I rented this for my bachelorette party, but ended up going for another dress that was all white. This was really fun and I will seriously consider renting it for New Years.

True to size perfect for hourglass girls!!

The dress looks really good and fit is true to size! It's a bit short though, so keep that in mind depending how tall you are/the kind of event you're going to. The top is pretty tight and there's a big cleavage, I wouldn't advise on taking that dress if you are more than a size C!

I LOVED this dress! The color and the cut are so flattering. It was a bit tight in the bust- but I am busty for my frame so it was just all the more support. I may have even gone bra-less, I can't remember, but if I did, there was enough support that it wasn't a problem. It was a little tight around the arms, but again, the added support was nice. I would certainly rent this dress again!

The straps were rather long. While the bottom half was flouncy and gorgeous, the top half was large.

the material was so thin and light i forgot i was wearing a fancy dress.. the skirt was floaty too which was perfect for dancing! the v-neck was a bit lower than i expected but on bourbon street it hardly mattered! overall I LOVED this dress!

This dress was incredible. Beautiful fabric, lightweight and soooo flattering. I chose not to wear a bra and was perfectly comfortable. The waist was more fitted than I expected but very comfortable. The fabric is a little scratchy so I decided to wear a slip under the dress so it wouldn't bother me. I honestly hated to send this dress back and felt beautiful at my birdal shower.

I wore this dress to a summer wedding in Connecticut. The dress fit wonderfully, however, the straps were a bit long. There is a hidden "tutu" like material underneath which makes the dress poof out. While it looks great, it is a bit itchy. However, that was something I forgot about very quickly. Overall, I loved the dress and recommend it to all for any summer event!

Like the other reviews said, this dress is super lightweight so it is perfect for summer. The dress looks much better in person than in the picture. The fabric is so delicate and pretty.

This dress was perfect for a NYC summer wedding. Flirty and lightweight, I got constant compliments all night. It does run small, so for most people it is possible to wear without a bra. I was comfortable and dazzled without feeling over dressed. My visit to the showroom was a success and my first rental was an amazing experience.

The dress is wonderful, looks even more beautiful on in person than it does in pics. It's really light so it's perfect to wear for a summer event. I wore it for my 30th birthday party and I felt both classy and sexy in it which is exactly what I wanted. Everyone complimented on how beautiful the dress was, so that was an added bonus. The only con was that the bust area is a little larger than normal for the size. At least for my chest size. :-) I rented both a 4 and 6 since that's what I normally wear in dresses, but I wore the 4 - it fit very well/snug in the waist area, but the bust area was a little baggy for me and even the straps were a little loose at the top of the shoulders. I used the fashion tape that was included in the rental though to tape down the dress to my bra, so it ended up working well. Overall loved it, and was sad to return it!

This is a gorgeous dress that I wore for my sister's wedding rehearsal. I was surprised by the fabric, it's like a very lightweight linen almost. I wanted to get the 2 & the 4 since there were no size reviews yet,but the 4 was unavailable for the date I needed. I took a chance and went with just the 2. It fit very well & I got several compliments. The top was a little constricting so I was unable to wear a bra, but it held everything in place. This wouldn't be an issue for smaller chested girls. The fabric was a little scratchy, but that didn't bother me much. Great dress, was fun to wear!

I wore this dress for my cousin's waterfront wedding. The fit was a bit tricky for me, as I'm a true hourglass shape. It was very flattering once I pinned a few things in place. I am very busty so I had to take up the arm straps a few inches, because they were too big, but my chest filled it out. Also I'm short so I had to pin up the dress underneath the waistline so it hit in the right place. I got a ton of compliments, but was constantly worried that I would have a wardrobe malfunction. I would say this would work best on shorter, more petite girls, or curvy taller girls to be most fitted without any DIY help! Also the material was thin and cool which was good, but the metallic fabric was pretty itchy. All and all I was happy with how it looked.

Ok - the straps are deceivingly large!!! They were puckering and gapping all night, and I had to sit a certain way so that it wouldn't look ridiculous. Waist and chest fit fine. I definitely had a lot of the girls showing that night - more than usual - but the husband didn't mind!

Love, so glad I rented it and got tons of compliments for my graduation party!

I wore this out to dinner with my hubby for our 5th wedding anniversary. I loved it. For the first time in 3 years I felt comfy and gorgeous. It did make the girls pop out a lot but I was ok. It wasn't itchy to me. I was worried about the length being to short judging on how it looked on the model but I think the length was more then perfect. Over all this was a great first experience. Thank you RTR for making my anniversary that much more special!

Rented this for my 30th birthday extravaganza and was so pleased with the effect. The fabric is really light, as other reviewers have stated, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cool it was. This definitely ran small on me around the middle, but as I'm on the shorter side I found the straps a tad bit long (you can see in my photo they pop up a bit over my shoulders). But in all it was a great dress and I felt like a giant glass of champagne on my birthday. A spray tan goes a long way with this one as well!

The straps were too long so I had to safety pin them up. The fit was awesome after that. The gold is a great color! Shiny & fun!

I am 120 lbs, 5'3" and have a 32G bra size. The dress fit very nicely and I loved wearing it. It was easy to find matching shoes and earrings in my own collection. My only issue was that, with my really large bust, it showed a lot more cleavage than I wanted. However, I had a "Bride-to-be" sash that I pinned and it was able to cover me so I didn't give my grandmother a heart attack. haha. Also, my bra was slightly visible in the armpits, but that's just because I wear a large bra. It wasn't really noticeable to anyone else but me. I highly recommend this dress, especially to those with a similar body-type but in the C-D cup range lol.

Fabric feels cheap and like other reviews sleeves fall off shoulders. Still looked cute in pictures and light weight for summer party.

This dress was the perfect party dress for a themed "Boots & Bling" event. True to size with a great flattering waist line design. I received a ton of compliments. A little on the short / mini length but covered enough time appropriate!

I wore Gold temporary tattoos with it and was complimented wherever I went the entire night. I felt like a goddess! The straps did slip while I was dancing but BFD. I looked HAWT!!!!

This was a really fun dress to wear since the cut was really sleek, and the design really stood out compared to department store dresses. Not much give in the fabric- definitely take advantage of the backup size feature.

The dress was lovely, and a lot of fun to go dancing in! It was long enough that I felt comfortable dancing, and I wore a normal bra with zero problems. While other reviewers are correct that the fabric is not super-soft, it is very lightweight and felt like good quality. Perfect for an active summer evening, and very different from what everybody else will be wearing!

I knew I was between sizes due to some recent poundage that I gained. I ordered the size 4 but no size 6 was available as a second choice. I hoped and prayed that the size 4 would fit. Unfortunately it didn't. I loved the look of the dress and so wished I could wear it to the wine festival event that I was attending. I called RTR and they still didn't have a size 6 available so they overnighted me another dress of my choice at the same price. Thanks RTR!! You are always my number one choice in dressing up for events. You never disappoint!

I would say it runs large because I am normally a six but got a four after reading the reviews. no give in the fabric but does wonders for a small bust. It was so much fun to wear and my boyfriend loved it

It fit perfectly which was surprising since it was a size 2 and i usually wear size 0 ( this was the alternate dress). It nips perfectly at the waist and then flares, which is perfect for my body type.

I rented this dress as a backup for my rehearsal dinner (did not end up wearing it) The colors and the style of the dress are really cute, however the fabric feels a little bit cheap. It's very thin and kind of flimsy and doesn't have any lining so it felt more like an ice skating outfit than a cocktail dress. Would be cute for a bachelorette party or something more casual than a rehearsal dinner. Very fun and sparkly though!

As others mentioned, the shoulder straps were much too long. I have a big bottom, so the shortness of the dress in the back was an issue, but when worn with tights it was easily fixed. I loved the detail of this dress, its absolutely gorgeous and totally worth figuring out the shoulder straps.

This dress was very pretty and unique. It was a bit smaller than I expected in the back, but was still good to wear.

I was in between the 2 and 4. The 2 held my bust in better so out to the wedding I went. Once the food starting going down, I wished I had worn the 4. The cut and fabric are lightweight and beautiful but the material is not at all stretchy.

I received this dress as a swap out dress when I had to return my original rental for fit. The material was very light weight and almost a little scratchy. The pattern on the dress was gorgeous though. The straps were a little long and kept slipping off my shoulders. I even tried securing with fashion tape, but then it looked bunchy elsewhere. I usually wear a size 2 and the 2 was a bit roomy in this style. If it weren't for these fit issues, I would have definitely worn it. I went with the backup dress instead. Love the RTR team. They overnighted me a swap dress so that I would have it in time for the wedding. The dress had to be mailed to an out of state hotel where the wedding was. The dress made it to the front desk before we did! So great. Thanks again RTR

Other people commented on this - the dress material was very light. I was pretty surprised that it cost as much as it did. Feels like a sundress, but the gold adds some fanciness to it. I'm very pear shaped, and this dress was too big in the top and too tall in the shoulders. The skirt is quite full, but there is a lining that is more narrow that was tighter than I would have liked, but I was able to wear it anyway (I have quite full hips so may not be a problem for most). The length was good even though I'm on the taller side and often have a problem with length. Overall it was comfortable. Good for standing around with a cocktail and for dancing. I enjoyed wearing it even though the fit wasn't quite right. I'd recommend to someone who's more of an hourglass or athletic than a pear.

The dress quality was not great, but it looked amazing in photos. The material is very thin. I am short so the straps were too long and I had to pin them down for my wedding party dress.

Although the dress looked great on and in pictures, I had a big problem with the straps. They were too long, so I had to try to safety pin them to make them shorter. Partway through my bachelorette party, the safety pins popped off, so the rest of the night the straps were constantly falling off my shoulders.

Loved this dress - fabric is beautiful, and lightweight! Unfortunately I didn't end up wearing it because it was uncomfortably snug around my waist and rib cage.

Fabric was nice and the cut of the dress was cute but I should have listened to the other reviews that said that people had to pin the straps up. If you have a short torso this isn't the dress for you. To get the waist band to fit properly I had extra inches in the straps that would just look ugly if I pinned them. This was a wild card dress for me so I had different dress to wear.
