This silk dress is the perfect shade of red. it's glamorous, elegant, and was perfect for a formal Mardi Gras ball. The fit of this dress is wonderful, the shoulders, the waistline, everywhere! it's beautifully lined so that I didn't even need my spanx. I received many complements and felt absolutely beautiful!! I did have to pick up my train on a few occasions, and I did have to wear 5" heels (for all of you 5'2 and 5'3's out there) This was my first, but certainly not my last rental!!

The dress fit well - just a tad tight at lower ribs (big rib cage)! I used hem tape to put the hem up around 2". I paired this with a Judith Leiber Black Magic Clutch, Erickson Beamon Hello Sweetie Necklace and Oscar del al Renta I See Stars earrings. Everything worked and to be at the Grammy's in this beautiful gown was unreal.

This dress is amazing! A classic. The structure, the color, everything about it is so glamorous. I got a size 4 and a 6 as a back up. Personally I think both fit the same, I just ended up wearing the 4 since it was less wrinkled. I wore this with the Erickson Beamon Girlie Queen Necklace, which is also spectacular.

Very long. I wore my tallest (4") heels and it was borderline too long still. Ran a little large in the waist and shoulder area for me, but fit perfectly through the hips. The waist is much more generous than the picture makes it seem. I also would have wished for some more bust to fill out the top, but c'est la vie. Make some time to steam it before you go - it wrinkles easily. Beyond that, glamour glamour all the way - I loved it.

This dress is beautiful. The color is amazing and the fabric is heavy and feels very high quality. I ordered an 8R. I probably could've made the length work for me, wearing the 5 inch heels, but the waist was too low as I must be short in the torso. The waist of the dress was hitting my thighs, which made it too tight and awkward looking. In addition, the shoulders were very wide. Perhaps a smaller size would have worked better.

I normally wear a 2-4. This gown is gorgeous but even in the 2, it was too wide in the shoulders (mine are narrow), wide in the hips and too long (I'm 5'5") even with 4" heels. Ended up with my other choice.
