I didn't even need a back up size. I am about a size 4, muscular build, and the dress fit nicely and was super comfortable. Very flattering and got lots of compliments.

Nice dress for a wedding
This dress was very comfortable. It definitely hugged my body and had good stretch. The slit was fairly high when I sat down but overall I liked the dress.
