiful, but the back really sells it. I would absolutely rent again (especially if the 10 is available!)

As the other reviews said, no bra required with this thick fabric. I loveddddd the back.... Obsessed with this bow. The color popped and the cut was so flattering. I did have to do a little safety pinning to get the top adjusted perfectly but it was no problem. Overall LOVED this dress. It was amazing.

The only complaint I had was there is a bit of extra space around the sides of the top but didn't really bother me. No bra was needed as the material is quite thick and supportive so didn't need a bra and I'm a 36D. Also loved having the pockets. Wore the size 6 and it was a little big around my waist but the 4 wasn't available so can't compare the sizes. Overall really beautiful and comfortable dress, would certainly rent it again!

Overall an amazing, comfortable, and stunning dress. I wish the sides at the top fit a little better (they were just a tad loose), but everything else fit perfectly! I didn't feel the need to wear a bra and was comfortable all night. I just couldn't stop staring at the back of this dress and was sad to take it off!

Rented this stunning dress for a formal gala in downtown Philadelphia. The style of dress is way out of my comfort zone (I typically wear more form- fitting sheath styles because of my petite frame) - but this dress was an amazing surprise! Ordered the 0 and the 2 but wore the 0 - fit perfectly across the board without having to make any adjustments. It was also in great condition and showed no signs of wear. Paired it with 4" Calvin Klein strappy heels which balanced out the longer length of the skirt. I'm small on top but wore a NuBra just for coverage, although it wasn't really needed - the fabric is thick and holds its shape. Received so many compliments throughout the night and felt amazing! I wish I owned this dress - I'd wear it again and again.

So unique and beautiful....I received a million compliments. Kate spade did not disappoint with very rich fabric and attention to detail. The bow is not functional, which was a relief to me bc I had no idea how I would tie it properly and keep it tied! A little steam iron and it looked just like the picture. It was much more comfortable than I imagined. I wear 34C and was still able to avoid those crazy stick on bras bc of the structure of the fabric. I would say it ran a little large bc the 2 fit (my only option) when I normally wear a 4 or 6. If you're slender at your natural waist then there is plenty of room for your bottom half below the full skirt. I usually lean toward a sheath or a conservative body-conscious dress but this was the best of both worlds--showed my figure yet amazingly comfortable and no need for spanx! I would highly recommend this dress! Perfect example of why RTR is so awesome... Unforgettable dress that won't just hang in the back of my closet bc it never can be used again.

I ordered a size 0 and a size 2, and while the size 2 ran large, the 0 arrived with significant signs of wear (back bow was hanging on by a thread, the pockets were worn, and there was a stain near the back zipper). My stylist was amazing, and offered an alternative option (also Kate Spade), which was overnighted to me at no charge. I did end up wearing this dress instead of the replacement, as there was no comparison for the WOW factor of this dress! You won't be disappointed, and it looked great paired with the Kate Spade Kennedy Street Snake Tizzie Bag to add classic black and white polka dots to the look! Absolutely LOVED it!!

Amazing dress. I'm about a size 6 but with a small waste. The size 2 fit perfectly because of the fit n flare style. The pockets are great, the pleats are adorable, and the fabric is great quality. I'm in love!!!!
