This dress was amazing to wear for a black-tie party. Form fitted but with a little stretch so it was very comfortable to move and sit in. Beautiful embroidered fabric and the purple and teal colors were a little brighter in person which I liked.

I needed a dress for a holiday party and this was perfect. It’s hard to tell from the model photo, but it has a beautiful lace overlay with blue and purple flowers and green vines, and I liked the pops of color. I wear a size 6 in jeans and 4 in tops and tried both sizes. The 6 fit better on my hips/butt and 4 fit better on my bust, so I opted for 6 and wore a push-up bra. This really accentuated my curves and I felt great. The length was fine with heels.

Wore to a wedding and got lots of compliments. The lace material is such good quality that it is quite heavy. I had it in a suitcase for a week and it was in perfect shape when I took it out. Firm and form fitting but if it fits you it looks amazing and is comfortable too. Beautiful colours with the purple and green lacing.

Nice fit. Not stretchy at all but it was true to size. The length was nice as a midi hi-low dress. Worked well for fall with thick fabric.

Dress fit great and it is BEAUTIFUL. Received so many compliments, fits just like a trumpet dress should. I wore the bigger size because there is zero stretch in the lace, so having the little bit of extra room made it wearable and comfortable for a wedding. I tried to purchase because I loved it so much, but it is not available and is no longer on Shoshanna's website.

Really beautiful dress, perfect style for me. The size 2 looked best on me, but the size 4 was roomier in the bootie and felt more comfortable so I stuck with that. It was still a little long but OK with 2-in heels. The skirt is great when dancing!

This dress is honest to goodness perfection. Super luxe, thick, lace-cutout fabric with black lining. Fit like a glove. I felt totally elegant and supported. This was the perfect dress for a fancy dinner out with friends at Georges V at the Four Seasons in Paris.

The fit is snug and the zipper takes a while to zip up and down (due to the very high quality of the fabric)...but the dress is extremely comfortable and flattering. I wore this to my niece's black tie wedding and got so many compliments! I'm so happy I bought it--just hope I have an occasion to wear it again. (My size varies--I can take anywhere from an 8-12 depending on the style.)
