I wore this to my work holiday party, I’ve never gotten more compliments on dress. Even after the event. I will say the only thing is I have a large chest and had to size up for it to fit. 

Couldn’t stop the liner from riding up. Must wear with black spanx. Other than that it was great but that was a huge issue! 

I absolutely love this dress! Thinking about purchasing it! 

Dress fit great and it is BEAUTIFUL. Received so many compliments, fits just like a trumpet dress should. I wore the bigger size because there is zero stretch in the lace, so having the little bit of extra room made it wearable and comfortable for a wedding. I tried to purchase because I loved it so much, but it is not available and is no longer on Shoshanna's website.

This dress was amazing to wear for a black-tie party. Form fitted but with a little stretch so it was very comfortable to move and sit in. Beautiful embroidered fabric and the purple and teal colors were a little brighter in person which I liked. 

Dressed fit amazing, very comfortable, sat comfortably. Material looks quality. 

I’m including a close up of the fabric because I don’t think I realized what the dress looked like up close…it’s a black, teal & purple lace overlay. 

It’s a cute dress but I couldn’t get it zipped. I’m wide…wide across my ribs & shoulders and wouldn’t quite zip. 

Got a ton of compliments on this!! I felt a little bit like Miss Frizzle and for some reason it felt slightly costumey to me? BUT could have just been me as an ex theatre girly—overall super high end/well made, great fit! Just out of my comfort zone!

Perfect for dancing the night away and true to size. High quality fabric and fun to wear!

Flattering and polished look for a wedding

This dress was perfect for a rehearsal dinner! It hugs all the right places and was extremely comfortable! It also got TONS of compliments!!

It fit well, but was maybe a little tight. It looked gorgeous and I got sooo many compliments!

This was a great option for a spring wedding I attended. The lace was charming yet kept me cool. The cut was flattering. Overall it was interesting and got me compliments. It did run a little big on me, particularly in the chest and shoulders. I’d say it’s a little slim through the lower hip/bum. Might be tricky for curvier figures. TTS for Shoshana - I always size up with her dresses.

Wore this to the 2025 Belmont and it did not disappoint. Received many compliments and it felt like a glove!

I wore this to a garden-theme formal event and loved it! It was a perfect fit and I got so many compliments. 

I am curvy and it fit perfectly. I added a wide western belt to accentuate waist.

It was perfect tons of compliments, it was a bit long in the back.  I am 5. '2 the back got stuck on my heels I wore 4" heels I am 155 lbs , but it was very complimentary to my figure

Wore to a wedding and got lots of compliments. The lace material is such good quality that it is quite heavy. I had it in a suitcase for a week and it was in perfect shape when I took it out.  Firm and form fitting but if it fits you it looks amazing and is comfortable too. Beautiful colours with the purple and green lacing. 

Nice fit. Not stretchy at all but it was true to size. The length was nice as a midi hi-low dress. Worked well for fall with thick fabric. 

Really beautiful dress, perfect style for me. The size 2 looked best on me, but the size 4 was roomier in the bootie and felt more comfortable so I stuck with that. It was still a little long but OK with 2-in heels. The skirt is great when dancing!
 

The quality of the dress was top notch. The lace material was so nice. Plus it was super comfortable to wear. I wore a size 2 (5’6 and 114 pounds). It was probably a tad too long (it caught on my heels a few times when I walked).

Originally picked for family photos but the style was off for the outdoor setting. Loved the dress so much we had a fancy date night so I could wear it out. Felt so sexy and classy and had so many compliments! 

This was my second time renting this dress and it I am still so obsessed. It's form fitting but not uncomfortable.

This dress is honest to goodness perfection. Super luxe, thick, lace-cutout fabric with black lining. Fit like a glove. I felt totally elegant and supported. This was the perfect dress for a fancy dinner out with friends at Georges V at the Four Seasons in Paris. 

The fit is snug and the zipper takes a while to zip up and down (due to the very high quality of the fabric)...but the dress is extremely comfortable and flattering. I wore this to my niece's black tie wedding and got so many compliments! I'm so happy I bought it--just hope I have an occasion to wear it again. (My size varies--I can take anywhere from an 8-12 depending on the style.)

I ordered a 0 and a 2 and the 2 was a bit tight on me. Maybe should have sized up to a 4 but it was fine. Wore this to a black-tie gala at our zoo with a Tropical Nights theme and it was perfect. The lace detailing was so beautiful and the mermaid bottom made it so much fun!
